3. The smokeless bakeware of claim 1, wherein the cleaning rod on the upper part of the elastic sheet is provided with a movable cavity inside, the inner wall of the movable cavity is provided with a piston, and the movable cavity on one side of the piston forms a compression cavity.
4. A smokeless grill as defined by claim 3 wherein said main flow duct is connected to the piston and communicates with the compression chamber.
