Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of improving the recovery efficiency of medium and low permeability oil fields, and particularly relates to a temporary plugging agent assisted carbon dioxide huff and puff oil production method.
Background
At present, the reserves of low and medium permeability oil fields in China are abundant, the low and medium permeability blocks which can establish a reasonable injection-production relationship are mainly developed in a water injection mode at present, and a large number of low and medium permeability blocks which are difficult to establish a reasonable injection-production relationship lack effective development means. The carbon dioxide huff and puff can play a role in supplementing stratum energy, reducing the tension of an oil-water interface, reducing the viscosity of crude oil and improving the fluidity ratio, so that the oil reservoir development effect can be improved, and the carbon dioxide huff and puff has application potential in the development of medium and low permeability oil fields.
However, due to the influence of reservoir heterogeneity and the dominant percolation channel, the carbon dioxide injected from the oil well forms a gas channeling along the dominant percolation channel, the sweep range of the carbon dioxide is greatly reduced, and the carbon dioxide cannot fully react with the crude oil in the residual oil rich region. Therefore, in order to improve the carbon dioxide throughput, the preferential seepage channels need to be effectively blocked before the carbon dioxide is injected.
The existing plugging agent mainly comprises a particle plugging agent and a foam plugging agent. The particle plugging agent has strong anti-shearing capability but poor injectability, and because each particle is dispersed, the plugging agent has poor plugging performance on the dominant seepage channel of the reservoir, has long plugging effective period and is not beneficial to the flow of crude oil after huff and puff. The cross-linked polymer gel plugging agent has good injection performance and high plugging strength, but is not anti-shearing, and after being sheared by pipelines, pumps and porous media, the plugging capability is greatly reduced, and the plugging validity period is longer. The foam plugging agent is shear resistant, the effective plugging period is moderate, but the plugging strength is low. Therefore, a dominant seepage channel plugging method suitable for carbon dioxide huff and puff of medium-low permeability oil fields needs to be researched.
Through the above analysis, the problems and defects of the prior art are as follows:
(1) the existing particle plugging agent has poor injectability, and because each particle is dispersed, the plugging agent has poor plugging performance on the dominant seepage channel of a reservoir, has long plugging effective period and is not beneficial to the flow of crude oil after huff and puff.
(2) The existing crosslinked polymer gel plugging agent is not anti-shearing, and after being sheared by pipelines, pumps and porous media, the plugging capability is greatly reduced, and the plugging validity period is longer.
(3) The prior foam plugging agent has moderate effective plugging period but low plugging strength.
