本发明涉及一种为妇女做输卵管节育术用的阻塞栓。它的基本形状是一种用生物活性高分子材料制成的圆柱体。通过手术将该圆柱体阻塞栓1固定在输卵管内腔中,以阻止卵子通过输卵管排出,达到妇女避孕的目的。若需该妇女再怀孕时,经过手术可以将阻塞栓1方便取出,使输卵管恢复其排卵功能,以保证其再次怀孕。为保证妇女输卵管及输卵管的修复,实行可复性节育术找到了一个良好的避孕方法。

本发明涉及一种为妇女在实行输卵管栓子节育术中用的阻塞物。
实行计划生育是我国的一项基本国策。为控制人口的增长,对生育两胎以上的妇女实行输卵管绝育术已成为控制人口增长的重要避孕措施之一。目前为妇女做输卵管绝育术的方法大体上可分为两种,一种是将妇女的输卵管切断,并切除一小部分。这种方法对妇女防止再育具有良好地效果。但是,一旦需要该妇女再孕时,将切断的输卵管接好,手术操作复杂;就是将该输卵管接好,也难以保证该输卵管功能都恢复正常排卵,使之怀孕。另一种是向妇女输卵管中注射由高分子材料制造的栓阻剂和多种化学腐蚀剂(如苯酚糊),经子宫注入输卵管间质部,使这一部分的输卵管粘膜上皮发生坏死、变性、脱落,然后从基底部形成肉芽组织,最后形成纤维化瘢痕,使输卵管闭塞,达到绝育目的。
这种方法的优点是可以避免实行绝育的妇女受一刀之苦,深受群众的欢迎。但是该妇女若需要再孕时,很难将该栓塞去除,由于闭塞的部位及药物引起局部组织的变化,均对复孕不利,使该妇女的输卵管也就不能正常排卵、怀孕。
本发明的目的是为了克服上述不足,在研制可复性女性输卵管栓子节育术中,而设计的一种既可以节育,防止该妇女怀孕,又可以根据需要将该妇女输卵管接通恢复其功能的阻塞栓。
本发明是这样的实现的,它是根据阻塞妇女输卵管的原理,设计了一种由高分子材料制造的基本形状为圆柱体的阻塞栓,在实行节育手术过程开始,将输卵管用手术刀或手术剪呈斜面状剪(切)开一个斜切口,长度不超过输卵管直径的1/2,然后将该阻塞栓通过妇女输卵管斜切口,将其放入妇女输卵管的内腔中,用羊肠线或丝线将其缝合固定于管腔,缝合切口,形成栓塞,防止妇女的卵子经输卵管排出,达到妇女可复性节育的目的。
由于本发明是将预制好的圆柱体阻塞栓通过切口安放在妇女的输卵管中,以阻塞输卵管的内腔,来达到妇女输卵管节育的目的,因此若该妇女需要再生育时,只要将该妇女的输卵管的管腔切开,就可以方便地将该圆柱体阻塞栓取出。由于输卵管一直未被切断和剪除,因此输卵管阻塞栓取出后,就可以使其很快地恢复其排卵功能,以保证妇女再孕。

下面结合附图对本发明进行详细地说明。
本发明的阻塞栓由生物活性高分子材料制造,如硅胶等。根据妇女输卵管的内腔为圆孔,该阻塞栓1制成圆柱体。为了更有效地达到阻塞输卵管内腔的目的,在该圆柱体阻塞栓1的一个端面制成扩口凹面2,在使用时使之该端朝向卵巢。为了便于安装和固定,最好将该圆柱体阻塞栓1的两端都制造成为扩口凹面2的结构形式。所说的扩口凹面2的最简单的一种形式为内凹的球冠面,也可以是锥面。安装阻塞栓1时,在输卵管上的切口最好是倾斜切口,以便于阻塞栓1的安装及切口的吻合。

2、根据权利要求1所述的一种女性输卵管栓子节育术用阻塞栓,其特征在于:该圆柱体阻塞栓(1)的一个端面为扩口凹面(2)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种输卵管节育术用阻塞栓,其特征在于:该圆柱体阻塞栓(1)的两个端面都是扩口凹面(2)。也可以是锥面。
