the vulcanizing mechanism comprises a water tank (2), an electric telescopic cylinder (3), a vulcanizing tank body (6), a rotary pipe (7), a clamping groove (31), a clamping block (25), a rotary plate (32), a second square hole (33) and a second separation net (34); the device box (1) top bolted connection has water tank (2), the equal bolted connection in water tank (2) left and right sides has electronic telescopic cylinder (3), the one end fixedly connected with vulcanizer body (6) of water tank (2) is kept away from in electronic telescopic cylinder (3), the inside of vulcanizer body (6) has run through rotatory pipe (7), draw-in groove (31) have been seted up to rotatory pipe (7) inner wall, rotatory pipe (7) are located the equal fixedly connected with rotor plate (32) in both ends around vulcanizer body (6) is inside, and rotor plate (32) are inside to have seted up second quad slit (33), the inside fixedly connected with second of second quad (33) separates net (34), waterproof ventilated membrane (5) are passed to the one end that vulcanizer body (6) was kept away from in rotatory pipe (7).

The plastic particle air drying device of claim 1, wherein: the left side and the right side of the bottom of the water tank (2) are both communicated with water pipes (26), and the bottom of each water pipe (26) penetrates through the device box body (1) and is communicated with a water pump (27).

The plastic particle air drying device of claim 1, wherein: the vulcanizing tank body (6) is far away from the front side of one end of the device box body (1) and is fixedly connected with a third hinge (14), and the rear side of the third hinge (14) is rotatably connected with a second box body baffle plate (15).
