Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
These and other aspects of embodiments of the invention will be apparent with reference to the following description and attached drawings. In the description and drawings, particular embodiments of the invention have been disclosed in detail as being indicative of some of the ways in which the principles of the embodiments of the invention may be practiced, but it is understood that the scope of the embodiments of the invention is not limited correspondingly. On the contrary, the embodiments of the invention include all changes, modifications and equivalents coming within the spirit and terms of the claims appended hereto.
Referring to fig. 1, the article management method according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes steps S11-S13.
Step S11, acquiring images of each article captured by the camera device in a preset time period, and comparing the image of each article in the current period with a corresponding reference picture to determine a storage state of each article, where the storage state includes a damaged state and a complete state.
The method in the embodiment can be applied to a control terminal, such as a computer, a server, a controller, or the like, which includes a memory for storing software programs and modules, and a processor for executing various functional applications and data processing of the control terminal by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory. The control terminal is used for managing each collected item in an item collection place (such as a museum) and monitoring the state of each item. In the collection place, a camera can be installed in each article storage area and is used for taking pictures of each article.
In the case of museums, the displayed articles need to be checked and repaired regularly so that each article can be passed on for a long time. In this embodiment, the images of the articles captured by the image capturing device are acquired at a preset time period, which may be set according to actual detection time, for example, the images may be detected every half year. That is, images of each article are acquired every half year with a half year as a period. The control terminal is connected with the camera equipment in a wireless communication mode, for example, wifi, zigbee, bluetooth, infrared and the like can be adopted in the wireless communication mode. The image of the article collected by the camera equipment is sent to the control terminal, and the control terminal analyzes the obtained image of each article to determine the storage state of each article, namely determine whether each article is in a damaged state or a complete state.
Specifically, the image captured by each article may be compared with a reference image, and when there is a difference between the captured image and the reference image, the article is determined to be in a damaged state. Wherein the reference image is a sample image of the item when intact.
And step S12, inquiring the importance level corresponding to each damaged article in a preset article importance level sorting table, wherein the damaged article is in a damaged state.
And step S13, sorting the damaged articles according to the importance levels, and generating an article repair sorting table.
The control terminal stores an importance level ranking table of all the articles in the museum, and the importance level ranking table comprises the name and the importance level of each article. In step S11, after the storage status of each damaged item is determined, the importance level corresponding to each damaged item is looked up in the item importance level ranking table. And sorting the damaged articles according to the importance levels to generate an article repair sorting table. The article repair sequencing list comprises basic information and importance level information of each article, wherein the basic information of the articles comprises but is not limited to names, positions, pictures, storage years and the like of the articles.
When the system is specifically implemented, one camera device is correspondingly arranged on each article for shooting, and the camera devices correspond to the articles one by one. The camera shooting equipment binds the shot image of the article with the camera shooting equipment identification and sends the image to the control terminal. The control terminal receives the image of each article and the corresponding camera device identifier, searches the corresponding reference image in the reference image library according to the camera device identifier, and determines the article storage state according to step S11. Each article in the article importance level sorting list is in one-to-one correspondence with the identification of the camera equipment, and the control terminal determines each article according to the identification of the camera equipment, so that the importance level of each damaged article is inquired.
It is to be understood that, in order to reduce the cost of the camera device, in other embodiments of the present invention, one camera device may be provided in each exhibition area to capture a plurality of items in each exhibition area. The control terminal divides the shot image of the exhibition area and extracts the image of each article in the exhibition area. Comparing the extracted image of each article with the reference images of the articles in the reference image library one by one to determine a target reference image corresponding to each article, and determining the storage state of the articles according to step S11. Each article in the article grade sorting table corresponds to one reference image, and the control terminal can inquire the importance grade of each damaged article from the article grade sorting table after determining the corresponding reference image of each damaged article.
Further, when the article repair table is generated, a preset number of articles sorted at the top are highlighted, for example, highlighted in the table.
Further, when the article sorting table is generated, the generated current article sorting table is compared with the article sorting table generated in the last period, and articles which are repeated in the article sorting table last time are identified in the current article sorting table so as to attract the attention of workers. And reminding workers that the object is not repaired in time or the previous repair is unsuccessful.
In the embodiment, images of the articles are periodically acquired and compared with corresponding reference images to determine whether each article is in a damaged state or a complete state. And inquiring the corresponding importance level from a preset article importance ranking table for the articles in the damaged state, and generating an article repairing ranking table after ranking according to the importance level. And the staff can repair the articles according to the generated article repair sequencing list at regular intervals. This embodiment can carry out periodic detection to article automatically, guarantees that article in time are restoreed, and need not the staff and regularly inspects every article, the staff's that improves work efficiency.
Referring to FIG. 2, a method for managing objects in a second embodiment of the present invention includes steps S21-S26.
Step S21, acquiring images of each article captured by the camera device in a preset time period, comparing the current image of the current article captured in the current period with a corresponding target reference image, and determining an SSIM value of structural similarity between the current image and the target reference image.
SSIM (structural similarity), which is also a fully-referenced image quality evaluation index, measures image similarity from three aspects of brightness, contrast, and structure. Wherein the step of determining the SSIM value of structural similarity between the current image and the target reference image comprises:
dividing the current image and the target reference image into a plurality of image blocks according to a cyclic symmetric Gaussian weighting function of a preset window; respectively calculating SSIM values between a plurality of corresponding image blocks in the current image and the target reference image;
and calculating the average value of the SSIM values among a plurality of corresponding image blocks, and taking the average value as the SSIM value between the current image and the target reference image.
