Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the ending unit 411 is configured to end the three-party call when receiving call ending requests sent by the operation and maintenance platform customer service end, the target user end, and the target parking lot property end.
Optionally, the first invitation notification and the second invitation notification include a link to the three-way platform and a confirmation code.
In the system of this embodiment, the functions of each unit correspond to the steps in the method embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an embodiment of the three-party communication device applied to the parking lot, where the device includes:
a processor 501, a memory 502, an input/output unit 503, and a bus 504;
the processor 501 is connected with the memory 502, the input/output unit 503 and the bus 504;
the memory 502 holds a program, and the processor 501 calls the program to execute any one of the three-party calling methods applied to the parking lot.
The present application also relates to a computer-readable storage medium having a program stored thereon, wherein the program, when executed on a computer, causes the computer to execute a three-party call method as any one of the above methods applied to a parking lot.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and the like.

Claims (10)

1. A three-party call method applied to a parking lot is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the remote server receives a request message sent by a customer service end of the operation and maintenance platform, wherein the request message is used for requesting to establish three-way communication among the customer service end of the operation and maintenance platform, a target user end and a target parking lot property end;
the remote server establishes a three-way call platform and pulls the operation and maintenance platform customer service end into the three-way call platform;
the remote server determines the target user terminal and the target parking lot property terminal according to the request message;
the remote server sends a first invitation notification to the target user side, so that the target user side enters the three-party communication platform through the first invitation notification;
and the remote server sends a second invitation notification to the target parking lot property terminal, so that the target parking lot property terminal enters the three-party communication platform through the second invitation notification.
2. The three-party calling method applied to the parking lot according to claim 1, wherein the sending of the first invitation notification to the target user side by the remote server comprises:
the remote server acquires the registration information registered by the target user side in the operation and maintenance platform;
the remote server acquires a first number of the target user side according to the registration information;
and the remote server sends a first invitation notification to the target user side according to the first number.
3. The three-party calling method applied to the parking lot according to claim 2, wherein after the remote server sends the first invitation notification to the target user terminal, the method further comprises:
the remote server receives a second number of the target user side sent by the operation and maintenance platform customer service side;
and if the first number is inconsistent with the second number, the remote server resends the first invitation notification to the target user side according to the second number.
4. The three-party call method applied to the parking lot according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target parking lot property end by the remote server according to the request message comprises the steps of:
the remote server acquires the current position information of the target user side according to the request message;
and the remote server determines the target parking lot property terminal according to the position information.
5. The three-party call method applied to the parking lot according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the remote server sends a second invitation notification to the target parking lot property terminal, the method further comprises:
when the remote server receives a management request sent by the target user side, the operation and maintenance platform customer service side or the target parking lot property side, the remote server manages the three-party call according to the management request;
the management request comprises a video call request, a voice call request or a microphone closing request.
6. The three-party call method applied to the parking lot according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the remote server sends a second invitation notification to the target parking lot property terminal, the method further comprises:
and when the remote server receives a call ending request sent by any one of the operation and maintenance platform customer service end, the target user end or the target parking lot property end, the remote server eliminates the three-party call from a requesting party sending the call ending request.
7. The three-party call method applied to the parking lot according to claim 6, wherein after the remote server eliminates the three-party call from the requesting party sending the call end request according to the call end request, the method further comprises:
and the remote server converts the three-party call into a one-to-one call.
8. The three-party call method applied to the parking lot according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the remote server sends a second invitation notification to the target parking lot property terminal, the method further comprises:
and when the remote server receives the call ending requests sent by the operation and maintenance platform customer service end, the target user end and the target parking lot property end, the remote server ends the three-party call.
9. The three-party call method applied to the parking lot according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first invitation notification and the second invitation notification contain a link to the three-party call platform and a confirmation code.
10. A three-party communicator for use in a parking lot, the system comprising:
the system comprises a receiving unit, a service unit and a service unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a request message sent by a customer service end of an operation and maintenance platform, and the request message is used for requesting to establish three-way communication among the customer service end of the operation and maintenance platform, a target user end and a target parking lot property end;
the processing unit is used for establishing a three-party communication platform and pulling the operation and maintenance platform customer service end into the three-party communication platform;
the determining unit is used for determining the target user terminal and the target parking lot property terminal according to the request message;
a first sending unit, configured to send a first invitation notification to the target user side, so that the target user side enters the three-party call platform through the first invitation notification;
and the second sending unit is used for sending a second invitation notification to the target parking lot property terminal, so that the target parking lot property terminal enters the three-party communication platform through the second invitation notification.
