Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application without making creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
When the air compressor surges, airflow generates strong fluctuation and periodic oscillation, so that the blades can vibrate strongly, and the bearings and the blades can be damaged, thereby causing serious accidents. Therefore, the application provides the air compressor, the air compressor control method and device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium. The air compressor control method can be applied to a controller in the air compressor and also can be applied to an upper computer connected with the air compressor.
As shown in fig. 1, the air compressor provided by the embodiment of the present application includes: the air compressor comprises an air compressor main body 1 and a branch air supplementing pipe 2, wherein one end of the branch air supplementing pipe 2 is communicated with an air inlet of the air compressor main body 1, and the other end of the branch air supplementing pipe is communicated with an air outlet of the air compressor main body 1;
a pressure sensor 4 and an exhaust valve 5 are arranged at an exhaust port of the air compressor main body 1, an air supplement valve 3 is arranged on the branch air supplement pipe 2, and when the air supplement valve 3 is in a closed state, the branch air supplement pipe 2 is disconnected;
the pressure sensor 4 is used for detecting the exhaust pressure of an exhaust port of the air compressor main body and sending the detected exhaust pressure value to the controller or the upper computer; the exhaust valve 5 is arranged on the exhaust pipeline, and can adjust different opening degrees so as to control the exhaust pressure and the exhaust flow; the air supplement valve 3 is used for controlling the on-off of the branch air supplement pipe 2, the air supplement valve 3 is in a normally closed state, and when the air supplement valve 3 is opened, the air supplement function of an air outlet of the main body of the partial pressure machine on an air inlet of the main body of the partial pressure machine can be realized when the branch air supplement pipe 2 is communicated.
When the branch air supply pipe 2 is in a disconnected state, if the pressure sensor 4 detects that the exhaust pressure value of the exhaust port meets a preset surge condition, the air supply valve 3 is controlled to be opened and/or the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 is increased.
The controller or the upper computer enables the air compensating valve 3 to be in a normally closed state by sending a first control instruction, obtains an exhaust pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 4, judges whether the exhaust pressure value meets a preset surge condition, sends a second control instruction to the air compensating valve 3 to open the air compensating valve 3 if the exhaust pressure value meets the preset surge condition, and/or sends a third control instruction to the exhaust valve 5 to increase the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5.
In practical application, the air compressor runs at a certain frequency, under normal working conditions, the air compensating valve 3 is in a closed state, all gas is exhausted from an exhaust port through an exhaust pipeline, and the exhaust pressure and the exhaust flow are adjusted by a controller or an upper computer by controlling the opening of the exhaust valve 5. In the operation process of the air compressor, the upper computer collects the pressure signal of the pressure sensor in real time and obtains the frequency spectrum signal of the pressure sensor.
In the opening adjusting process of the exhaust valve 5, if the exhaust pressure is in a steady state and no peak appears on a frequency spectrum signal of the pressure, the air compressor is in a steady operation state at present. If the valve opening is too small, the discharge pressure becomes too high, the intake flow rate decreases rapidly, the air compressor may surge due to insufficient intake, and the discharge pressure fluctuates periodically. At the moment, a frequency peak point appears on the frequency spectrum of the pressure signal, the exhaust pressure value of the exhaust port is determined to meet the preset surge condition, and the air compressor generates surge.
When the controller or the upper computer judges that the air compressor has surge, a signal is immediately sent to the air supply valve 3 and/or the exhaust valve 5, the air supply valve 3 is opened to conduct an air supply pipeline, and part of air in the exhaust pipe is supplied to the side of an air suction port, so that the air suction flow of the air compressor is increased; the opening of the exhaust valve 5 is rapidly increased, the exhaust pressure is reduced, and the air suction flow is increased. The two parts act independently or together, so that the air compressor is guaranteed to be rapidly separated from a surge state, and the air compressor is protected.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the branch air supply pipe communicated with the air outlet and the air inlet of the air compressor is arranged, and the air supply valve is arranged on the branch air supply pipe to control the on-off of the branch air supply pipe; set up pressure sensor on the blast pipe, confirm whether satisfy preset surge condition according to the exhaust pressure value of gas vent, also judge whether the air compressor machine takes place the surge promptly, when the air compressor machine takes place the surge, control tonifying qi valve is opened and/or the increase the valve aperture of discharge valve constitutes the anti-surge system, realizes judging the surge of air compressor machine fast, automatically and in time responding, makes the air compressor machine break away from the surge running state fast, guarantees that the air compressor machine lasts, steady operation, each structure of protection air compressor machine, extension air compressor machine life-span, this application can be used to multiple occasion such as the operation in-process of air compressor machine and air compressor machine test procedure.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided an air compressor control method for controlling the air compressor according to the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the air compressor control method includes:
step S101, in a disconnected state of the branch air supply pipe 2, acquiring a plurality of exhaust pressure values acquired by a pressure sensor 4;
in the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of exhaust pressure values and the collection time of each exhaust pressure value can form an exhaust pressure value time sequence.
