The using state of the invention is as follows: the invention has reasonable and simple structure, low production cost, convenient installation and complete functions, when in use, when patients with different heights need to be rescued, the whole height of the bed body 8 can be adjusted by starting the first hydraulic cylinder 6, the leg support 11 is pulled out by the grip 14, so that the legs are more comfortable, when the cervical vertebra needs to be placed, the front-back distance is adjusted by starting the second hydraulic cylinder 19, then the motor 29 is started to drive the screw rod 30 to rotate, so that the nut block 31, the second installation rod 32, the fixed rod 33 and the fixed block 34 move up and down, and the cervical vertebra pad 38 can reach different heights and is suitable for rescuing more people.
