Example two
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, preferably, in an embodiment of the present application, the opening and closing of the valve of the first radial air outlet and/or the first radial lower air outlet and/or the second radial lower air outlet are controlled according to requirements of different air supply modes; the number of radial air outlets controlling the opening state of the two sets of centrifugal fan sets 220 is the same; when the number of the radial air outlets in the opening state of each centrifugal fan is 2, controlling the plurality of air inlets to be opened; and when the number is 1, controlling the air inlets on the same side with the radial air outlets in the open state to be closed, and opening the rest air inlets. The number of the radial air outlets controlling the opening state of the two groups of centrifugal fan sets 220 is the same, so that the air outlet directions of the two groups of different centrifugal fan sets 220 can be controlled; if one of the centrifugal fan sets 220 discharges air in a single direction, the other centrifugal fan set 220 also discharges air in a single direction, and the direction of the air discharged in the single direction may be different. If one set of centrifugal fan unit 220 is used for simultaneously blowing air from the upper part and the lower part, the other set of centrifugal fan unit 220 is also used for simultaneously blowing air from the upper part and the lower part, so that multi-region air blowing and regional air volume control are realized.
When the number of the radial air outlets in the opening state of each centrifugal fan is 2, controlling the plurality of air inlets to be opened; and when the number is 1, controlling the air inlets on the same side with the radial air outlets in the open state to be closed, and opening the rest air inlets. In the above embodiment, by selectively opening and closing the radial air outlets at different positions in the centrifugal fan set 220, multi-zone air supply is realized, and the temperature of the environmental space is accurately controlled. Further, by controlling the opening and closing of the plurality of air inlets, the air inlet passage can be selected, and further, the air circulation path and the space between the opened radial air outlet and the plurality of air inlets outside the wall-mounted air conditioner 100, particularly the air circulation path and the space between the radial air outlet and the adjacent air inlets, can be selected.
Specifically, when the number of the radial air outlets in the open state of each centrifugal fan is 2, the radial air outlets on the upper side and the lower side of each centrifugal fan supply air simultaneously, all the air inlets are opened at the moment, so that the air of each air inlet and each air outlet can freely and sufficiently circulate, and the air is further supplied air more uniformly in all directions. When the quantity of the air outlet for the open mode of every centrifugal fan is 1, show that need supply air to local area, close the air intake of the air outlet homonymy that is supplying air this moment, the surplus air intake is opened, can make the air get into wall-hanging air conditioner 100 through the air intake of the air outlet relative side that is supplying air, avoid flowing back to wall-hanging air conditioner 100 in from the air intake that the air outlet blew off is adjacent immediately, lead to the unable abundant circulation of air in the environmental space further to regional air supply and select, the accurate control of multizone air supply effect and environmental space temperature has been strengthened.
Further, in the method for controlling the wall-mounted air conditioner 100, the wall-mounted air conditioner 100 may be controlled to implement the following air supply modes:
the first mode is as follows: controlling the air doors of the first radial air outlet 111 and the second radial air outlet 221 to be opened, and closing the air doors of the first radial lower air outlet 112 and the second radial lower air outlet 222; the first upper air outlet 622 of the housing and the second upper air outlet 628 of the housing are respectively used for exhausting air, so that the first lower air outlet of the housing and the second lower air outlet of the housing are not exhausted;
and a second mode: controlling the dampers of the first radial air outlet 111 and the second radial air outlet 221 to be closed, and the dampers of the first radial lower air outlet 112 and the second radial lower air outlet 222 to be opened; so that the first upper outlet 622 of the housing and the second upper outlet 628 of the housing do not discharge air, and the first lower outlet and the second lower outlet of the housing discharge air respectively;
and a third mode: controlling the damper of the first radial air outlet 111 to be opened, the damper of the second radial air outlet 221 to be closed, the damper of the first radial lower air outlet 112 to be closed, and the damper of the second radial lower air outlet 222 to be opened; so that the first upper outlet 622 of the housing is exhausted, the second upper outlet 628 of the housing is not exhausted, the first lower outlet of the housing is not exhausted, and the second lower outlet of the housing is exhausted;
and a fourth mode: the damper of the first radial air outlet 111 is closed, the damper of the second radial air outlet 221 is opened, the damper of the first radial lower air outlet 112 is opened, and the damper of the second radial lower air outlet 222 is closed; the first upper outlet 622 of the housing does not output air, the second upper outlet 628 of the housing outputs air, the first lower outlet of the housing outputs air, and the second lower outlet of the housing does not output air.
