To this end, a first aspect of an embodiment of the invention provides a detergent container.
A second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus.
In view of this, according to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a detergent container for a laundry treating device, the detergent container including a first housing and a second housing. Wherein at least a portion of the first housing is capable of being inserted into a table of the laundry treating apparatus. The second casing is linked together with first casing, and second casing and first casing enclose into the detergent and hold the chamber, and the workstation can be stretched out to the second casing.
The detergent container provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a first shell and a second shell which are communicated with each other and enclose a detergent accommodating cavity. Wherein the first housing is at least partially embedded in the table of the laundry treating device, the second housing is located outside the table, i.e. a portion of the detergent container is embedded in the table, a portion extends outside the table, more specifically at least a portion of the first housing constitutes a lower half of the detergent container, and the second housing constitutes an upper half of the detergent container such that the lower half of the detergent container falls into the table and contacts the table. At this time, the contact area between the first shell and the workbench is large enough, and the weight of the added detergent is utilized, so that the assembly between the detergent container and the workbench is compact, the stability of the clothes treatment device is improved in various processes such as a washing process and a transportation process, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, the detergent container provided by the technical scheme of the invention has the following additional technical characteristics:
in one possible design, the detergent container further comprises a first connector connected to the first housing, the first housing being detachably connectable to the table via the first connector.
In this design, the first housing is inserted into the table, which can guide and position the detergent container in the horizontal direction. The first connecting piece which can be detachably connected with the workbench is further arranged on the first shell which can be embedded into the workbench, so that the detergent container can be positioned in the up-down direction on one hand, and the detergent container is prevented from falling out and damaging when the clothes treatment device vibrates; on the other hand, the convenient disassembly and assembly of the detergent container can be realized.
In one possible embodiment, the number of first connecting elements is at least two, the first housing has a first side wall and a second side wall facing away from each other, at least one first connecting element is connected to the first side wall of the first housing, and at least one first connecting element is connected to the second side wall of the first housing.
In this design, through set up first connecting piece respectively on two lateral walls that deviate from at first casing, can realize connecting spacing in the corresponding both sides of detergent container, help fully guaranteeing the steady reliability of connection, avoid the detergent container to deviate from the damage when clothing processing apparatus vibrates. For example, a first connecting piece is correspondingly arranged on the first side wall and the second side wall respectively. At this time, can set up the structure that can cooperate with first connecting piece, realize dismantling the connection at the corresponding position of workstation. It will be appreciated that by appropriately increasing the number of first connectors, the stability of the installation can be further ensured. In addition, the first connecting piece can be arranged on other side walls of the first shell so as to improve the reliability of connection.
It will be appreciated that when the laundry treating apparatus comprises two or more detergent containers, all of the detergent containers may be arranged side by side, and the first and second side walls are side walls of the current detergent container which are not adjacent to the other detergent containers, the first connecting member may be conveniently arranged, and the gap between adjacent detergent containers may be reduced, so that the laundry treating apparatus may be attractive in appearance, and the dust accumulation amount at the gap may be reduced, thereby facilitating cleaning for the user.
In one possible design, the first connector includes an elastic snap that encloses a cavity with a side wall of the first housing.
In this design, it is specifically defined that the first connecting piece includes an elastic buckle capable of enclosing a deformation cavity with a side wall of the first housing, specifically, the elastic buckle is a curved sheet made of a material (such as metal) having an elastic deformation property and having a certain sufficient strength, and the curved sheet is connected with the side wall of the first housing, so as to enclose the deformation cavity, and the deformation cavity provides a sufficient deformation space for the elastic buckle. Correspondingly, the workbench is provided with a clamping groove matched with the elastic buckle. When the detergent container is placed in the workbench, the elastic buckle is extruded by the workbench to deform, and along with the movement of the detergent container to the inside of the workbench, the elastic buckle also enters the clamping groove and is restored to the original state after entering the clamping groove, so that the elastic buckle can be prevented from falling out of the clamping groove, and the limit of the detergent container along the up-down direction is realized. Meanwhile, since the elastic buckle has elastic deformation performance, when a user pulls out the detergent container outwards, the elastic buckle can be extruded to deform, so that the limit of the detergent container along the vertical direction is relieved, and the sufficient deformation space provided by the deformation cavity enables the user to pull out the detergent container from the workbench easily, so that the convenient disassembly and assembly of the detergent container are realized.
In one possible design, the first housing and the second housing are of unitary construction.
In this design, it is specifically defined that the first housing and the second housing adopt an integral structure, that is, the first housing and the second housing belong to different parts of one complete housing, which is helpful to promote the stability of the connection between the two housings and enhance the tightness of the detergent container.
In one possible design, the first housing is provided with a liquid outlet at an end of the first housing facing away from the second housing.
