The rear fixing plate 61 is fastened to the rear side plate 21 by bolts, and the front fixing plate 63 is fastened to the front side plate 22 by bolts. After the rear fixed plate 61 and the front fixed plate 63 are fastened through bolt installation, the rear fixed plate is not detached any more. Then, the fixing rod 62 traverses the rear fixing plate 61 and the front fixing plate 63, and the fixing rod 62 is locked by the fixing pin 64. The fixing rod 62, the fixing pin 64, the rear fixing plate 61 and the front fixing plate 63 are made of fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene composite materials, and later-stage disassembly and assembly are facilitated.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1. The lifting rings 7 are fixed on two sides of the base 11, and the base cushion block 8 is fixed at the bottom of the base 11. And the hoisting rings 7 are arranged on two sides of the base 11, so that the whole VPI device can be conveniently hoisted. Base 11 adopts metal material, through welded mode at 11 four angle unable adjustment base cushion blocks 8 of base to reduce the steel thickness of base, save material.

Claims (10)

1. A flexibly detachable VPI device is characterized by comprising a base mechanism (1), a partition plate assembly (2), a limiting piece (4), a fastening piece (5) and a fixing piece (6), wherein the base mechanism (1) is inverted T-shaped in overall structure and comprises a base (11) and a middle large partition plate (12), and the middle large partition plate (12) is fixed in the middle of the base (11); the fastener (5) is arranged at the bottom of the partition plate assembly (2) and is used for fixing the base mechanism (1) and the partition plate assembly (2); the partition plate assembly (2) comprises a rear side plate (21) and a front side plate (22), wherein the rear side plate (21) and the front side plate (22) are respectively positioned at two sides of the middle large partition plate (12) and respectively keep a certain distance from the middle large partition plate (12); a first line groove (31) is formed between the rear side plate (21) and the middle large partition plate (12), a second line groove (32) is formed between the front side plate (22) and the middle large partition plate (12), a top sealing piece is installed at the top of the first line groove (31) and the top of the second line groove (32), and a bottom mounting piece is installed at the bottom of the first line groove (31) and the bottom of the second line groove (32); the rear side plate (21) and the front side plate (22) are fixed on the base (11) through a plurality of limiting pieces (4) and fasteners (5), and the tops of the rear side plate (21) and the front side plate (22) are fixed through fixing pieces (6); the middle large partition plate (12), the rear side plate (21), the front side plate (22), the top sealing piece, the bottom gasket piece, the limiting piece (4), the fastening piece (5) and the fixing piece (6) are made of fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene composite materials.
2. A flexible and detachable VPI apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the position limiting member (4) comprises an L-shaped plate (41) and a position limiting pin (42), and a rectangular hole for installing the position limiting pin (42) is formed on the L-shaped plate (41).
3. A flexible and demountable VPI unit according to claim 2, wherein the base (11) is provided with a second slot for receiving the limiting pin (42), the second slot having a dimension along the length of the base (11) slightly larger than the dimension of the slot.

A flexible and detachable VPI device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the bottom gasket comprises a first small partition (13) and a second small partition (14), the base (11) is provided with two grooves, the first small partition (13) and the second small partition (14) are embedded in the two grooves, and the two grooves are respectively located on two sides of the middle large partition (12).

A flexible and detachable VPI apparatus according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the fastening member (5) comprises a fastening rod (51) and a fastening pin (52), the fastening rod (51) passes through the rear plate (21), the first small partition (13), the middle large partition (12), the second small partition (14) and the front plate (22) in sequence, and the fastening pin (52) is inserted into the small hole at the end of the lever arm of the fastening rod (51).

A flexible and demountable VPI arrangement according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the capping member comprises a first wedge (23) and a second wedge (24), the first wedge (23) and the second wedge (24) being located on top of the first linear slot (31) and the second linear slot (32), respectively.

A flexible and detachable VPI device according to claim 6, wherein the first slot wedge (23) and the second slot wedge (24) are multi-section hexagonal cylinders respectively, a certain gap is reserved between the front and the rear adjacent hexagonal cylinders, and corresponding wrap angle triangular openings are respectively arranged on the rear side plate (21), the middle large partition plate (12) and the front side plate (22) near the top ends.
8. A flexible and detachable VPI device according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the first (33) and second (34) through holes are formed at the bottom of the first (31) and second (32) wire slots respectively, and the first (33) and second (34) through holes penetrate through the base (11).

A flexible and detachable VPI apparatus according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the fixing member (6) comprises a rear fixing plate (61), a fixing rod (62), a front fixing plate (63), and a fixing pin (64), the fixing rod (62) passes through the rod holes of the rear fixing plate (61) and the front fixing plate (63) in sequence, and the fixing pin (64) is inserted into the clamping hole at the end of the fixing rod (62).
10. A flexible detachable VPI device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the hanging ring (7) is fixed on both sides of the base (11), and the base cushion block (8) is fixed on the bottom of the base (11).
