Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The air conditioner 100 may also include more or fewer components than shown in fig. 1, or have a different configuration than shown in fig. 1. The components shown in fig. 1 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
The air conditioner 100 includes an anti-condensation device 110, a memory 120, and a processor 130.
The elements of the memory 120 and the processor 130 are electrically connected to each other directly or indirectly to achieve data transmission or interaction. For example, the components may be electrically connected to each other via one or more communication buses or signal lines. The anti-condensation device 110 includes at least one software function module that may be stored in the memory 120 in the form of software or firmware (firmware) or solidified in an Operating System (OS) of the air conditioner 100. The memory 120 is used for storing a program, and the processor 130 executes the program after receiving the execution instruction.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for preventing condensation applied to the air conditioner 100 of fig. 1, and the method including various steps will be described in detail.
Step 201: the outdoor ambient humidity and the continuous operation time of the air conditioner refrigeration are determined.
Step 202: and when the outdoor environment humidity is greater than or equal to the threshold value, calculating the indoor environment humidity according to the outdoor environment humidity and the continuous operation time.
Step 203: and judging whether condensation risks exist or not based on the indoor environment humidity.
Step 204: and controlling the state of a ventilation door of the air conditioner based on the judgment result.
When condensation risks exist, controlling an air guide door of the air conditioner to be in a semi-closed state;
when the condensation risk does not exist, the air guide door of the air conditioner is controlled to be in a fully closed state, wherein the air guide door is provided with air dispersing holes for dispersing air flow and realizing a light air effect.
The outdoor environment humidity is the humidity of the weather in the open air environment, and determines the continuous operation time of the air conditioner in the cooling state.
And the indoor environment humidity is close to the outdoor environment humidity in the state that the air conditioner is not started.
The outdoor environment humidity and the threshold are determined, it should be noted that the threshold may be set to 60%, 70%, 80%, and the like, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
When the air conditioner is cooling, the continuous operation time of the air conditioner is determined, and the indoor environment humidity is reduced along with the operation of the air conditioner. The operation time of the air conditioner determines the variation of the indoor ambient humidity, and thus, the indoor ambient humidity is calculated based on the operation time of the air conditioner and the outdoor ambient humidity.
According to the method and the device, the humidity sensor does not need to be installed indoors or in the air conditioner, and the indoor environment humidity can be determined only by determining the continuous operation time of the air conditioner.
And judging whether condensation risks exist or not based on the indoor environment humidity. When the indoor environment humidity is too high, then there is the condensation risk, when indoor environment humidity is lower, then there is not the condensation risk.
Whether condensation risk exists is judged based on the indoor environment humidity, the indoor environment humidity can be compared with a preset humidity threshold value, the preset humidity threshold value is a critical value with condensation risk and without condensation risk, and a person skilled in the art can set the preset humidity threshold value according to actual conditions.
When there is condensation risk, the air guide door of the air conditioner is controlled to be in a semi-closed state, as shown in fig. 3, the air guide door is in a schematic view of the semi-closed state, and the reference numeral 1 is an air guide door. When there is no risk of condensation, the air guide door of the air conditioner is controlled to be in a fully closed state, as shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic view of the air guide door in the fully closed state, and reference numeral 1 is an air guide door.
And calculating the indoor environment humidity through the outdoor environment humidity and the continuous operation time of the air conditioner refrigeration, judging whether condensation risks exist or not based on the indoor environment humidity, and controlling the state of the air guide door based on a judgment result. According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the indoor and outdoor environment humidity can be determined without additionally arranging a humidity sensor, and when condensation risk exists, the operation frequency is not required to be reduced, and the condensation is prevented by changing the state of the air guide door of the air conditioner, so that the refrigeration effect is not influenced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In order to determine the outdoor environment humidity, in another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, with respect to step 201, there is provided an anti-condensation method, specifically including the following steps:
step 201-1: and determining the position information of the air conditioner in the state that the air conditioner is started.
Step 201-2: and determining weather information corresponding to the position information.
Step 201-3: and determining the environment humidity information in the weather information as the outdoor environment humidity.
The air conditioner is networked without installing a humidity sensor, and the position information of the air conditioner (Wi-Fi module) is obtained and can be accurate to the longitude and latitude of a cell; the server acquires local weather information according to the longitude and latitude information of the cell, and sends the outdoor weather information to an indoor unit main control of the air conditioner, so that the environment humidity information in the weather information is determined to be used as the outdoor environment humidity.
This application passes through the wifi module of air conditioner, acquires the positional information of air conditioner to weather information is confirmed based on positional information, and finally outdoor environment humidity is confirmed based on weather information. According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the humidity of the indoor environment can be determined without additionally arranging a humidity sensor, and the control cost of the air conditioner is reduced.