In this design, through setting up the liquid outlet on can embedding the first casing of workstation to specifically set up in the one end that first casing deviates from the second casing, can make the liquid outlet also stretch into in the workstation, and then be linked together with the detergent that sets up in the workstation and throw in the pipeline, can accomplish the smooth input of detergent. And the liquid outlet extends into the workbench, so that the appearance of the clothes treating device can be ensured to be tidy.
In one possible design, the second housing is provided with a liquid filling port located at an end of the second housing facing away from the first housing.
In this design, through setting up the notes liquid mouth on the second casing that can stretch out the workstation to specifically set up in the one end that the second casing deviates from first casing, for example set up at the top of second casing, can fully promote the setting height of notes liquid mouth, increase the capacity of detergent container. In addition, because the liquid injection port is exposed outside, a user can conveniently and directly inject the detergent without taking the detergent container out of the workbench, and the operation of the user is convenient.
In one possible design, the detergent container further comprises: and the supporting rib is connected with the first shell and/or the second shell, one end of the supporting rib, which is away from the first shell and/or the second shell, forms a supporting surface, and the included angle between the supporting surface and the horizontal plane is smaller than the target angle.
In this design, the target angle is less than or equal to 5 °, further the target angle is less than 2 °, for example 1 ° or 0 °, i.e. the support surface 152 is approximately horizontal. By configuring the supporting ribs for the detergent container, and forming the approximately horizontal supporting surface at one end of the supporting ribs which is not connected with the first shell and/or the second shell, and correspondingly forming the matching surface which is matched with the supporting surface in the mounting groove, the detergent container can be ensured to be stably located in the mounting groove, and the stability and the reliability of assembly are improved. This design is particularly suitable in the case of a bottom wall of the first housing inclined with respect to the horizontal to avoid sliding of the detergent container.
According to another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a laundry treating apparatus comprising a table and a detergent container according to any one of the above aspects, wherein the table is provided with a mounting groove, and a first housing of the detergent container is located in the mounting groove. The mounting groove may provide a reliable mounting space for the detergent container. The laundry treatment device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the detergent container, so that the laundry treatment device has all the beneficial technical effects of the detergent container and is not described herein. Specifically, the laundry treating apparatus is a washing machine, such as a pulsator washing machine, and a drum washing machine.
In addition, the clothes treatment device provided by the technical scheme of the invention has the following additional technical characteristics:
in one possible design, the table includes a table body and a trim piece covering the table body, the trim piece being recessed toward the inside of the table body to form a mounting slot.
In the design, the appearance of the clothes treatment device can be conveniently adjusted by arranging the decoration, the flexibility of the design is improved, and the attractive appearance of the clothes treatment device is ensured. And because the decoration adopts the working of plastics generally, be convenient for integrative injection molding out the mounting groove, reduced the processing degree of difficulty. In addition, the decoration can cover and protect the workbench body and the internal parts, and the workbench body can be designed in a mode of being convenient to assemble because the appearance is not required to be considered, so that the assembly efficiency is improved.
In one possible design, a second connecting piece is provided in the mounting groove, which is detachably connected to the detergent container.
In this design, the side walls of the mounting groove cooperate with the side walls of the detergent container to better guide and position the detergent container in the horizontal direction. The second connecting piece detachably connected with the detergent container is arranged in the mounting groove, so that the detergent container can be positioned in the up-down direction on one hand, and the detergent container is prevented from being separated and damaged when the clothes treatment device vibrates; on the other hand, the convenient disassembly and assembly of the detergent container can be realized. Specifically, the second connecting piece can be adapted to the first connecting piece of the detergent container, one of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can be made to be a buckle, the other one of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is a clamping groove, the first connecting piece can also be made to comprise a buckle and a clamping groove, and the second connecting piece correspondingly comprises a clamping groove and a buckle. The catch may be an elastic catch or a rigid catch as in the embodiments of the first aspect. Of course, other structures that can achieve a detachable connection are also implementations of the present invention.
In one possible design, the number of the second connecting pieces is at least two, the mounting groove comprises a third side wall and a fourth side wall which are opposite, at least one second connecting piece is positioned on the third side wall of the mounting groove, and at least one second connecting piece is positioned on the fourth side wall of the mounting groove.
In the design, the second connecting pieces are respectively arranged on the two side walls which are opposite to each other in the mounting groove, so that the corresponding two sides of the detergent container can be connected and limited, the connection stability and reliability can be fully ensured, and the detergent container is prevented from falling out and being damaged when the clothes treatment device vibrates. For example, a second connecting piece is correspondingly arranged on the third side wall and the fourth side wall respectively. At this time, a structure which can be matched with the second connecting piece to realize detachable connection can be arranged on the corresponding two side walls of the detergent container. It will be appreciated that by appropriately increasing the number of second connectors, the stability of the installation can be further ensured. In addition, the second connecting piece can be arranged on other side walls of the mounting groove so as to improve the reliability of connection.
