Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment biology, and particularly relates to an emergency treatment method for rural black and odorous water.
Background
The black and odorous water body is an extreme manifestation of organic matter pollution of the water body and is caused by oxygen deficiency and organic matter putrefaction of the water body. When a large amount of organic pollutants enter the water body, under the biochemical action of aerobic microorganisms, a large amount of oxygen in the water body is consumed, so that the water body is converted into an anoxic state, anaerobic bacteria are propagated in a large amount, and organic matters are decayed, decomposed and fermented to make the water body black and odorous.
The enzyme has a long-standing name, and is called "enzyme" in English, which is generally called "enzyme" in China. The enzyme is a biological catalyst, which can accelerate various biochemical reactions without changing the biochemical reaction itself. The use and the technological popularization to edible ferment are comparatively mature and common at present in the world, and environmental protection ferment is also starting to receive the attention of academic and develop further research in recent years as a novel ferment product that is used for environmental improvement and environmental protection. However, the current treatment effect using the environmental-friendly enzyme for sewage treatment is rarely reported, and the long-term treatment effect is not reported in many data researches.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an emergency treatment method for rural black and odorous water bodies, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, measuring the volume capacity of the pretreated black and odorous water body;
and 3, continuously putting for 4-6 weeks according to the putting frequency of once per week, and stopping putting the environment-friendly enzyme when the black and odorous water body is obviously clear.
According to the emergency treatment method of the rural black and odorous water body, the environment-friendly enzyme and the black and odorous water body are put in the step 2 according to the volume ratio of 1: 6000.
According to the emergency treatment method of the rural black and odorous water body, the preparation method of the environment-friendly enzyme in the step 2 is to mix and ferment the fresh vegetable and fruit kitchen garbage, brown sugar and water according to a proportion, and the specific method comprises the following steps: 1 part of brown sugar, 3 parts of fresh vegetable and fruit kitchen garbage and 10 parts of water are all put into a fermentation container for fermentation for three months at one time, and then the enzyme residue is filtered to obtain the environment-friendly enzyme.
According to the emergency treatment method for the rural black and odorous water body, after the black and odorous water body is clarified for 3-4 months in the step 3, the step 2 and the step 3 are repeated until the water quality of the black and odorous water body is obviously improved in a short period.
In 2018, the Ministry of industry and belief in China officially promulgates and implements two enzyme-related standards of 'plant enzymes' (QB/T5323-2008) and 'enzyme product classification guide rules' (QB/T5324-2008), wherein the environmental protection enzymes are defined as follows: the enzyme product is prepared by taking plants as main raw materials, adding or not adding auxiliary materials, and performing microbial fermentation, meets sensory indexes and characteristic physicochemical indexes, has pH less than or equal to 4.5, and has TDS (total content of dissolved substances in water) more than or equal to 1000, and contains specific bioactive components and is used for environmental management and environmental protection. Because of some environment-friendly enzymes that make by oneself, probably there is the unqualified condition of environment-friendly enzyme preparation finished product occasionally, therefore, no matter purchase current environment-friendly enzyme commodity or the environment-friendly enzyme of making by oneself, all must satisfy the environment-friendly enzyme service standard requirement that the ministry of industry and trust promulgated: namely, the pH of the environmental-friendly ferment stock solution is not more than 4.5, and the TDS (total content of dissolved substances in water) is not less than 1000, so that the environmental-friendly ferment stock solution can be used for research and application in the aspects of environmental management and environmental protection.
The invention is applicable to water bodies: the water body type suitable for the technology is rural still surface black and odorous water body, and the water body has no fluidity and basically does not receive a large amount of external continuous sewage.
The treatment method comprises the following steps: the amount of the environment-friendly enzyme with the ratio of 1:6000 to the black and odorous water body is added every time, the rural black and odorous pond is treated for 4-6 weeks continuously, the odor smell, COD, suspended matters and the like of the black and odorous water body can be rapidly eliminated in a short period, and the effect of purifying water quality is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can obtain the following technical effects:
1. the method is favorable for decomposition and conversion of active strains of the environment-friendly enzyme and various biological enzymes at proper temperature, has better removal effect on organic substances in the water body, uses the environment-friendly enzyme to carry out stage circulation purification on the black and odorous water body which is not in a large scale and receives external sewage sources in rural areas, has obvious effects of continuously improving the odor smell, chromaticity, COD and suspended matters in a short period, and is particularly suitable for emergency decontamination and deodorization of the black and odorous water body in rural areas.
2. The method is particularly suitable for emergency treatment of black and odorous water bodies with small areas in rural areas and without accepting a large amount of external sewage, and has the advantages of simple and convenient preparation method and process of the environment-friendly enzyme, low manufacturing cost, convenient material acquisition, simple preparation, higher economic performance and price ratio and the like in vast rural areas.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described technical effects simultaneously.