And a fifth mode: all radial air outlets are open, and all air inlets and air outlets on the housing are open.
Further, when the air conditioner starts cooling operation, the wall-mounted air conditioner 100 is controlled to operate according to the first mode, and when the air conditioner starts heating operation, the wall-mounted air conditioner 100 is controlled to operate according to the second mode.
When a user just opens the wall-mounted air conditioner 100, the ambient temperature needs to be changed quickly, and the outlet air with a larger air speed or a larger temperature difference compared with the ambient temperature is usually selected, and when refrigeration is needed, because the wall-mounted air conditioner 100 sends out cold air which has a density larger than that of the ambient space and automatically tends to sink, the first radial air outlet 111 and the second radial air outlet 221 are selectively controlled to be opened, so that the two centrifugal fan sets 220 of the wall-mounted air conditioner 100 all supply air to the upper side; then the cold air automatically sinks, which is beneficial to the automatic circulation of the air, realizes quick refrigeration, and then leads the whole environment space to gradually tend to uniform cooling;
when heating is needed, since the hot air tends to rise relative to the cold air in the environmental space, the first radial lower air outlet 112 and the second radial lower air outlet 222 are controlled to be opened, so that both sets of centrifugal fan sets 220 of the wall-mounted air conditioner 100 supply air to the lower side, and then the hot air automatically rises to achieve rapid heating, and then the whole environmental space gradually tends to rise in temperature uniformly.
Further, by controlling all the radial air outlets to be opened, that is, opening the first radial air outlet 111, the second radial air outlet 221, the first radial lower air outlet 112, and the second radial lower air outlet 222, the air can be discharged from the upper side and the lower side of the wall-mounted air conditioner 100 at the same time and distributed uniformly. When the user feels the air-out state is appropriate, the air is uniformly blown out up and down at the same time.
Because each user has different adaptation degrees to the same temperature, if the difference of the temperature perception of the users in the room is large, the users can manually start the partition air supply mode:
in the cooling mode, if people in the left side of the room feel that the temperature is higher at the set temperature and people in the right side feel lower, the operation is performed according to the third mode, the air door of the first radial air outlet 111 is controlled to be opened, the air door of the second radial air outlet 221 is controlled to be closed, the air door of the first radial lower air outlet 112 is controlled to be closed, and the air door of the second radial lower air outlet 222 is controlled to be opened; so that the first upper outlet 622 of the housing discharges air, the second upper outlet 628 of the housing does not discharge air, the first lower outlet of the housing does not discharge air, and the second lower outlet of the housing discharges air; opening a left lower air outlet mode and a right upper air outlet mode; conversely, if the people in the left side of the room feel that the temperature is lower at the set temperature and the people in the right side feels higher, in the fourth operation mode, the air door of the first radial air outlet 111 is closed, the air door of the second radial air outlet 221 is opened, the air door of the first radial lower air outlet 112 is opened, and the air door of the second radial lower air outlet 222 is closed; the first upper housing outlet 622 is not opened, the second upper housing outlet 628 is opened, the first lower housing outlet is opened, and the second lower housing outlet is opened.
Under the mode of heating, the user selects upper left air-out, lower right air-out, perhaps lower left air-out, upper right air-out as required. The air inlets at different positions in the fan unit are selectively opened and closed, so that multi-region air supply is realized, and the temperature of an environment space is accurately controlled.