In one possible design, a limiting portion is provided in the mounting groove, the limiting portion protruding from the third side wall of the mounting groove and/or the fourth side wall of the mounting groove toward the center of the mounting groove.
In this design, the second connecting piece cooperates with the first connecting piece, and the limit of the detergent container in the up-down direction can be realized. In order to facilitate disassembly and assembly, a certain gap is often reserved between the second connecting piece and the first connecting piece in the horizontal direction, and shaking of the detergent container is easy to cause. Through being provided with the third lateral wall and/or the fourth lateral wall of second connecting piece at the mounting groove and setting up spacing portion, can further restrict the activity space of detergent container in the horizontal direction for the assembly between detergent container and the workstation is compact, has improved clothing processing apparatus's stability in each processes such as washing process, transportation, has promoted user experience and has felt. In addition, can also set up spacing portion at other lateral walls of mounting groove, for example all set up spacing portion in the left and right direction around to increase spacing position, promote the assembly compactness.
In one possible design, the number of the detergent containers is at least one, all the detergent containers are arranged in parallel along the width direction of the workbench, and the ratio of the sum of the widths of all the detergent containers to the width of the workbench is greater than or equal to 0.2 and less than or equal to 0.7.
In this design, the laundry treatment device may comprise at least one detergent container to enable automatic dosing of a corresponding amount of detergent. All the detergent containers are arranged in parallel in the width direction of the workbench, so that on one hand, the concentrated arrangement of the detergent containers can be realized, the detergent containers are convenient for users to take, and the detergent delivery pipelines can be correspondingly and intensively arranged in the workbench, thereby being beneficial to realizing the compact arrangement of parts in the clothes treatment device. On the other hand, all the detergent containers are distributed along the width direction of the workbench, so that all the detergent containers face to the user, the user can conveniently take and put the detergent containers, and the convenience of operation is improved. At this time, the ratio of the sum of the widths of all the detergent containers to the width of the workbench is 0.2 to 0.7, and the lower limit value can protect the detergent increasing container from having enough width so as to ensure the capacity of the detergent container; the upper limit value can control the overall distribution width of the detergent container within a reasonable range, thereby being beneficial to reducing the damage to the structural integrity of the workbench and improving the structural reliability of the clothes treatment device. Further, the ratio of the sum of the widths of all the detergent containers to the width of the table is in the range of 0.45 to 0.6, for example, 0.5. For example, one detergent container may have a width of 140mm to 180mm and the table may have a width of 550mm to 580mm.
In one possible design, the ratio of the height of the second housing to the width of the table is greater than or equal to 1/7 and less than or equal to 1/5.
In this design, the height of the second housing is the height of the portion of the detergent container extending beyond the table. In case that the width of the work table is constant, the height of the second housing is properly increased, so that the user can grasp the detergent container conveniently. However, as the second housing increases, the center of gravity of the detergent container moves upward, so does the risk of the detergent container slipping off the table, and after the detergent is injected, the overall weight of the detergent container is greater, and the risk of slipping further increases. By limiting the ratio of the height of the second housing to the width of the table to be in the range of 1/7 to 1/5, for example, 1/6, the height of the second housing can be made appropriate, contributing to the improvement of the installation reliability of the detergent container.
In one possible design, the clearance between the mounting groove and the detergent container is 0.5mm or more and 1mm or less.
In this design, this lower limit value can be for mounting groove and detergent container clearance suitable, ensures that the user can take out the detergent container from the mounting groove easily, realizes simple installation dismantlement. The upper limit value can control the gap between the mounting groove and the detergent container in a reasonable range, so that the mounting groove can play a sufficient limiting role, the shaking amplitude of the detergent container relative to the workbench can be reduced, the detergent container is not easy to shake even if the clothes treatment device is collided by external force or shakes, the risk of slipping of the detergent container from the workbench is reduced, and the reliability of products is ensured. It will be appreciated that when the spacing portion is provided within the mounting groove, the gap is in particular a gap between the spacing portion and the detergent container.
In one possible design, the number of detergent containers is at least one, the number of mounting slots is equal to the number of detergent containers, and one detergent container is located in one mounting slot.
In this design, the laundry treatment device may comprise at least one detergent container to enable automatic dosing of a corresponding amount of detergent. The number of the mounting grooves can be equal to that of the detergent containers, and one detergent container is positioned in one mounting groove so as to realize one-to-one corresponding mounting and improve the mounting stability. Specifically, the plurality of mounting grooves may be adjacently disposed to realize concentrated arrangement of the detergent container in the laundry treating apparatus, so that convenience is brought to a user. It can be appreciated that when the number of mounting slots is two or more, the specific structure of each mounting slot may be different to promote flexibility of the structure and meet different mounting requirements.
Additional aspects and advantages of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.

Wherein at least a portion of the first housing 110 can be inserted into the table 200 of the laundry treating apparatus. The second housing 120 communicates with the first housing 110, the second housing 120 and the first housing 110 enclose a detergent accommodating chamber, and the second housing 120 can extend out of the table 200.