With respect to step 202, in another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, there is provided an anti-condensation method, specifically including the following steps:
step 202-1: the range to which the continuous operation time belongs is determined.
Step 202-2: the first correction value is determined if the continuous operating time falls within a first predetermined time range.
Step 202-3: and calculating the difference value between the outdoor environment humidity and the first correction value as the indoor environment humidity.
Step 202-4: the second correction value is determined if the continuous operating time falls within a second predetermined time range.
Step 202-5: and calculating the difference value between the outdoor environment humidity and the second correction value as the indoor environment humidity.
The first preset time range is smaller than the second preset time range, and the first correction value is smaller than the second correction value.
It should be noted that, when the air conditioner is cooling, the continuous operation time of the air conditioner cooling is determined. And after the air conditioner is started, the room humidity is reduced, and when the continuous operation time belongs to a first preset time range, the indoor environment humidity is calculated by determining a first correction value. For example: the first preset time range is [30min, 60min), the method is used according to actual conditions, in a scene with high humidity, after the continuous operation time of the air conditioner is within the first preset time range, the humidity can be reduced by at least 10%, namely the first correction value is 10%, when the outdoor environment humidity is 70%, the difference value between the outdoor environment humidity and the first correction value is calculated, namely 70% -10% is 60%, and the current indoor environment humidity is 60%.
Calculating the indoor ambient humidity by determining a second correction value when the continuous operating time belongs to a second predetermined time range, for example: the second preset time range is [60min, n), n is a time value larger than 60min, and according to practical use, under a scene with high humidity, after the operation for 60min, the room humidity tends to be stable, and the humidity can be reduced by at least 15%, namely the second correction value is 15%. When the outdoor environment humidity is 70%, calculating the difference value between the outdoor environment humidity and the second correction value, namely, 55% between 70% and 15%, and the current indoor environment humidity is 55%.
When refrigerated continuous operation time belongs to the third preset time range, the third preset time range can be (0,30min), because the indoor environment humidity needs the air conditioner continuous operation for a period of time, just can reduce, when the refrigerated continuous operation time of air conditioner is short, can't change indoor environment humidity, then because outdoor environment humidity and indoor environment humidity are close, consequently, indoor environment humidity is great, easily there is the condensation risk, then direct control air guide door is in the semi-closed state.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to step 203 above, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided an anti-condensation method, specifically including the following steps:
step 203-1: and under the conditions that the indoor environment humidity is less than the preset humidity and the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the set environment temperature is not more than 0, controlling the air guide door to be in a fully closed state.
And 203-2, controlling the air guide door to be in a semi-closed state under the condition that the indoor environment humidity is greater than the preset humidity and/or the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the set environment temperature is greater than 0.
And when the indoor environment humidity is less than the preset humidity, judging that the condensation risk does not exist.
When the condensation risk does not exist, whether the refrigeration requirement of the user is met at present or not is judged, the indoor environment temperature and the set environment temperature are determined, the indoor environment temperature is the current indoor environment temperature, and the set environment temperature is the indoor environment temperature selected by the user in the air conditioner remote controller.
The preset humidity may be 70%, 65%, or 60%, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
And under the condition that the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the set environment temperature is not more than 0, the current environment temperature is shown to meet the refrigeration requirement of a user, and the air guide door is controlled to be in a fully closed state at the moment.
When the indoor environment humidity is greater than the preset humidity, the condensation risk is indicated, and the air guide door is controlled to be in a semi-closed state in order to prevent the condensation.
When the indoor environment humidity is less than the preset humidity, the condensation risk does not exist, and the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the set environment temperature is greater than 0, the indoor environment temperature does not meet the refrigeration requirement of a user, and the air guide door needs to be controlled to be in a semi-closed state, so that the indoor temperature is reduced.
When the indoor environment humidity is greater than the preset humidity, and the difference between the indoor environment temperature and the set environment temperature is greater than 0, the refrigeration requirement of a user cannot be met while the condensation risk exists, and the air guide door is controlled to be in a semi-closed state so as to prevent the generation of condensation and the refrigeration requirement.
Whether condensation risk exists is determined based on the outdoor environment humidity, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
and when the outdoor environment humidity is less than the threshold value, determining that the condensation risk does not exist.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the outdoor environment humidity can be determined based on the position information through the position information of the air conditioner without additionally arranging a humidity sensor, the indoor environment humidity is determined based on the continuous operation time of air conditioner refrigeration, and when the condensation risk exists, the operation frequency is not required to be reduced, and the condensation is prevented by changing the state of the air guide door of the air conditioner, so that the refrigeration effect is not influenced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
