Abstract

本发明公开了一种保护地蔬菜专用调制剂,特别涉及的是一种保护地蔬菜专用二氧化碳复合肥杀菌防病调制剂及其制备工艺,其主要由浓硫酸,农林植物及其副产物,磷酸二铵、硫酸钾、稀土微肥、碳酸氢铵、复合杀菌剂等组成。它能根据需要定时定量向保护地内施放二氧化碳,施放后的反应剩余物又是一种配比合理的复合肥料,同时还能起到防治病害的作用,使用本发明的调制剂,可以达到一般气体肥料难以达到的施用效果,可提高蔬菜产量20-50%左右。

本发明涉及一种农业专用调制剂,特别涉及的是一种保护地蔬菜专用二氧化碳复合肥杀菌防病调制剂及其制备工艺。
目前,我国保护地蔬菜生产,普遍存在投资大,并受二氧化碳供应不足及施肥搭配不合理等因素影响,其生产潜力发挥得不够理想。影响了农民的经济效益及生产积极性。为改进上述不足或缺限,本人在现有保护地生产技术的基础上,发明了保护地蔬菜专用二氧化碳复合肥杀菌防病调制剂,现经内部实验证明,可提高保护地作物产量20-50%,深受广大用户欢迎。
本发明的目的在于为广大农民提供一种保护地蔬菜专用二氧化碳复合肥杀菌防病调制剂,使保护地蔬菜施肥防病程序化、完整化,即:既有供植物叶片吸收的气体肥料,又含有供植物根部吸收的固体肥料,同时,还可以起到防治病害的作用。养分齐全,施用方便,省工省力,提高效益。
本发明技术内容如下:
1、该调制剂的组分和配比为:
        浓硫酸                       10-60%
        农林植物及其副产物           5-55%
        磷酸二铵                     0.5-20%
        硫酸钾                       0.3-15%
        腐植酸                       0.1-10%
       稀土微肥             0.001-0.1%
       复合微肥             0.03-2.0%
       碳酸氢铵             30-60%
       复合杀菌剂           0.01-5%
以上按重量百分数计。
2,制备工艺:
(1)按上述组分及配比备料
(2)将农林植物及其副产物、磷酸二铵、硫酸钾、稀土微肥等过筛,一次细化,混匀,倒入浓硫酸进行酸化处理。
(3)二次细化,过筛,混匀,制得半成品一,用塑料袋进行一次包装。
(4)将碳酸氢铵与复合杀菌剂混合,细化,制得半成品二;
(5)将上述工艺步骤(3)、(4)中的半成品一、二装入一个较大的塑料袋中,进行二次包装,即得产品。
本发明的优点及其效果:
1、本调制剂在使用时能够产生二氧化碳,并在保护地蔬菜生产中可以做到定时定量的施放,易于操作,并可根据需要不同,将保护地内的二氧化碳浓度提高到1-5倍,农作物产量可增加20-50%。
2、由于本调制剂中含有氮、磷、钾、腐植酸、微量营养元素、稀土微肥等养分,施放二氧化碳后剩余的物质又是一种养分齐全的复合肥料,用于植物的根部追肥,使整个施肥过程程序化,省工省力,提高整个保护地生产过程中的经济效益。
3、由于产品中含有复合杀菌剂,对于保护地中容易发生的病害,可以起到防治作用。
4、生产设备和工艺流程简单,操作方法和运输使用方便,投资少,见效快,社会效益好。
实施例:
(1)取农林植物及其副产物20kg,磷酸二铵2kg,硫酸钾2kg,腐植酸1kg,稀土微肥0.01kg,复合微肥0.39kg,混匀、细化,进行酸化处理。
(2)将步骤(1)制得的产物再次混匀、细化,用塑料袋进行一次包装,制得半成品一;
(3)将碳酸氢铵与复合杀菌剂混合,细化,用塑料袋进行一次包装,制得半成品二;
(4)将半成品一、二装入一个较大的塑料袋中,进行二次包装,即得产品。

Claims (3)

1、一种保护地蔬菜专用二氧化碳复合肥杀菌防病调制剂,其特征在于:该调制剂的组分和配比为:
        浓硫酸                     10-60%
        农林植物及其副产物          5-55%
        磷酸二铵                   0.5-20%
        硫酸钾                     0.3-15%
        腐植酸                     0.1-10%
        稀土微肥                   0.001-0.1%
        复合微肥                   0.03-2.0%
        碳酸氢铵                   30-60%
        复合杀菌剂                 0.01-5%
以上按重量百分数计,其中碳酸氢铵与复合杀菌剂混合后须单独包装。施用时由用户按使用说明进行调制操作。
2、按权利要求1所述的调制剂,其特征在于,该调制剂的组分与配比为:
        浓硫酸                     30%
        农林植物及其副产物          20%
        磷酸二铵                   2%
        硫酸钾                     2%
        腐植酸                1%
        稀土微肥              0.01%
        复合微肥              0.39%
        碳酸氢铵              44.5%
        复合杀菌剂            0.1%
3、制备如权利要求1所述调制剂的工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
(1)按权利要求1所述的组分及配比备料;
(2)将农林植物及其副产物,磷酸二铵、硫酸钾、稀土微肥等原料一,混匀,一次细化,倒入浓硫酸进行酸化处理。
(3)将步骤(2)制得的产物二次细化,用塑料袋进行一次包装,制得半成品一。
(4)将碳酸氢铵与复合杀菌剂等原料二混合,细化,用塑料袋进行一次包装,制得半成品二。
(5)将半成品一、二装入一个较大的塑料袋中,进行二次包装,即得产品。
