5. The oil well slow-speed scale removal and prevention agent as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the stirring in the first and third steps is carried out at a temperature of 30 ℃ to 50 ℃.

A method for preparing the oil well slow-speed descaling antiscaling agent according to claim 1, 3, 4 or 5, characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method of the oil well slow descaling antiscaling agent is carried out according to the following method: firstly, mixing water with required amount with a polymer scale prevention main agent, and stirring for 45-70 min to obtain a first mixed solution; secondly, adding dodecyl ethoxy sulfobetaine and a synergistic surfactant dropwise into the first mixed solution, and stirring for 10min to 20min to obtain a second mixed solution; and step three, adding citric acid and organic phosphate into the second mixed solution, and stirring for 20-40 min to obtain the oil well slow-speed descaling antiscaling agent.

The use method of the oil well slow-speed descaling antiscaling agent according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the following steps: adding the oil well slow descaling antiscaling agent into the air of an oil sleeve, circulating the agent between the oil sleeve for 24-48 hours along with produced liquid, and recovering the normal production process flow after the circulation is finished, wherein the dosage of each time is 100-150 kg, and the interval dosing time is 40-50 days.
