The invention is now summarized as follows:
the present invention provides a charging plug device, including: an insulative plug mounting socket 109 having a plug mounting hole 106 therethrough;
first plug conductive member 110, second plug conductive member 120 and third plug conductive member 130 coaxially and radially fixedly installed in plug mounting hole 106, first plug conductive member 110, second plug conductive member 120 and third plug conductive member 130 are insulated and isolated from each other, the outer diameter of first plug conductive member 110 is smaller than the outer diameter of second plug conductive member 120, the outer diameter of second plug conductive member 120 is smaller than the outer diameter of third plug conductive member 130, the front end surface of first plug conductive member 110 is more forward than the front end surface of second plug conductive member 120, and the front end surface of second plug conductive member 120 is more forward than the front end surface of third plug conductive member 130.
The charging plug device preferably further comprises a first plug insulating spacer collar 311 and a first plug insulating spacer sleeve 312; the first plug conductive member 110 includes a plug fixing shaft 112, and a plug first contact portion 111 coaxially fixed to the plug fixing shaft 112 and having a larger diameter than the plug fixing shaft 112, thereby forming a shoulder 114 of the first plug conductive member;
the inner hole 318 of the first plug insulating isolating sleeve ring is matched with the outer peripheral surface of the plug fixing shaft in a sleeved mode, the front end face of the first plug insulating isolating sleeve ring is axially abutted to the shaft shoulder 114 of the first plug conductive piece, and the outer diameter of the first plug insulating isolating sleeve ring is not larger than that of the first contact part 111 of the plug of the first plug conductive piece; the rear end of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve ring is provided with a counter bore 323 of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve ring, the front section of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve is provided with a necking section 353 of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve, the necking section 353 of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve is inserted into the counter bore 323 of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve ring, and an inner bore 351 of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve is sleeved on the plug fixing shaft 112.
Preferably, the second plug conductor 120 includes a second plug conductive collar 121 and a second plug conductive sleeve 122; the second plug conductive collar 121 includes a second plug conductive collar bore 153 and a second plug conductive collar counterbore 152 at the rear end and a second plug conductive collar bore shoulder 151; the inner bore 153 of the second plug conductive collar fits around the outer circumference of the neck section of the first plug insulating sleeve 312, and the second plug conductive sleeve 122 fits between the inner circumference of the counterbore 152 of the second plug conductive collar and the outer circumference of the first plug insulating sleeve 312.
Preferably, the second plug conductive sleeve 122 abuts the shoulder 151 of the second plug conductive collar.
The charging plug device further preferably comprises a second plug insulating isolation sleeve ring 321 and a second plug insulating isolation sleeve 322, the second plug insulating isolation sleeve ring 321 comprises an inner hole of the second plug insulating isolation sleeve ring and a counter bore of the second plug insulating isolation sleeve ring positioned at the rear end, the inner hole of the second plug insulating isolation sleeve ring is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the second plug conductive sleeve 122, the diameter of the second plug insulating isolation sleeve ring is not larger than the outer diameter of the second plug conductive sleeve ring 121, and the second plug insulating isolation sleeve 322 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the second plug conductive sleeve 122 and is inserted into the counter bore of the second plug insulating isolation sleeve ring.
Preferably, the second plug insulating spacer sleeve 322 is axially inserted to the bottom towards the counterbore of the second plug insulating spacer collar.
Preferably, the plug mounting hole 106 includes a plug mounting counterbore 107 at the rear end, thereby forming a plug mounting hole shoulder 108; third plug conductor 130 includes an inner bore 143 of the third plug conductor and a shoulder 141 of the third plug conductor at the rear end; the inner bore 143 of the third plug conductive member is fitted over the outer peripheral surface of the second plug insulating sleeve 322, and the shoulder 141 of the third plug conductive member is fitted in the plug mounting counterbore 107.
Preferably, the third plug conductive member includes a counterbore 142 at the rear end of the third plug conductive member, the second plug insulating sleeve has a shoulder 361 at the rear end of the second plug insulating sleeve, and the shoulder 361 of the second plug insulating sleeve is inserted into the counterbore 142 of the third plug conductive member.
Preferably, the charging plug device further comprises a third plug insulating spacer 330, the third plug insulating spacer 330 having a rear axial shoulder 332 of the third plug insulating spacer, the axial shoulder 332 of the third plug insulating spacer being axially sandwiched between the plug mounting shoulder 108 and the shoulder 141 of the third plug conductive member and radially fitting between the plug mounting counterbore 107 and the outer peripheral surface of the third plug conductive member.
The invention also provides a socket device matched with the charging plug device.
In conclusion, the charging device with coaxial conductive pieces is provided by the plug conductive piece and the plug insulating isolation sleeve which are in laminated sleeving, and the socket conductive piece and the socket insulating isolation sleeve which are in laminated sleeving, so that the plugging difficulty is reduced, the problems of difficult plugging alignment and incapability of concentrating plugging force caused by dispersion of the conductive pieces are solved, the plugging and unplugging matching of the plug component and the socket component in the charging process is facilitated, and the charging device is particularly suitable for automatic equipment application such as automatic charging robots. Furthermore, the charging device provided by the invention also avoids the problem of processing errors or assembly deviation which are easily caused in the processing and assembly processes when a plurality of conductive pieces are dispersedly arranged in the prior art, and effectively improves the processing efficiency. In addition, the charging device provided by the invention has higher stability, and the integrity is higher after the assembly is finished, so that the service life of the charging device is prolonged.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that various changes, modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A charging plug device, comprising:
an insulated plug mounting base (109) having a plug mounting hole (106) therethrough;
the plug comprises a first plug conductive piece (110), a second plug conductive piece (120) and a third plug conductive piece (130) which are coaxially and radially fixedly installed in a plug installation hole (106), wherein the first plug conductive piece (110), the second plug conductive piece (120) and the third plug conductive piece (130) are insulated and isolated from each other, the outer diameter of the first plug conductive piece (110) is smaller than that of the second plug conductive piece (120), the outer diameter of the second plug conductive piece (120) is smaller than that of the third plug conductive piece (130), the front end face of the first plug conductive piece (110) is more forward than that of the second plug conductive piece (120), and the front end face of the second plug conductive piece (120) is more forward than that of the third plug conductive piece (130).

