Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment provides an automatic positioning locking and passive tripping shore power connector, which comprises a shore power plug 1 and a shore power socket 2, which are butted with each other.
The shore power socket 2 comprises a cylindrical docking end 21, which docking end 21 is internally provided with a cylindrical docking space 22. The shore power plug 1 has an insertion end 11 which is butt-inserted into the butt space. The shore power socket 2 is also provided with a reversible cover 4, and when the shore power plug 1 is separated from the shore power socket 2, the reversible cover 4 is reversed to cover the butt joint end 21 so as to provide protection.
The shore power plug 1 is provided with a circular rotatable cover body 3. The rotatable cover 3 is arranged around the insertion end 11 of the shore power plug 1. The specific installation mode of the rotatable cover body 3 on the shore power plug 1 is that two circular ring bulges 12 are arranged on the outer surface of an insertion end 11 of the shore power plug 1, and a positioning groove is formed between the two circular ring bulges 12. The rotatable cover 3 is provided with positioning portions 31 protruding inward inside, and the positioning portions 31 are located in positioning grooves, so that the rotatable cover 3 can rotate around the shore power plug 1, but cannot move in the axial direction.
A gap 32 is provided between the inner surface of the rotatable cap 3 and the outer surface of the insertion end 11. When the insertion end 11 is inserted into the abutment end 21, the outer wall surface of the abutment end 21 is located in the gap 32 so that the abutment end 21 is located between the insertion end 11 and the rotatable lid body 3.
A plurality of circular arc grooves 23 are formed in the outer wall surface of the butt joint end 21 of the shore power socket 2, and an inlet 24 penetrating through the butt joint end is formed in one end of each circular arc groove 23; the other end of the circular arc groove 23 is provided with a fixing hole 25 which is deeper than the groove. In the present embodiment, four circular arc grooves 23 are provided, and are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction on the outer surface of the butt end. The arc extension direction and angle of each circular arc groove 23 are the same.
A plurality of spring ball head plungers 33 which correspond to the arc-shaped grooves 23 one by one in number are arranged in the rotatable cover body 3. The rotatable cover body is also provided with a containing groove 34 for containing the spring ball plunger 33. The receiving groove 34 is formed through the inner surface of the rotatable cover to form an opening. The spring ball plunger 33 comprises a ball 35 and a spring 36 bearing against the supporting ball, the diameter of the opening being smaller than the diameter of the ball 35. The ball 35 under the urging force of the spring 36 abuts against the opening, and the front end portion of the ball 35 extends out of the opening. Thus, when the insertion end 21 is inserted into the docking end 21, the front end of the ball 35 of each ball plunger enters the entrance 24 of the corresponding circular arc groove and moves along the circular arc groove 23 to be snapped into the fixing hole 25. Thus, the progressive tightening action is achieved by rotating the rotatable cover 3 to move the spring ball plunger 33 in the circular arc-shaped recess 23. When the ball 35 reaches the position of the positioning fixing hole 25, the ball head on the spring ball head plunger 2 is clamped in the fixing hole 25, so that the mechanical positioning and anti-loosening functions are realized. When the shore power plug 1 is subjected to a certain external force, the spherical surface of the sphere 35 has a guiding function, and the sphere 35 on the spring ball plunger 33 is stressed to compress the spring 36 until the spring 36 is separated from the fixing hole 25 because the sphere is separated from the fixing hole 25, so that spherical rolling tripping is realized. The shore power socket connector can be set with a power-off automatic detection function for triggering the shore power socket connector, so that power-off protection is realized within a specified time, and people are prevented from being injured by electric arcs. After the ball 35 is separated from the inlet 24, the passive tripping of the shore power connector is realized, and the shore power equipment is protected. The shore power connector after tripping is not damaged and can be repeatedly used.
