acquiring characteristic information of a state to be verified of the electrical equipment before operation is executed, judging whether the state of the electrical equipment meets the state requirement before operation is executed or not based on the characteristic information of the state to be verified before operation is executed, and acquiring a state verification result of the electrical equipment before operation is executed;
acquiring characteristic information of a state to be verified after the electrical equipment executes operation, judging whether the state of the electrical equipment meets the state requirement after the operation is executed or not based on the characteristic information of the state to be verified after the operation is executed, and acquiring a state verification result of the electrical equipment after the electrical operation is executed;
and obtaining a monitoring result based on the electric equipment state verification result before the electric operation is executed and the electric equipment state verification result after the electric operation is executed.
2. The method for monitoring the electrical operation of the thermal power plant according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the characteristic information of the state to be verified of the electrical device before the electrical operation is performed, and based on the characteristic information of the state to be verified before the electrical operation is performed, judging whether the state of the electrical device meets the state requirement before the electrical operation is performed, and the step of obtaining the state verification result of the electrical device before the electrical operation is performed specifically comprises:
acquiring a characteristic image of a state to be checked before the electrical equipment executes operation;
extracting and obtaining the characteristic information of the state to be verified before the execution operation based on the characteristic image of the state to be verified before the execution operation;
performing similarity matching on the state characteristic information to be verified before the operation is executed and the standard state characteristic information of the same type of standard equipment of the electrical equipment in a pre-operation state in a pre-acquisition standard library to obtain a state similarity index before the operation;
and judging whether the state of the electrical equipment to be operated meets the state requirement before operation or not based on the state similarity index before operation.

The method for monitoring the electrical operation of the thermal power plant according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining whether the state of the electrical device to be operated meets the pre-operation state requirement based on the pre-operation state similarity index specifically comprises:
comparing the pre-operation state similarity index with a first preset threshold, wherein when the pre-operation state similarity index is larger than the first preset threshold, the state of the electrical equipment to be operated meets the pre-operation state requirement; otherwise, the state of the electrical equipment to be operated does not meet the state requirement before operation.

The method for monitoring the electrical operation of the thermal power plant according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the characteristic information of the state to be verified after the electrical device performs the operation, and based on the characteristic information of the state to be verified after the operation, judging whether the state of the electrical device meets the state requirement after the operation, and the step of obtaining the state verification result of the electrical device after the electrical operation includes:
acquiring a to-be-verified state characteristic image after the electrical equipment executes operation;
extracting and obtaining the characteristic information of the state to be verified after the operation is executed based on the characteristic image of the state to be verified after the operation is executed;
performing similarity matching on the to-be-verified state characteristic information after the operation is executed and standard state characteristic information of the same type of standard equipment in a pre-acquired standard library in the post-operation state to obtain a post-operation state similarity index;
and judging whether the state of the electrical equipment after the operation meets the state requirement after the operation or not based on the state similarity index after the operation.

The method for monitoring the electrical operation of the thermal power plant according to claim 4, wherein the step of determining whether the state of the electrical device after the operation meets the state requirement after the operation based on the state similarity index after the operation specifically comprises:
comparing the state similarity index after operation with a second preset threshold, wherein when the state similarity index after operation is larger than the second preset threshold, the state of the electrical equipment after operation meets the state requirement after operation; otherwise, the state of the electrical equipment after the operation does not meet the state requirement after the operation.
6. A method for thermal power plant electrical operation monitoring according to claim 2 or 4, wherein the step of obtaining the pre-obtained criteria library comprises:
collecting standard state characteristic images of preset various types of standard electrical equipment in various states before and after operation; extracting standard state feature information corresponding to the standard state feature image;
and associating and storing the equipment type, the pre-operation states and the post-operation states of the standard electrical equipment with the standard state characteristic information to obtain the pre-acquisition standard library.
7. A system for thermal power plant electrical operation monitoring, comprising:
the first result obtaining module is used for obtaining the characteristic information of the state to be verified of the electrical equipment before the operation is executed, judging whether the state of the electrical equipment meets the state requirement before the operation is executed or not based on the characteristic information of the state to be verified before the operation is executed, and obtaining the state verification result of the electrical equipment before the electrical operation is executed;
the second result acquisition module is used for acquiring the characteristic information of the state to be verified after the electrical equipment executes the operation, judging whether the state of the electrical equipment meets the state requirement after the operation is executed or not based on the characteristic information of the state to be verified after the operation is executed, and acquiring the state verification result of the electrical equipment after the electrical operation is executed;
and the third result acquisition module is used for acquiring a monitoring result based on the electric equipment state verification result before the electric operation is executed and the electric equipment state verification result after the electric operation is executed.

acquiring a to-be-verified state characteristic image after the electrical equipment executes operation;
extracting and obtaining the characteristic information of the state to be verified after the operation is executed based on the characteristic image of the state to be verified after the operation is executed;
performing similarity matching on the to-be-verified state characteristic information after the operation is executed and standard state characteristic information of the same type of standard equipment in a pre-acquired standard library in the post-operation state to obtain a post-operation state similarity index;
and judging whether the state of the electrical equipment after the operation meets the state requirement after the operation or not based on the state similarity index after the operation.
