Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in use, the annular rubber plug 5 is preset in the inner cavity of the hanger 26, and the inner cavity of the cementing device 28 is provided with the retaining sleeve 18 and the receiving barrel 22. When the design amount of cement paste is injected into the pipe column, the inner rubber plug 1 is thrown from the well mouth, the inner rubber plug 1 moves downwards along with displacement liquid, the cement paste on the wall of the oil pipe 25 is scraped, when the inner rubber plug moves to the inner cavity of the hanger 26, the clamping part of the inner rubber plug, namely the shoulder of the guide head 10, is blocked by the blocking part at the bottom of the annular rubber plug 5, namely the steel ball 16 protruding inwards, cannot move downwards continuously, and meanwhile, the inner rubber plug 1 and the annular rubber plug 5 form a composite rubber plug. At this time, the pressure in the oil pipe 25 rises to a certain value, the connection between the annular rubber plug 5 and the hanger 26 is released, namely the copper shear pin 4 of the annular rubber plug 5 is sheared, the composite rubber plug descends along with the liquid flow, and at this time, the annular rubber plug 5 plays a role in scraping cement slurry on the inner wall of the well completion casing 27. When the composite rubber plug moves downwards to the cementing device 28, the blocking sleeve 18 preset in the cementing device 28 is in contact with the lower part of the ball blocking sleeve 15 of the annular rubber plug 5, the blocking part of the annular rubber plug 5 moves outwards to remove blocking, specifically, the ball blocking sleeve 15 moves upwards, the hole is expanded to move to the steel ball 16 and the steel ball 16 is released, so that blocking of the inner rubber plug 1 is removed, and the inner rubber plug 1 can pass through the hollow part of the annular rubber plug 5 and then can be discharged. The inner rubber plug 1 continues to move downwards, the function of scraping cement slurry on the inner wall of the tool is continuously realized in the downward moving process, when the inner rubber plug reaches the bearing barrel 22, the O-shaped ring 9 of the inner rubber plug below the guide head 10 and the inner hole of the bearing barrel 22 form sealing, the pressure in the sleeve pipe continues to rise, the inner rubber plug 1 and the bearing barrel 22 shear the second copper shear pin 21 downwards under the action of hydraulic pressure, and the locking block 20 is released simultaneously, so that the closing sleeve 19 of the cement injector 28 is closed, the cement slurry is blocked outside the cement injection hole 23, and the cement injection process is completed.
The technical solution provided by the present invention is not limited by the above embodiments, and all technical solutions formed by utilizing the structure and the mode of the present invention through conversion and substitution are within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A permeable composite rubber plug for well cementation is characterized in that: comprises an annular rubber plug and an inner rubber plug,
the annular rubber plug is a hollow rubber plug, the outer wall of the annular rubber plug is provided with wings, the annular rubber plug is internally provided with an inner cavity, the lower part of the inner wall of the annular rubber plug is provided with a blocking part protruding inwards, and the blocking part can move outwards;
the outer wall of the inner rubber plug is provided with wings, and the bottom of the outer wall is provided with a clamping part protruding outwards;
the outer diameter of the inner rubber plug is not larger than the inner diameter of the annular rubber plug, so that the inner rubber plug can enter the inner cavity of the annular rubber plug from the upper part of the annular rubber plug, and the clamping part protruding outwards of the inner rubber plug can be clamped on the blocking part of the annular rubber plug;
and when the blocking part of the annular rubber plug moves outwards, the inner rubber plug is separated from the inner cavity of the annular rubber plug after blocking is removed, and passes through the annular rubber plug.
2. The traversable composite rubber plug for well cementation according to claim 1, characterized in that: the annular rubber plug comprises an upper vulcanizing ring, an annular rubber, a lower vulcanizing ring, a ball locking sleeve, a ball blocking sleeve and a steel ball,
the outer wall of the ring rubber is provided with a plurality of wings from top to bottom, and the upper part and the lower part of the ring rubber are respectively and fixedly connected with the lower part of the upper vulcanizing ring and the upper part of the lower vulcanizing ring in a vulcanizing manner;
the lower end of the lower vulcanizing ring is connected with a ball locking sleeve, the outer wall of the ball locking sleeve is provided with a circular bead, and the upper part of the ball blocking sleeve is hung on the circular bead of the ball locking sleeve and can move upwards along the ball locking sleeve;
a plurality of ball holes are uniformly arranged at the lower end of the ball locking sleeve in the circumferential direction, and steel balls are arranged in the ball holes;
the inner diameter of the upper part of the ball blocking sleeve is equivalent to the outer diameter of the ball locking sleeve, the lower part of the inner wall of the ball blocking sleeve is provided with a reaming hole extending outwards, and the inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the ball locking sleeve;
when the ball blocking sleeve is hung on the shoulder of the ball blocking sleeve, the inner wall of the upper part of the ball blocking sleeve limits the movement of the steel ball, so that the steel ball protrudes inwards to form a blocking part, and when the ball blocking sleeve moves upwards, the reaming position of the lower part of the ball blocking sleeve moves upwards to the position of the steel ball, the steel ball can move outwards freely, and the blocking is removed.
3. The permeable composite rubber plug for well cementation according to claim 2, characterized in that: the inner rubber plug comprises inner rubber, a vulcanization rod, an inner rubber plug O-shaped ring and a guide head;

4. The permeable composite rubber plug for well cementation according to claim 3, wherein a receiving cylinder positioned in the middle of a cement device can be sealed by an inner rubber plug O-shaped ring and a guide head.

The permeable composite rubber plug for well cementation according to claim 3, characterized in that: the internal diameter of the ball blocking sleeve of the annular rubber plug is not smaller than the internal diameter of the blocking sleeve in the cementing device, so that the annular rubber plug is blocked, the ball blocking sleeve moves upwards along the ball locking sleeve, the lower-part hole expanding position moves upwards to the steel ball position, and the steel ball can move outwards freely to relieve the blocking of the inner rubber plug.

the inner rubber plug scrapes cement slurry on the wall of the oil pipe;
the inner rubber plug enters the rubber plug in the annular rubber plug, the clamping part of the inner rubber plug is clamped on the blocking part of the annular rubber plug to form a composite rubber plug, and cement slurry on the inner wall of the well completion casing is scraped.

s5 when the composite rubber plug descends to the cementing device, a blocking sleeve preset in the cementing device is contacted with the annular rubber plug, meanwhile, a blocking part of the annular rubber plug moves outwards to release blocking, and the inner rubber plug passes through the hollow inner part of the annular rubber plug and is discharged;
s6, the inner plug continues to scrape the cement paste on the inner wall of the tool in the descending process;
and S7, sealing the lower end of the inner rubber plug and the inner hole of the bearing barrel when the inner rubber plug continues to move downwards to the bearing barrel, continuously boosting the pressure in the sleeve, shearing the second copper shear pin downwards by the inner rubber plug and the bearing barrel under the action of hydraulic pressure, releasing the locking block, closing the closing sleeve of the cementing device, blocking cement slurry outside a cement injection hole, and completing the cementing process.
