9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the processing module performs automatic account opening registration according to the IMEI of the student identity card terminal and the ICCID number of the SIM card to generate automatic account opening registration information.
10. The device of claim 8, wherein the automatic account opening and registering information comprises account opening and registering state information and configuration information, and the configuration information comprises at least one of push-to-talk, remote location, point-and-mortise, electronic fence, track query, white list, number setting, SOS call, alarm clock, and mode setting.
