FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a system 100 to which embodiments of the present application may be applied. As shown in fig. 1, the system 100 may include a cloud server 101 and a terminal 102. The terminal 102 may be any computer device, such as a computer, a mobile phone, a smart watch, a home appliance, and the like. The cloud server 101 and the terminal 102 may be connected by a wired or wireless connection.
In an embodiment of the present example, the terminal 102 may receive anomaly detection configuration information that is sent by the cloud server 101 in anticipation of a scene, where the anomaly detection configuration information includes collection policy information, detection scene information, and an anomaly reporting policy; according to the collection strategy information, collecting abnormal data in a scene corresponding to the detection scene information; when the collected abnormal data accords with an abnormal reporting strategy, the abnormal data is uploaded to the cloud server 101; receiving repair strategy information corresponding to abnormal data sent by a cloud server 101; and carrying out terminal abnormity repair according to the repair strategy information.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flowchart of a terminal abnormality repairing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The execution subject of the terminal abnormality repairing method may be any device, such as the terminal 102 shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the terminal abnormality repairing method may include steps S210 to S240.
Step S210, receiving anomaly detection configuration information which is expected to be issued by a cloud server through a scene, wherein the anomaly detection configuration information comprises collection strategy information, detection scene information and an anomaly reporting strategy;
step S220, according to the collection strategy information, collecting abnormal data under the scene corresponding to the detection scene information;
step S230, when the collected abnormal data accords with an abnormal reporting strategy, the abnormal data is uploaded to a cloud server;
step S240, receiving repair policy information corresponding to the abnormal data sent by the cloud server, so as to repair the terminal abnormality according to the repair policy information.
The following describes a specific process of each step performed when performing terminal anomaly repair.
In step S210, anomaly detection configuration information that is expected to be issued by the cloud server through a scene is received, where the anomaly detection configuration information includes collection policy information, detection scene information, and an anomaly reporting policy.
In the embodiment of this example, the anomaly detection configuration information, that is, the configuration information for performing anomaly detection in the terminal, may at least include collection policy information, detection scenario information, and an anomaly reporting policy. The collected policy information, that is, policy information for detecting abnormal data in the terminal, such as detection of a switch, the number of times of detection, detection frequency, and the like. The detection context information is context information for detecting abnormal data in the terminal, such as a context in which a system or an application in the terminal performs a specific operation. The exception reporting policy is policy information of exception data reported and detected in the terminal, for example, information such as reported data volume, data format, data content type, and the like.
In an embodiment, the cloud server issues the anomaly detection configuration information in anticipation of a scene, where the anomaly detection configuration information may be issued by the cloud server when the cloud server determines a terminal having a task in the same scene as a target terminal through collected anomaly information reported by the target terminal in a target terminal cluster (for example, when a certain anomaly occurs in a certain scene), and then issues the anomaly detection configuration information matched with the anomaly information reported by the target terminal to the terminal having the task in the same scene as the target terminal. In an embodiment, the cloud server issues the anomaly detection configuration information in anticipation of the scene, where the cloud server receives a detection instruction of a user and then issues the anomaly detection configuration information corresponding to the scene indicated by the detection instruction.
In step S220, according to the collection policy information, abnormal data is collected in the scene corresponding to the detection scene information.
In the embodiment of the present example, policy information, that is, policy information for detecting abnormal data in a terminal, such as detection switch, detection number of times, detection frequency, and the like, is collected. When it is monitored that the terminal enters a scene corresponding to the detection scene information, the terminal may collect abnormal data according to the collection policy information, for example, turn on an abnormal collection code in the target main process according to a specific detection switch in the collection policy information, and collect abnormal data according to the detection times, the detection frequency, and the like. The terminal only needs to collect abnormal data in the scene corresponding to the detection scene information according to the collection strategy information, the terminal does not need active full-scale real-time monitoring, abnormal repairing work can be flexibly carried out according to requirements, and the task processing load of the terminal is effectively reduced.
In one embodiment, the terminal comprises a target main process for processing terminal services; step S220, collecting abnormal data in the scene corresponding to the detection scene information according to the collection policy information, including: and under the scene corresponding to the detection scene information, triggering the target main process to collect abnormal data according to the collection strategy information.
The target host process can be a process corresponding to a system or an application program, and abnormal data can be collected in real time in the process of processing the service by the terminal through the target host process. Specifically, when it is monitored that the terminal enters a service scene corresponding to the detection scene information, the abnormal collection code indicated by the detection switch in the target main process is turned on according to the detection switch in the collection policy information, and abnormal data is collected according to the detection times, the detection frequency and the like.
In step S230, when the collected abnormal data conforms to the abnormal reporting policy, the abnormal data is uploaded to the cloud server.