The detergent container 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first housing 110 and a second housing 120 which are communicated with each other and enclose a detergent accommodating chamber. Wherein the first housing 110 is at least partially inserted into the table 200 of the laundry treating apparatus, the second housing 120 is located outside the table 200, that is, a portion of the detergent container 100 is inserted into the table 200, a portion thereof is protruded outside the table 200, more specifically, at least a portion of the first housing 110 forms a lower half of the detergent container 100, and the second housing 120 forms an upper half of the detergent container 100 such that the lower half of the detergent container 100 falls into the table 200 and contacts the table 200. At this time, the contact area between the first housing 110 and the table 200 is large enough, so that the assembly between the detergent container 100 and the table 200 is compact by using the weight of the added detergent, the stability of the laundry treating apparatus is improved in various processes such as a washing process, a transporting process, etc., and the user experience is improved.
For example, the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 each have an opening, and the two may be connected at the opening, the first housing 110 constituting a lower half of the detergent container 100, integrally inserted into the table 200, and the second housing 120 constituting an upper half of the detergent container 100, protruding from the table 200. The second housing 120 may be covered outside the first housing 110, the second housing 120 encloses a partial area near the opening of the first housing 110, and further encloses a detergent accommodating chamber, at this time, a portion of the first housing 110 not enclosed by the second housing 120 may form a lower half of the detergent container 100, be inserted into the table 200, and the second housing 120 and a portion of the first housing 110 included by the second housing 120 form an upper half of the detergent container 100, and extend out of the table 200.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the detergent container 100 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, so that its outer appearance is neat, and a plurality of detergent containers 100 are conveniently compactly arranged on the table 200. The detergent can be a laundry detergent, a softener or a disinfectant.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the side surface of the second housing 120 is provided with a perspective window 160, which can be specifically disposed on the side surface facing the user, i.e. the front side surface of the second housing 120, so that the user can clearly see the remaining amount of the detergent in the detergent container 100, thereby facilitating the operation of the user and improving the satisfaction of the user.
Specifically, the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are of a unitary structure. That is, the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are different parts of one complete housing, which helps to improve the stability of the connection therebetween and enhance the sealability of the detergent container 100.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the number of the detergent containers 100 is at least one, the number of the mounting grooves 210 is equal to the number of the detergent containers 100, one detergent container 100 is located in one mounting groove 210, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the left side is a laundry detergent box 100a, the right side is a softener box 100b, and both are independently detachable. As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the number of the installation grooves 210 may be equal to the number of the detergent containers 100, and one detergent container 100 is positioned in one installation groove 210 to achieve one-to-one installation, thereby improving the stability of the installation. In particular, the plurality of mounting grooves 210 may be adjacently disposed to achieve centralized arrangement of the detergent container 100 in the laundry treating device, which is convenient for a user to use. It is understood that when the number of the mounting slots 210 is two or more, the specific structure of each mounting slot 210 may be different to improve the flexibility of the structure and meet different mounting requirements.
In other embodiments, the number of the mounting grooves 210 may be smaller than the number of the detergent containers 100, i.e., at least two detergent containers 100 share one mounting groove 210, to simplify the structure. This is also an implementation of the present invention.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the detergent container 100 further includes a first coupling member 170, the first coupling member 170 being coupled with the first housing 110, the first housing 110 being detachably coupled with the table 200 via the first coupling member 170.
In this embodiment, after the first housing 110 is inserted into the table 200, the table 200 can guide and position the detergent container 100 in a horizontal direction. By further disposing the first connector 170 detachably connected to the table 200 on the first housing 110 capable of being inserted into the table 200, the detergent container 100 can be positioned in the up-down direction on the one hand, and the detergent container 100 is prevented from being separated and damaged when the laundry treating apparatus vibrates; on the other hand, convenient disassembly and assembly of the detergent container 100 can be realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the number of the first connectors 170 is at least two, the first housing 110 has a first sidewall 114 and a second sidewall 116 facing away from each other, at least one first connector 170 is connected to the first sidewall 114 of the first housing 110, and at least one first connector 170 is connected to the second sidewall 116 of the first housing 110. By providing the first connection members 170 on the two opposite sidewalls of the first housing 110, respectively, connection limitation can be achieved on the corresponding two sides of the detergent container 100, which helps to sufficiently ensure connection stability and reliability, and prevent the detergent container 100 from being broken when the laundry treating device vibrates. For example, a first connecting member 170 is disposed on each of the first sidewall 114 and the second sidewall 116. At this time, a structure capable of being coupled with the first coupling member 170 to achieve detachable connection may be provided at the corresponding portion of the table 200. It will be appreciated that by appropriately increasing the number of first connectors 170, stability of installation may be further ensured. In addition, the first connector 170 may be disposed on other sidewalls of the first housing 110 to improve the reliability of connection.
