As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be present separately and not assembled into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the apparatus, cause the apparatus to: in response to receiving a call request aiming at a target space or target personnel sent by a terminal, determining whether the terminal has call authority to the target space or the target personnel according to a pre-established authority management data set; in response to the fact that the terminal has the calling authority, inquiring the terminal number of a target space or a target object according to a pre-established terminal management data set; and calling according to the inquired terminal number.

Claims (10)

1. A healthcare calling method comprising:
in response to receiving a call request aiming at a target space or target personnel sent by a terminal, determining whether the terminal has call authority to the target space or the target personnel according to a pre-established authority management data set;
in response to the fact that the terminal has the calling authority, inquiring the terminal number of the target space or the target object according to a pre-established terminal management data set;
and calling according to the inquired terminal number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and in response to receiving a management area adding instruction, adding data corresponding to the management area in the authority management data set and the terminal management data set and establishing communication connection with the management area, wherein the management area comprises a department, a ward area and a courtyard area.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the making a call according to the queried terminal number comprises:
responding to the inquired terminal number as a single device, initiating a call to the single device, and enabling the single device to ring;
responding to the inquired terminal number as a device group, initiating a call to the device group, and enabling devices included in the device group to ring together;
wherein the devices included in the device group and the single device include a mobile terminal.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the making a call according to the queried terminal number comprises:
acquiring a call type of the call request, wherein the call type comprises a voice call and a video call;
and carrying out voice call or video call according to the inquired terminal number.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring information to be pushed sent by a terminal, wherein the type of the information to be pushed comprises an event notification, a text message and a voice message;
and pushing the information to be pushed to the equipment or equipment group subscribed with the information to be pushed.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the making a call according to the queried terminal number comprises:
and calling reminding is carried out through an electronic reminding panel and/or an audible and visual alarm which are associated with the inquired terminal number.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the method further comprises:
and storing and counting the call information associated with the call request received in a preset time period.
8. A healthcare call device comprising:
the terminal comprises a determining unit, a judging unit and a judging unit, wherein the determining unit is configured to respond to a call request which is sent by the terminal and aims at a target space or a target person, and determine whether the terminal has call authority for the target space or the target person according to a pre-established authority management data set;
the inquiry unit is configured to respond to the fact that the terminal has the calling authority, and inquire the terminal number of the target space or the target object according to a pre-established terminal management data set;
and the calling unit is configured to make a call according to the inquired terminal number.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon;
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method recited in any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