Step S102, determining whether the change conditions of the plurality of exhaust pressure values meet preset surge conditions;
in this step, it may be determined whether a preset surge condition is satisfied according to a fluctuation variation condition of the exhaust pressure values in the time sequence of the exhaust pressure values, if the fluctuation range of the exhaust pressure values is large, such as: the peak point appears, then can confirm to satisfy and predetermine surge condition, confirms that the air compressor machine appears the surge, if the fluctuation range of exhaust pressure value is less, if: and if no peak point occurs, determining that the preset surge condition is not met, and determining that the air compressor has no surge.
And step S103, if the change situation of the exhaust pressure value meets a preset surge condition, controlling the gulp valve 3 to be opened and/or increasing the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5.
In this step, if the variation of the discharge pressure value satisfies the preset surge condition, the air compressor can be quickly released from surge by using the method in 3, that is: controlling only the exhaust valve to be opened; only controlling and increasing the valve opening of the exhaust valve; or simultaneously controlling the opening of the air replenishing valve and increasing the valve opening of the exhaust valve.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the variation condition of the exhaust pressure value meets the preset surge condition, the opening of the air supplementing valve is controlled and/or the opening of the exhaust valve is increased, namely whether the air compressor surges or not is judged, and when the air compressor surges, the opening of the air supplementing valve is controlled and/or the opening of the exhaust valve is increased, so that the surge of the air compressor is quickly and automatically judged and responded in time, the air compressor is quickly separated from the surge operation state, the continuous and stable operation of the air compressor is ensured, each structure of the air compressor is protected, and the service life of the air compressor is prolonged.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the step S102 of determining whether the variation of the plurality of exhaust pressure values satisfies the preset surge condition includes:
step 201, performing spectrum analysis on a plurality of exhaust pressure values to obtain pressure spectrum signals;
in the embodiment of the invention, a spectrum analysis method in the prior art can be utilized to perform spectrum analysis on a plurality of exhaust pressure values.
Step 202, determining whether the fluctuation condition of the pressure spectrum signal is outside a preset fluctuation range;
in the embodiment of the invention, the preset fluctuation range can be preset, and the preset fluctuation range can be obtained according to the fluctuation rule reflected by the pressure spectrum signals of a plurality of historically collected pressure values.
In this step, the fluctuation range of each point in the pressure spectrum signal may be compared with a preset fluctuation range, and if the fluctuation range is greater than the maximum value of the preset fluctuation range or less than the minimum value of the preset fluctuation range, it may be determined that the fluctuation condition of the pressure spectrum signal is outside the preset fluctuation range.
And step 203, if the fluctuation condition of the pressure spectrum signal is outside a preset fluctuation range, determining that the change condition of the plurality of exhaust pressure values meets a preset surge condition.
According to the embodiment of the invention, whether the fluctuation condition of the pressure spectrum signal is abnormal can be determined through the preset fluctuation range, so that whether the change condition of the plurality of exhaust pressure values meets the preset surge condition can be determined.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the step 202 of determining whether the fluctuation condition of the pressure spectrum signal is outside a preset fluctuation range includes:
step 301, extracting a frequency spectrum maximum value, a frequency spectrum minimum value and a frequency spectrum mean value from the pressure frequency spectrum signal;
step 302, subtracting the minimum value of the frequency spectrum from the maximum value of the frequency spectrum to obtain the fluctuation amplitude;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the maximum value of the spectrum is the maximum value of the spectrum signal, and the minimum value of the spectrum is the minimum value of the spectrum signal.