The charging plug device according to claim 1, further comprising a first plug insulating spacer collar (311) and a first plug insulating spacer sleeve (312); the first plug conductive member (110) includes a plug fixing shaft (112), and a plug first contact portion (111) coaxially fixed to the plug fixing shaft (112) and having a larger diameter than the plug fixing shaft (112), thereby forming a shoulder (114) of the first plug conductive member;
the inner hole (318) of the first plug insulating isolation lantern ring is matched with the peripheral surface of the plug fixing shaft in a sleeved mode, the front end face of the first plug insulating isolation lantern ring is axially abutted to a shaft shoulder (114) of a first plug conductive piece, and the outer diameter of the first plug insulating isolation lantern ring is not larger than that of a first contact part (111) of the first plug conductive piece; the rear end of the first plug insulating isolation lantern ring is provided with a counter bore (323) of the first plug insulating isolation lantern ring, the front section of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve is provided with a necking section (353) of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve, the necking section (353) of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve is inserted into the counter bore (323) of the first plug insulating isolation lantern ring, and an inner bore (351) of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve is sleeved into the plug fixing shaft (112).
3. A charging plug device according to claim 2, characterised in that the second plug conductive member (120) comprises a second plug conductive collar (121) and a second plug conductive sleeve (122); the second plug conductive collar (121) comprises an inner hole (153) of the second plug conductive collar, a counter bore (152) of the second plug conductive collar at the rear end and a hole shoulder (151) of the second plug conductive collar; the inner hole (153) of the second plug conductive sleeve ring is matched with the outer peripheral surface of the necking section of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve (312), and the second plug conductive sleeve (122) is inserted between the inner peripheral surface of the counter bore (152) of the second plug conductive sleeve ring and the outer peripheral surface of the first plug insulating isolation sleeve (312).
4. A charging plug device according to claim 3, characterised in that the second plug conductive sleeve (122) abuts against a bore shoulder (151) of the second plug conductive collar.

The charging plug device according to claim 3 or 4, further comprising a second plug insulating isolation collar (321) and a second plug insulating isolation sleeve (322), wherein the second plug insulating isolation collar (321) comprises an inner hole of the second plug insulating isolation collar and a counter bore of the second plug insulating isolation collar at the rear end, the inner hole of the second plug insulating isolation collar is fitted on the outer peripheral surface of the second plug conductive sleeve (122), the diameter of the second plug insulating isolation collar is not greater than the outer diameter of the second plug conductive collar (121), and the second plug insulating isolation sleeve (322) is fitted on the outer peripheral surface of the second plug conductive sleeve (122) and inserted into the counter bore of the second plug insulating isolation collar.
6. The charging plug device according to claim 5, wherein the second plug insulating spacer sleeve (322) is plugged to the bottom axially towards the counter bore of the second plug insulating spacer collar.

A charging arrangement as claimed in claim 6, in which the plug mounting aperture (106) comprises a plug mounting counterbore (107) at the rear end, thereby forming a plug mounting aperture shoulder (108); the third plug conductor (130) includes an inner bore (143) of the third plug conductor and a shoulder (141) of the third plug conductor at the rear end; the inner hole (143) of the third plug conductive piece is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the second plug insulating isolation sleeve (322), and the shaft shoulder (141) of the third plug conductive piece is sleeved in the plug mounting counter bore (107).

The charging plug device of claim 7, wherein the third plug conductive member includes a counterbore (142) of the third plug conductive member at a rear end, the second plug insulating sleeve having a shoulder (361) of the second plug insulating sleeve at the rear end, the shoulder (361) of the second plug insulating sleeve being inserted into the counterbore (142) of the third plug conductive member.
9. The charging plug device of claim 1, further comprising a third plug insulating spacer (330), the third plug insulating spacer (330) having a third plug insulating spacer axial bore shoulder (332) at a rear end, the third plug insulating spacer axial bore shoulder (332) being axially sandwiched between the plug mounting bore shoulder (108) and the third plug conductive member axial shoulder (141) and radially nested between the plug mounting counterbore (107) and the third plug conductive member outer peripheral surface.
10. A socket device adapted to the charging plug device of claim 1.
