A liftable umbrella-shaped water retaining device is arranged at the center of the top of a circular opening and closing roof; the circular retractable roof consists of three or more than three fan-shaped roof units (1); the method is characterized in that: the umbrella-shaped water retaining device comprises a water retaining cover (2), a horizontal support (3) and a lifting rod (4); the water blocking cover (2) is umbrella-shaped and consists of at least three water blocking cover units (2.1), and adjacent water blocking cover units (2.1) are connected through angle codes (2.2); sealing weather-resistant glue (5) is arranged at the splicing position between the adjacent water retaining cover units (2.1); the water retaining cover unit (2.1) is composed of a fan-shaped plate (2.1.1) at the top, a supporting plate (2.1.2) at the outer side, a first rib plate (2.1.3) and a second rib plate (2.1.4), and the fan-shaped plate (2.1.1), the supporting plate (2.1.2), the first rib plate (2.1.3) and the second rib plate (2.1.4) are integrally formed; the top surface of the sector plate (2.1.1) is a slope surface; the cross section of the supporting plate (2.1.2) is L-shaped and is arranged at the bottom of the sector plate (2.1.1) along the arc-shaped edge and the full length of the sector plate (2.1.1); the section of the first rib plate (2.1.3) is L-shaped, and the first rib plate is arranged at the bottom of the sector plate (2.1.1) along one radial edge and the whole length of the sector plate (2.1.1); the second rib plates (2.1.4) are vertical plates and are arranged at the bottom of the fan-shaped plates (2.1.1) along the other radial edge and the whole length of the fan-shaped plates (2.1.1); the horizontal bracket (3) is horizontally supported at the lower part of the water retaining cover (2) and is used for reinforcing the water retaining cover (2); a cushion block (6) is padded in a gap between the horizontal bracket (3) and the sector plate (2.1.1); the three lifting rods (4) are arranged at the bottom of the horizontal support (3) at intervals in a triangular shape and are close to the center of the horizontal support (3); the lifting rod (4) is an electric push rod, and the upper part of the lifting rod (4) is connected with the horizontal bracket (3) through a top support (7); the lower part of the lifting rod (4) is sleeved with a structure fixed support (8); the structure fixing support (8) comprises a lantern ring (8.1) and a connecting plate (8.2); the horizontal section of the connecting plate (8.2) is U-shaped, and first through holes (9) are arranged on the transverse plate section of the connecting plate (8.2) at intervals; the lantern ring (8.1) is inserted into the U-shaped groove of the connecting plate (8.2), and the lantern ring (8.1) is detachably connected with the connecting plate (8.2); an adjusting seam (10) is formed in the vertical side wall of the lantern ring (8.1) and at the position corresponding to the vertical axis of the notch of the connecting plate (8.2); bolt holes (11) are symmetrically formed in the side walls of the lantern rings (8.1) on the two sides of the adjusting seam (10); the lantern ring (8.1) is sleeved on the outer side of the lifting rod (4), and the lifting rod (4) is tightly hooped through split bolts (12) penetrating through the two bolt holes (11); the umbrella-shaped water retaining device is connected with a fan-shaped roof unit (1) of the opening and closing roof, and the lower ends of a group of lifting rods (4) extend to the lower part of the top of the fan-shaped roof unit (1) and are fixed with the fan-shaped roof unit (1) through first connecting bolts (13) penetrating through first through holes (9); after the circular opening and closing roof is closed, the water retaining cover (2) is pressed in the middle of the top of the opening and closing roof, and a sealing rubber strip (14) is arranged at the gap between the bottom of the transverse edge of the supporting plate (2.1.2) and the opening and closing roof.

The liftable umbrella-shaped water retaining device of claim 1, characterized in that: the fan-shaped roof unit (1) comprises a truss keel (1.1), a roof board (1.2) and a water retaining lath (1.3); the truss keel (1.1) is fan-shaped, and a bracket (15) is arranged at the end part of the truss keel (1.1) of one fan-shaped roof unit (1) and at a position close to the circle center; the bracket (15) is used for fixing the lifting rod (4); the lower part of the lifting rod (4) is connected with a bracket (15) through a structure fixing support (8); the roof panel (1.2) is laid on the top of the truss keel (1.1), and water flowing down from the umbrella-shaped water retaining device is discharged out of the roof; the water retaining laths (1.3) are arranged at the splicing positions of the adjacent fan-shaped roof units (1) along the radial direction and used for shielding the reserved anti-collision gaps between the adjacent fan-shaped roof units (1) and achieving the water retaining effect.
