Abstract

本发明公开了一种抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置,其中,抽屉单元的面板上设置有若干个状态指示灯,当抽屉单元处于某个工作状态时,对应指示灯点亮,状态监测装置包括定位支架,定位支架上设置有若干个感光光纤,感光光纤与反馈终端信号连接,定位支架安装固定于抽屉单元的面板上,且各个感光光纤与各个状态指示灯一一对应布置,从而向反馈终端传输能反映抽屉单元当前状态的光信号。上述抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置通过将现有状态指示灯的亮暗情况转化为光信号,从而直接反馈抽屉单元的工作状态形成监测,结构简单,原理可行,使用方便,成本低。本发明还对应公开了一种抽屉单元测试架。

一种抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置及抽屉单元测试架
技术领域
本发明涉及设备测试技术领域,尤其涉及一种抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置及抽屉单元测试架。
背景技术
开关柜的主要作用是在电力系统进行发电、输电、配电和电能转换的过程中,进行开合、控制和保护用电设备,主要部件有断路器、隔离开关、负荷开关、操作机构、互感器以及各种保护装置等。开关柜内设置有一个个抽屉单元,从而能独立完成某一类供电任务,而对各个抽屉单元的性能测试及状态监测等是十分重要的。
如图4所示为一抽屉单元1的面板,其上设置有“开”、“关”、“故障”状态对应的状态指示灯2,能直观反应当前抽屉单元1的工作状态。在对各个抽屉单元进行监测时,传统方式由人工进行观察,有时无法及时发现故障,而通过电信号反馈方式需要在柜体内增加信号发射模块、在终端设置信号接收模块等,增加了开关柜体及测试设备的复杂程度。
发明内容
基于以上所述,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置,简单实现监测功能,降低改造成本,提高适用性。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种能简单实现监测功能的抽屉单元测试架。
为达上述目的,一方面,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置,其中,抽屉单元的面板上设置有若干个状态指示灯,当抽屉单元处于某个工作状态时,对应指示灯点亮,状态监测装置包括定位支架,定位支架上设置有若干个感光光纤,感光光纤与反馈终端信号连接,定位支架安装固定于抽屉单元的面板上,且各个感光光纤与各个状态指示灯一一对应布置,从而向反馈终端传输能反映抽屉单元当前状态的光信号。
特别地,抽屉单元的面板为铁质,定位支架上设置有能吸附在面板上的磁铁。
特别地,抽屉单元的面板上凸起有边框,定位支架呈“7”字形,从而勾挂于边框上。
特别地,定位支架的至少一侧设置挡光板。
特别地,挡光板上对应边框开设有避让卡槽。
特别地,定位支架与反馈终端之间的感光光纤采用鹅颈管包裹。
另一方面,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抽屉单元测试架,其包括上述的抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置。
综上,本发明的有益效果为,所述抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置及抽屉单元测试架通过将现有状态指示灯的亮暗情况转化为光信号,从而直接反馈抽屉单元的工作状态形成监测,结构简单,原理可行,使用方便,成本低,不会对现有柜体结构造成影响,便于对绝大多数抽屉单元使用,通用性强。

请参阅图1至图3所示,本优选实施例提供一种抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置,其中,抽屉单元1的面板上设置有若干个状态指示灯2,当抽屉单元1处于某个工作状态时,对应指示灯点亮,由此作为状态监测的直接反馈依据。
该监测装置包括定位支架3,定位支架3上设置有若干个感光光纤4,感光光纤4与反馈终端5信号连接,定位支架3安装固定于抽屉单元1的面板上,且各个感光光纤4与各个状态指示灯2一一对应布置,从而向反馈终端5传输能反映抽屉单元1当前状态的光信号。
特别地,一般抽屉单元1的面板为铁质,定位支架3上设置有能吸附在面板上的磁铁6,从而实现定位支架3快速吸附于面板上,安装便捷。
进一步地,抽屉单元1的面板上凸起有边框8,定位支架3呈“7”字形,从而勾挂于边框8上,保证定位支架3的可靠固定和准确定位。
另外,定位支架3的至少一侧设置挡光板9,以保证环境光线维持在正常信号采集范围内,挡光板9上对应边框8开设有避让卡槽10。
定位支架3与反馈终端5之间的感光光纤4采用鹅颈管11包裹。
本实施例还提供一种抽屉单元测试架,其包括上述的监测装置,从而可以实时监控各个抽屉单元1的工作状态,保证抽屉单元测试架正常运作。
综上,上述的抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置及抽屉单元测试架通过将现有状态指示灯的亮暗情况转化为光信号,从而直接反馈抽屉单元的工作状态形成监测,结构简单,原理可行,使用方便,成本低,不会对现有柜体结构造成影响,便于对绝大多数抽屉单元使用,通用性强。

1.一种抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置,所述抽屉单元的面板上设置有若干个状态指示灯,当抽屉单元处于某个工作状态时,对应指示灯点亮,其特征在于,所述状态监测装置包括定位支架,所述定位支架上设置有若干个感光光纤,所述感光光纤与反馈终端信号连接,所述定位支架安装固定于所述抽屉单元的面板上,且各个感光光纤与各个状态指示灯一一对应布置,从而向反馈终端传输能反映抽屉单元当前状态的光信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置,其特征在于:所述抽屉单元的面板为铁质,所述定位支架上设置有能吸附在面板上的磁铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置,其特征在于:所述抽屉单元的面板上凸起有边框,所述定位支架呈“7”字形,从而勾挂于所述边框上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置,其特征在于:所述定位支架的至少一侧设置挡光板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置,其特征在于:所述挡光板上对应边框开设有避让卡槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置,其特征在于:所述定位支架与反馈终端之间的感光光纤采用鹅颈管包裹。
7.一种抽屉单元测试架,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的抽屉单元的工作状态监测装置。
