under the drainage working condition: loosening the upper rotating shaft 5 and the locking washer 9 by loosening the limiting locking gland 8 in the guide vane adjusting mechanism 2 at the end of the water suction chamber 41, rotating the limiting adjusting handle 6 to enable the guide vane 14 to be at the optimal efficiency point of the water diversion working condition, wherein the rotating angle of the guide vane 14 is 10-15 degrees, then screwing the first locking bolt 110, enabling the limiting locking gland 8, the locking washer 9 and the upper rotating shaft 5 to be pressed tightly, and locking the guide vane 14; meanwhile, the angle position of the guide vane 14 at the end of the water outlet chamber 42 is adjusted to 0 degree according to the method, namely the guide vane 14 is flush with the water flow direction;
and (3) under the drainage working condition: loosening the upper rotating shaft 5 and the locking washer 9 by loosening the limiting locking gland 8 in the guide vane adjusting mechanism 2 at the end 42 of the water outlet chamber, rotating the limiting adjusting handle 6 to enable the guide vane 14 to be at the optimum efficiency point under the waterlogging draining working condition, wherein the rotating angle of the guide vane 14 is 15-20 degrees, then screwing the first locking bolt 110, enabling the limiting locking gland 8, the locking washer 9 and the upper rotating shaft 5 to be pressed tightly, and locking the guide vane 14; meanwhile, the angle position of the guide vane 14 at the end of the water suction chamber 41 is adjusted to 0 degree according to the method, namely the guide vane 14 is flush with the water flow direction.