In this embodiment, the image of each article and the corresponding reference image are partitioned, a gaussian weighting function is used to calculate a mean value, a variance, and a covariance of each image block, then a structural similarity SSIM between the corresponding image blocks between the two images is calculated, and finally the mean value is used as a structural similarity measure of the two images, that is, the average structural similarity SSIM.
Step S22, judging whether the SSIM value is smaller than a preset threshold value, if so, determining that the current article is in a damaged state, and if not, determining that the current article is in a complete state.
The SSIM value is a new index for measuring the similarity of two images, the larger the value is, the higher the similarity of the two images is, and the maximum value is 1. And judging by calculating the SSIM value between the current shot image of each article and the corresponding target reference image. When the SSIM value of the current image of the current article is lower than the threshold value, the fact that the current image and the target reference image have large changes is shown, so that the fact that the current article has quality changes is shown, and the fact that the current article is in a damaged state can be determined. The SSIM threshold may be set according to practical circumstances, for example, may be set to 0.7.
It is understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, the similarity between the current image and the reference picture may also be determined by comparing the RGB vector in the reference image with the RGB vector of the current image.
Specifically, R, G and B components of each pixel value of the current image are obtained, and R, G and B components of each pixel value of the current image are added to obtain vectors (r1, g1, B1). R, G and B components of each pixel value of the target reference image are obtained, and vectors (r2, g2, B3) are obtained by adding R, G and B components of each pixel value of the target reference image respectively. And the difference between (r1, g1, b1) and (r2, g2, b3) is calculated. When the difference value of r1 and r2, the difference value of g1 and g2 and the difference value of b1 and b2 are not larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the current image is the same as the target reference image, and determining that the current article is in a complete state; when any difference value of the difference values of r1 and r2, the difference values of g1 and g2 and the difference values of b1 and b2 is larger than a preset threshold value, the current image is determined to be different from the target reference image, and therefore the current article is determined to be in a damaged state.
In the above manner, the photographed image of each article is compared with the corresponding reference image to determine the storage state of each article.
Step S23, obtaining an environmental parameter value of an environment in which each article is located, acquired by each time node environmental parameter acquisition device in the current cycle, where the environmental parameter includes a temperature parameter and a humidity parameter.
And step S24, counting the times that the environmental parameter value exceeds the corresponding parameter threshold range of each item.
Step S25, adding the number of times corresponding to each article to the article repair sort list.
Each item has its optimum storage environmental conditions, such as optimum temperature, humidity, etc. The long-term exposure of the article to an unfavorable environment is one of the important factors that lead to damage to the article. In order to analyze the cause of damage to each article, environmental parameters of the environment in which the article is located need to be monitored in real time. In specific implementation, the environment parameter acquisition equipment can be installed in a museum, and the environment parameter acquisition equipment can comprise a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor and is used for acquiring the temperature parameter and the humidity parameter of each article storage environment in the museum. The number and the installation position of the environmental parameter acquisition equipment can be set according to actual conditions. If the articles in the museum are stored under the same environmental condition, the acquired environmental parameter values of the articles are consistent, and only a few pieces of environmental parameter acquisition equipment need to be arranged in the museum. It can be understood that, if the storage environments of various articles in a museum are different, if biological specimens need to be stored separately and need to be stored at low temperature, and if the storage environments of the biological specimens are different from the storage environments of other articles stored at normal temperature, an environmental parameter acquisition device is respectively arranged for each article.
As an optional implementation manner, the environment parameter collecting device uploads the environment parameter value of the environment where each article is located, collected by each time node, to the server in real time. In specific implementation, the average value of the environmental parameter values of each article in each day can be uploaded to the server by taking the day as a time node. The controller acquires the environmental parameters of each article in the server at each time node in the current period in a fixed period, compares the environmental parameter value of each article with a corresponding parameter threshold range, and records the times that the environmental parameter value of each article exceeds the parameter threshold range. The parameter threshold range corresponding to each article can be set according to actual conditions, and the parameter threshold range can be the most suitable storage environment for the articles.
For example, the most suitable storage environment for an article is a temperature of 15 to 30 ℃ and a humidity of 0% to 2%, i.e. the parameter threshold range of the article is: the temperature is 15-30 ℃, and the humidity is 0-2%. Respectively counting the times that the temperature and the humidity of the environment where the article is located in the current period (for example, half a year) exceed 15-30 ℃ and 0% -2%. Adding the counted times to an article repair sort table. By monitoring the environmental parameters of each article, workers can be facilitated to find out the reason of damage of the article, so that improvement countermeasures can be provided.
And step S26, sending the article repair table to a terminal pointed by a preset storage address.
The storage address includes, but is not limited to, an IP address and a mailbox address of the terminal. The control terminal generates an article repair sequencing list and then can send the article repair sequencing list to a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet computer and the like of a user. It may also be sent to the user's mailbox or uploaded to a server. The user can acquire or check the article repairing sequencing list at any time, and the method is very convenient.
Compared with the first embodiment, the method for judging whether the article is in the damaged state or not is simple and high in judgment efficiency according to the SSIM value between the current image and the corresponding reference image of each article. And by monitoring the environmental parameters of each article, the worker can conveniently find out the damage reason of the article. Meanwhile, the generated article sorting table is sent to the appointed terminal, so that the user can conveniently download and check the article sorting table, and great convenience is provided for the user.