It will be appreciated that when the laundry treating apparatus includes two or more detergent containers 100, all of the detergent containers may be disposed in parallel, for example, as shown in fig. 8, the left side is the laundry detergent box 100a, and the right side is the softener box 100b, and at this time, as shown in fig. 9, the first sidewall 114 and the second sidewall 116 are sidewalls of the detergent container 100 that are not adjacent to each other detergent container 100, so that the first connector 170 may be conveniently disposed, and the gap between the adjacent detergent containers 100 may be reduced, which may make the laundry treating apparatus attractive in appearance, and may reduce the dust accumulation at the gap, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the user.
In other embodiments, the first coupling member may be located at the bottom wall of the first housing 110, for example, one of the detergent container 100 and the table 200 may be provided with a coupling post, and the other may be provided with a coupling groove adapted to the coupling post, and the coupling may be achieved by using friction between the coupling post and the coupling groove. At this time, the first connecting piece may be a connecting column or a connecting groove.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the first connector 170 includes an elastic buckle, and the elastic buckle encloses a variable cavity 172 with a side wall of the first housing 110. Specifically, the elastic buckle is a curved sheet made of a material (such as metal) with elastic deformation performance and a certain enough strength, and the curved sheet is connected with the side wall of the first housing 110, so as to enclose the deformation cavity 172, and the deformation cavity 172 provides enough deformation space for the elastic buckle. Correspondingly, the workbench 200 is provided with a clamping groove matched with the elastic buckle. When the detergent container 100 is placed in the workbench 200, the elastic buckle is extruded by the workbench 200 to deform, and along with the movement of the detergent container 100 into the workbench 200, the elastic buckle also enters the clamping groove and is restored after entering the clamping groove, so that the elastic buckle can be prevented from falling out of the clamping groove, and the limit of the detergent container 100 along the up-down direction is realized. Meanwhile, since the elastic buckle has elastic deformation performance, when the user pulls out the detergent container 100 outwards, the elastic buckle can be extruded to deform, so that the limit of the detergent container 100 along the vertical direction is relieved, and the sufficient deformation space provided by the deformation cavity 172 enables the user to pull out the detergent container 100 from the workbench easily, so that the convenient disassembly and assembly of the detergent container 100 are realized.
In other embodiments, the first connector may also be a rigid clasp, which may undergo a slight deformation, which cooperates with the slot to enable the detachable connection of the detergent container as well.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the first connector 170 has a guide surface 174, and the distance between the point on the guide surface 174 and the first housing 110 increases and decreases in the height direction of the first housing 170 (i.e., in the up-down direction, which is the double arrow direction shown in fig. 9), so that the first connector 170 can be smoothly introduced into and withdrawn from the card slot when the detergent container 100 is loaded and pulled out. It will be appreciated that the guide surface 174 may be provided for either a resilient or rigid catch, and that the guide surface 174 may be a guide arcuate surface in particular.
In other embodiments, the first connector may also include a slot, and accordingly, a buckle is provided on the table 200, which may be an elastic buckle or a rigid buckle in the foregoing embodiments. It is understood that the first connector may also include a slot and a buckle, and the table 200 is provided with the buckle and the slot adapted thereto. Of course, other structures that can achieve a detachable connection are also implementations of the present invention.
It can be appreciated that, for the embodiment of the connection through the above-mentioned buckle and the clamping groove, the first connecting member 170 is connected to the side wall of the first housing 110, and the number of the first connecting members 170 may be one, or may be at least two, and when at least two, the setting mode refers to the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the first housing 110 is provided with a liquid outlet 112, and the liquid outlet 112 is located at an end of the first housing 110 facing away from the second housing 120.
In this embodiment, by providing the liquid outlet 112 on the first housing 110 that can be embedded in the workbench 200, and specifically disposed at the end of the first housing 110 facing away from the second housing 120, the liquid outlet 112 can also extend into the workbench 200, and further be communicated with the detergent delivery pipeline disposed in the workbench 200, so that smooth delivery of detergent can be completed. And since the liquid outlet 112 extends into the table 200, the appearance of the laundry treating apparatus can be ensured to be tidy. Further, the detergent container 100 further includes a drain member 130, the drain member 130 is connected to the liquid outlet 112 and is capable of being connected to a table 200 of the laundry treating apparatus, a detergent delivery pipe communicating with a washing chamber of the laundry treating apparatus (for example, an inner tub of a pulsator washing machine) is provided in the table 200, and the detergent enters the detergent delivery pipe through the liquid outlet 112 and the drain member 130, and then enters the washing chamber.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the second housing 120 is provided with a fill port 122, and the fill port 122 is located at an end of the second housing 120 facing away from the first housing 110.