Illustratively, the maximum value of the spectrum is y max Minimum value of spectrum y min The fluctuation amplitude obtained by subtracting the minimum value of the frequency spectrum from the maximum value of the frequency spectrum is y max -y min

If it is

Judging that a peak point appears on the frequency spectrum and judging that the air compressor surges at the moment.
In the foregoing embodiment, if the variation of the discharge pressure value satisfies the preset surge condition, the air compressor can be quickly released from surge by using the method in 3, that is: controlling only the exhaust valve to open; controlling to increase the valve opening of the exhaust valve only; or, the opening of the air replenishing valve and the increasing of the opening of the exhaust valve are controlled simultaneously, in addition, in order to be suitable for more scenes, a judgment whether the opening of the exhaust valve is the maximum opening may be added, in yet another embodiment of the present invention, the controlling of the air replenishing valve 3 to open or increase the opening of the exhaust valve 5 includes:
step 401, acquiring the current valve opening of the exhaust valve 5;
in the embodiment of the present invention, after the controller or the upper computer adjusts the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 each time, the current valve opening can be recorded, so that the current valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 can be obtained in this step.
Step 402, if the current valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 is the maximum opening, the air supply valve 3 is opened;
in this step, since the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 has the maximum value, when the current valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 is the maximum opening, the valve opening of the exhaust valve cannot be increased any more, and therefore, only the gulp valve 3 may be opened at this time.
In step 403, if the current valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 is not the maximum opening, the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 is increased.
If the current valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 is not the maximum opening, it indicates that there is a space for continuously increasing the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5, and the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 may be increased.
The embodiment of the invention increases the judgment of whether the current valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 is the maximum opening, so that when the exhaust valve 5 is the maximum opening, only the air compensating valve 3 is opened, the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 does not need to be increased any more, and the problem that when the valve opening of the exhaust valve is only controlled to be increased, because the state of the exhaust valve 5 is not known, a control instruction is sent to the exhaust valve 5, the exhaust valve 5 is already the maximum opening, cannot be increased any more, the control instruction cannot be executed, and the air compressor cannot be separated from the surge state, so that the air compressor is damaged is avoided.
In another embodiment of the present invention, controlling the gulp valve 3 to open and increasing the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 comprises:
and if the control increases the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 and the increased valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 is not the maximum opening, determining that the change condition of the exhaust pressure value meets the preset surge condition, and controlling the gulp valve 3 to open and increase the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after only controlling and increasing the valve opening of the exhaust valve, if the air compressor is still in a surge state, the opening of the air replenishing valve and the valve opening of the exhaust valve can be controlled, and the air replenishing valve and the exhaust valve can act together to ensure that the air compressor is quickly separated from the surge state and protect the air compressor.
In another embodiment of the present invention, controlling the gulp valve 3 to open or increase the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 includes:
step 501, acquiring first power generation capacity for enabling the air compressor to be separated from a surge state by opening an air compensating valve 3;
in the embodiment of the invention, after the regulation and control are carried out by opening the air supplementing valve 3 in order to separate the air compressor from the surge state each time, whether the regulation and control successfully separate the air compressor from the surge state or not can be recorded, and the regulation and control success rate is calculated to obtain the first success rate.
Step 502, obtaining a second power generation rate for enabling the air compressor to be out of a surge state by increasing the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5;
in the embodiment of the invention, after the regulation and control can be carried out by increasing the opening degree of the exhaust valve in order to enable the air compressor to be out of the surge state each time, whether the regulation and control successfully enables the air compressor to be out of the surge state or not can be recorded, and the regulation and control success rate is calculated to obtain the second power generation rate.
Step 503, determining a first probability of selecting a mode of opening the air compensating valve 3 and a second probability of selecting a mode of increasing the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 based on the first power forming rate and the second power forming rate;
in this step, the ratio of the first probability and the second probability may be calculated according to the first power cost and the second power cost, such as: the first power factor is 60%, the second power factor is 40%, then 60%/40% =6/4, then the first probability may be 0.6, and the second probability may be 0.4.
And step 504, controlling the gulp valve 3 to open or increase the valve opening of the exhaust valve 5 according to the first probability and the second probability.