In the embodiment of this example, the exception reporting policy is policy information of reporting detected exception data in the terminal, for example, information such as a reported data amount, a data format, and a data content type. When the collected abnormal data accord with the abnormal reporting strategy, the abnormal data are uploaded to the cloud server, so that the situation that the terminal continuously uploads the abnormal data to the cloud server can be avoided, the terminal does not need to report the abnormal data in a full-scale real-time manner, the abnormal data accord with the abnormal reporting strategy only needs to be uploaded to the cloud server, and the task processing load of the terminal and the performance requirement of the terminal are further reduced.
In one embodiment, in step S230, when the collected abnormal data conforms to the abnormal reporting policy, uploading the abnormal data to the cloud server includes:
storing the collected abnormal data to a target storage file; and when the data volume in the target storage file is higher than a preset threshold value indicated by the abnormal reporting strategy, uploading the target storage file to a cloud server.
The target storage file can be a private storage file in the terminal, the collected abnormal data is stored in the target storage file, and when the data volume in the target storage file is higher than a preset threshold value indicated by the abnormal reporting strategy, the abnormal data is reported, so that the problems of high terminal pressure and invalid reported abnormal data caused by real-time reporting can be avoided, and the reliability of the abnormal repairing process is ensured.
In one embodiment, saving the collected exception data to a target storage file comprises: carrying out format conversion processing on the collected abnormal data to generate abnormal data with a uniform format; and storing the abnormal data with the uniform format to a target storage file.
The collected abnormal data is subjected to format conversion processing to generate abnormal data with a uniform format, so that the terminal can perform uniform format arrangement and recording on the abnormal data format while caching the abnormal data, the cloud server can perform abnormal analysis reliably, and the abnormal repairing efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, performing format transformation processing on the collected exception data to generate target exception data in a unified format includes: starting a target subprocess after collecting abnormal data; and carrying out format conversion processing on the collected abnormal data through the target subprocess to generate target abnormal data with a uniform format.
The target subprocess is a new process relative to the main process, format conversion processing is carried out on the collected abnormal data by starting the target subprocess to generate target abnormal data with a uniform format, and then caching, reporting and the like are carried out, so that the abnormal data collection and processing efficiency can be further improved, and the pressure of the main process of the terminal is reduced.
In step S240, repair policy information corresponding to the abnormal data sent by the cloud server is received, so as to repair the terminal abnormality according to the repair policy information.
In the embodiment of the present example, the repair policy information is policy information for performing exception repair in the terminal, and the terminal receives the repair policy information corresponding to the exception data sent by the cloud server, so that the exception repair can be performed in time and accurately according to the repair policy information. The process of obtaining the repair strategy information is very reliable, so that the reliability of abnormal repair of the terminal is effectively improved.
In one embodiment, an exception recovery protocol is predetermined in the cloud server; in step S240, receiving repair policy information corresponding to the abnormal data sent by the cloud server includes: and receiving repair strategy information corresponding to the abnormal data sent by the cloud server according to the abnormal recovery protocol.
The exception recovery protocol is a predetermined protocol for issuing repair policy information, for example, a protocol via a specific transmission channel or at a specific time. In a certain abnormal situation, the cloud server finds that the product data is abnormal, and the cloud server issues repair strategy information of which the data is not in line with expectation according to a repair protocol. The reliability of the abnormal recovery can be further improved by presetting an abnormal recovery protocol in the cloud server.
In one embodiment, an exception recovery protocol is predetermined in the terminal; in step S240, performing abnormal terminal repair according to the repair policy information, including: and according to the repairing strategy information, performing terminal abnormity repairing according to the abnormity repairing protocol.
The exception recovery protocol is a predetermined protocol for recovering an exception of the terminal, for example, a protocol such as a specific recovery sequence or a recovery time point. And the terminal automatically updates the internal logic according to the repair strategy information according to the protocol specification, thereby realizing that the terminal has reliable abnormal self-repair capability.
In this way, based on steps S210 to S240, the terminal receives the anomaly detection configuration information including the collection policy information, the detection scene information, and the anomaly reporting policy, which is sent by the cloud server through the scene expectation, the terminal only needs to collect the anomaly data in the scene corresponding to the detection scene information according to the collection policy information, the terminal does not need to actively monitor in a full-scale real-time manner, and can flexibly perform anomaly repairing work according to the requirement, the task processing load of the terminal itself is effectively reduced, further, when the collected anomaly data conforms to the anomaly reporting policy, the anomaly data is uploaded to the cloud server, the terminal does not need to report in a full-scale real-time manner, the task processing load of the terminal itself and the performance requirement of the terminal itself are further reduced, thereby ensuring the process reliability of obtaining the repairing policy information, and effectively improving the reliability of the anomaly repairing of the terminal.