In this embodiment, by providing the liquid injection port 122 on the second housing 120 capable of extending out of the table 200, and specifically at an end of the second housing 120 facing away from the first housing 110, for example, at the top of the second housing 120, the setting height of the liquid injection port 122 can be sufficiently raised, and the capacity of the detergent container 100 can be increased. In addition, since the liquid injection port 122 is exposed, the user can easily and directly inject the detergent without taking the detergent container 100 out of the table 200, thereby facilitating the user's operation. Further, the detergent container 100 further includes a cover 140 covering the liquid filling port 122, and when the cover 140 is opened, the detergent can be poured into the detergent container 100, and foreign matters can be prevented from entering the detergent container 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 9, the detergent container 100 further includes: the support rib 150, the support rib 150 is connected with the first housing 110 and/or the second housing 120, one end of the support rib 150 facing away from the first housing 110 and/or the second housing 120 forms a support surface 152, and an included angle between the support surface 152 and a horizontal plane (i.e. a plane perpendicular to the height direction) is smaller than a target angle.
In this embodiment, the target angle is less than or equal to 5 °, further the target angle is less than 2 °, for example 1 ° or 0 °, i.e. the support surface 152 is approximately horizontal. By providing the detergent container 100 with the support ribs 150, and forming the approximately horizontal support surface 152 at the end of the support rib 150 not connected to the first housing 110 and/or the second housing 120, and correspondingly forming the mating surface in the mounting groove 210, the detergent container 100 can be stably seated in the mounting groove 210, and the stability and reliability of assembly are improved. It is contemplated that the support surface 152 formed by the support rib 150 may be a virtual plane, and in particular, may be a plane tangential to an end of the support rib 150 facing away from the first housing 110 and/or the second housing 120, and an end of the support rib 150 used to form the support surface 150 may be, but need not be, a plane. For example, the corresponding ends of the supporting ribs 150 are saw-tooth-shaped, at least part of the tooth tips are coplanar, and the plane where the tooth tips are located together is the supporting surface 152, which can also play a supporting role, and this form and other realizable forms are all realizations of the present invention.
It will be appreciated that this design is particularly applicable where the bottom wall of the first housing 110 is inclined relative to the horizontal as shown in fig. 4. By designing the bottom wall of the first housing 110 as an inclined surface inclined with respect to the horizontal plane, the detergent contained in the detergent container 100 can be guided to flow along the inclined surface, and accordingly, the above-mentioned liquid outlet 112 is provided at a lower position of the inclined surface, so that the outflow of the detergent through the liquid outlet 112 can be accelerated. In this case, however, the table 200 may be provided with an inclined surface adapted to the bottom wall of the first housing 110, and for example, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the table 200 may be provided with a mounting groove 210 for accommodating the first housing 110, and the mounting groove 210 may be formed with an inclined surface adapted to the bottom wall of the first housing 110. In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the detergent container 100, a certain gap is left between the detergent container 100 and the sidewall of the installation groove 210, which causes the detergent container 110 to slide along the inclined wall surface of the installation groove 210. By forming the aforementioned approximately horizontal support surface 152, it is ensured that the detergent container 100 can be stably seated in the installation groove 210 without sliding.
Specifically, the support rib 150 may extend around the center line of the first housing 110 or the second housing 120 to increase the contact area of the support rib 150 with the mounting groove 210. The support ribs 150 may be one or more of the support ribs arranged continuously or at intervals. As shown in fig. 4, the support rib 150 may be connected to an outer sidewall of the first housing 110 and extend in a height direction (a double arrow direction as shown in fig. 4, i.e., up and down direction) from an end of the first housing 110 facing away from the second housing 120. From the appearance, the supporting ribs 150 may be flush with the outer sidewall of the first housing 110, which not only ensures the compact and beautiful appearance of the detergent container 100, but also increases the contact area between the detergent container 100 and the workbench 200 by means of the cooperation of the supporting ribs 150 and the workbench 200 in the horizontal direction, so that the assembly between the detergent container 100 and the workbench 200 is compact, the stability of the laundry treating apparatus is improved in various processes such as the washing process and the transportation process, and the user experience is improved. At this time, as shown in fig. 9, the first connector 170 may be provided on the outer side wall of the brace 150.
An embodiment of another aspect of the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus including a table 200 and a detergent container 100 as in any of the above embodiments, wherein the table 200 is provided with a mounting groove 210, and a first housing 110 of the detergent container 100 is positioned in the mounting groove 210. The mounting groove 210 may provide a reliable mounting space for the detergent container 100. The laundry treatment apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes the foregoing detergent container 100, so that all the beneficial technical effects of the detergent container 100 are provided, and are not described herein. Specifically, the laundry treating apparatus is a washing machine, such as a pulsator washing machine, and a drum washing machine.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the table 200 includes a table body 220 and a decoration 230, the decoration 230 covers the table body 220, and as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the decoration 230 is recessed toward the inside of the table body 220, forming a mounting groove 210.
