5. the clamping frames 13 are used for moving and clamping the two brackets 11, so that the brackets 11 are tightly arranged in the clamping grooves 7; thereby reinforcing the clamping stability of the outer clamp 4.

the two inserting blocks (10-4) are respectively fixed on one side of the driving tooth block (10-3), and inserting ends of the two inserting blocks (10-4) are arranged in a staggered manner; the two inserting and fastening blocks (10-4) are respectively inserted into the inner clamping piece (5) and the side wall of the locking groove (6);