In this embodiment, the appearance of the laundry treating apparatus can be conveniently adjusted by configuring the decoration 230, flexibility of design is improved, and the aesthetic appearance of the laundry treating apparatus is ensured. And because the decoration 230 is usually made of plastic, the installation groove 210 is conveniently integrally molded, and the processing difficulty is reduced. In addition, the decoration 230 can cover and protect the table body 220 and the internal parts, and the table body 220 can be designed in a manner convenient for assembly, which is helpful for improving the assembly efficiency, since the appearance is not required to be considered.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, in some embodiments, a second coupling member 240 is provided in the mounting groove 210, and the second coupling member 240 is detachably coupled to the detergent container 100.
In this embodiment, the sidewall of the installation groove 210 is matched with the sidewall of the detergent container 100, so that the detergent container 100 can be well guided and positioned in the horizontal direction. By providing the second connection member 240 detachably connected with the detergent container 100 in the installation groove 210, the detergent container 100 can be positioned in the up-down direction on the one hand, and the detergent container 100 is prevented from being separated and damaged when the laundry treating device vibrates; on the other hand, convenient disassembly and assembly of the detergent container 100 can be realized. Specifically, the second connector 240 may be adapted to the first connector 170 of the detergent container 100. One of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can be made to be a buckle, the other one is a clamping groove, the first connecting piece can also be made to comprise the buckle and the clamping groove, and the second connecting piece correspondingly comprises the clamping groove and the buckle. The catch may be an elastic catch or a rigid catch as in the embodiments of the first aspect. Of course, other structures that can achieve a detachable connection are also implementations of the present invention.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the number of the second connection members 240 is at least two, the mounting groove 210 includes a third side wall 212 and a fourth side wall 214 opposite to each other, at least one second connection member 240 is located on the third side wall 212 of the mounting groove 210, and at least one second connection member 240 is located on the fourth side wall 214 of the mounting groove 210. By providing the second connection members 240 on the two opposite sidewalls of the installation groove 210, respectively, the corresponding two sides of the detergent container 100 can be limited by connection, so that the connection stability and reliability can be sufficiently ensured, and the detergent container 100 is prevented from being separated and damaged when the laundry treating device vibrates. For example, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a second connecting member 240 is disposed on the third sidewall 212 and the fourth sidewall 214, respectively. At this time, a structure capable of being coupled with the second coupling member 240 to achieve a detachable connection may be provided at the respective both sidewalls of the detergent container 100. It will be appreciated that by appropriately increasing the number of second connectors 240, stability of installation can be further ensured. In addition, the second connection member 240 may be disposed on other sidewalls of the mounting groove 210 to improve connection reliability.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, a stop 216 is provided within the mounting slot 210, the stop 216 protruding from the third side wall 212 of the mounting slot 210 and/or the fourth side wall 214 of the mounting slot toward the center of the mounting slot 210.
In this embodiment, the second connector 240 cooperates with the first connector 170 to achieve the limitation of the detergent container 100 in the up-down direction. For easy assembly and disassembly, the second connector 240 and the first connector 170 often have a certain gap in the horizontal direction, which easily causes shaking of the detergent container 100. By providing the third sidewall 212 and/or the fourth sidewall 214 of the second connector 240 at the mounting groove 210 with the limiting portion 216, the movable space of the detergent container 100 can be further limited in the horizontal direction, so that the assembly between the detergent container 100 and the workbench 200 is compact, the stability of the laundry treating apparatus is improved during the washing process, the transporting process, and the like, and the user experience is improved. In addition, the other side walls of the mounting groove 210 may also be provided with a limiting portion 216, for example, the limiting portions 216 are disposed in the front-back, left-right directions, so as to increase the limiting position and improve the assembly compactness.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the number of the detergent containers 100 is at least one, all the detergent containers 100 are arranged side by side in the width direction of the table 200, and the ratio of the sum W1 of the widths of all the detergent containers 100 to the width W2 of the table 200 is 0.2 or more and 0.7 or less.
In this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus may include at least one detergent container 100 to achieve automatic dispensing of a corresponding amount of detergent, for example, as shown in fig. 3, a laundry detergent box 100a on the left side and a softener box 100b on the right side, both of which may be independently detachable. All the detergent containers 100 are arranged in parallel in the width direction of the workbench 200, on one hand, the concentrated arrangement of the detergent containers 100 can be realized, the detergent containers are convenient for users to take, and the detergent delivery pipelines can be correspondingly arranged in the workbench 200 in a concentrated manner, so that the compact arrangement of the parts in the clothes treatment device can be realized. On the other hand, all the detergent containers 100 are distributed along the width direction of the workbench 200, so that all the detergent containers 100 face the user, the user can conveniently take and put the detergent containers, and the convenience of operation is improved. At this time, the ratio of the sum W1 of the widths of all the detergent containers 100 to the width W2 of the table 200 is set to 0.2 to 0.7, and the lower limit value can protect the detergent container 100 to have a sufficient width to secure the capacity of the detergent container 100; the upper limit value can control the overall distribution width of the detergent container 100 within a reasonable range, thereby helping to reduce damage to the structural integrity of the table 200 and improving the structural reliability of the laundry treating apparatus. Further, the ratio of the sum W1 of the widths of all the detergent containers 100 to the width W2 of the table 200 has a value ranging from 0.45 to 0.6, for example, 0.5. For example, one detergent container 100 may have a width of 140mm to 180mm, and the table 200 may have a width W2 of 550mm to 580mm.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, the ratio of the height H of the second housing 120 to the width W2 of the table 200 is 1/7 or more and 1/5 or less.
In this embodiment, the height H of the second housing 120 is the height of the portion of the detergent container 100 protruding from the table 200. In case that the width W2 of the work table 200 is constant, the height H of the second housing 120 is appropriately increased, and the user can grasp the detergent container 100 conveniently. However, as the second housing 120 is increased, the center of gravity of the detergent container 100 is moved upward, so is the risk of the detergent container 100 slipping off the table 200, and after the detergent is injected, the overall weight of the detergent container 100 is greater, and the risk of slipping further increases. By limiting the ratio of the height H of the second housing 120 to the width W2 of the work table 200 to be in the range of 1/7 to 1/5, for example, 1/6, the height H of the second housing 120 can be made appropriate, which contributes to improving the installation reliability of the detergent container 100.
In some embodiments, the gap between the mounting groove 210 and the detergent container 100 is 0.5mm or more and 1mm or less.
In this embodiment, the lower limit value may provide an appropriate gap between the installation groove 210 and the detergent container 100, ensuring that the user can easily take out the detergent container 100 from the installation groove 210, and thus, easy installation and removal can be achieved. The upper limit value can control the gap between the mounting groove 210 and the detergent container 100 within a reasonable range, so that the mounting groove 210 can play a sufficient limiting role, the shaking amplitude of the detergent container 100 relative to the workbench 200 can be reduced, the detergent container 100 is not easy to shake even if the clothes treating device is collided or shaked by external force, the risk of slipping of the detergent container 100 from the workbench 200 is reduced, and the reliability of products is ensured. It is understood that when the stopper 216 is provided in the installation groove 210, the clearance is specifically a clearance between the stopper 216 and the detergent container 100.
In summary, embodiments of the present invention provide a detergent container 100, such as the liquid laundry detergent box 100a and the softener box 100b shown in fig. 1. The liquid detergent box 100a and the softener box 100b are located above the decoration 230, and the bottom of the detergent container 100 falls into the decoration 230 to contact with the decoration 230, and the liquid outlet 112 is connected with a detergent delivery pipeline to finish the delivery of the liquid detergent and the softener. The design ensures that the detergent container 100 and the decoration 230 are tightly contacted (in a buckling connection), the side surface of the detergent container 100 and the decoration 230 are in an elastic limit structure, on one hand, the installation is determined in place, on the other hand, the vertical direction is limited, and the shaking in the front-back-left-right direction is regulated and limited by using small ribs. The contact area between the detergent container 100 and the decoration 230 is sufficiently large, and the assembly between the detergent container 100 and the decoration 230 is compact by using the weight of the detergent container 100 after the liquid is added. As shown in fig. 1, the detergent container 100 is mounted on the table body 220 of the laundry treating apparatus through the decoration 230, which is an assembled overall schematic view of the detergent container 100, the decoration 230 and the table body 220.
The installation mode of the detergent container 100 and the decoration 230 is designed, so that stability of the laundry treating apparatus is improved and user experience is improved in various processes such as a washing process, a transportation process, and the like. The two detergent containers 100 are sunk and seated in the installation groove 210 formed by the decoration 230, and the liquid outlet 112 is connected with the detergent delivery pipeline through a sealing ring. The front, rear, left and right sides of the detergent container 100 are adjacent to the decoration 230, and the front and rear ends of the detergent container 100 are provided with the snap fasteners to fasten the detergent container 100 in the installation groove 210. On the premise that a user can simply install and detach, the gap between the two is designed to be as small as possible. Therefore, the detergent container 100 does not have a problem of shaking or slipping due to an external impact, machine shaking, or the like. Meanwhile, due to the inclination of the bottom of the detergent container 100, the assembly gap between the bottom of the detergent container 100 and the decoration 230 is large, which affects the stability thereof. Therefore, the supporting ribs 150 having sufficient strength are designed around the bottom of the detergent container 100, so that the detergent container 100 can be stably seated on the decoration 230. The dimensions of the detergent container 100 are 160×64×86mm, the width of the table 200 is 550mm to 580mm, and the ratio of the width of the detergent container 100 in the left-right direction to the width of the table 200 as a whole is approximately 1:2, the ratio of the height from which the detergent container 100 extends to the overall width of the table 200 is approximately 1:6.
