The adjusting knob is rotated to further push the pressing plate to feed forwards and backwards so as to press the injector tightly and adapt to injectors with different sizes and specifications.
Preferably, the stepping motor, the lifting slide seat, the guide rod, the screw rod, the injector and the adjusting and fastening assembly are connected and fixed to form an injection station, and the machine base is provided with a plurality of injection stations side by side.
Preferably, the piston shaft of the injector is a rod body with a hollow middle part, a liquid guide pipe is arranged in the rod body in a penetrating mode, the upper end of the liquid guide pipe is connected with the material box, and the lower end of the liquid guide pipe is fixedly arranged on the piston. The lower end of the liquid guide pipe is provided with a one-way valve, and materials can only be guided into the inner cavity of the needle cylinder of the injector from the material box.
The top of the needle head is provided with a one-way valve, and materials can be discharged downwards in a one-way mode.
Preferably, the system further comprises a double-cavity oil bin feeding line; the double-cavity oil bin feed line comprises a lifting base and a bin body positioning seat; the bin body positioning seat is fixedly arranged on the lifting base. A positioning strip groove is formed in the top of the bin body positioning seat; the bottom of the double-cavity oil bin is provided with a convex strip which is arranged in the positioning strip groove; and the top of the double-cavity oil bin is provided with a liquid injection hole.
Briefly describing the working principle of the method: the stepping motor drives the screw rod to rotate, and the rotating screw rod drives the lifting slide carriage to slide up and down along the guide rod; the sliding lifting slide seat pushes and pulls a piston handle of the injector, so that the injector completes injection and suction actions; when in injection, the materials in the injector are injected into the essence bottle and the essence bin; after injection, the piston rises, the needle cylinder is vacuum because the one-way valve at the lower end is closed, air pressure difference is formed between the material box and the needle cylinder, and the material flows into the needle cylinder through the liquid guide pipe.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, an essence and spice injection apparatus for electronic atomized liquid production comprises a base 1, a stepping motor 2, a lifting slide seat 3, a guide rod 4, a screw rod 5, an injector 6 and an adjusting and fastening component 7;
the engine base 1 is arranged vertically, an inner cavity is arranged in the middle of the engine base, a control circuit board is arranged in the engine base, and a power supply connector and a USB interface are arranged on the outer side of the engine base; a heat radiation fan 11 is arranged at the outer side of the heat radiation device;
the front side of the machine base 1 is provided with a C-shaped mounting base 10, and the top of the machine base is fixedly provided with a vertically arranged stepping motor 2; the output shaft of the stepping motor 2 is connected with a vertically arranged screw rod 5; a lifting slide seat 3 which is horizontally arranged is sleeved on the screw rod 5, an internal thread through hole is arranged in the vertical direction of the lifting slide seat 3, and the internal thread through hole is meshed with the screw rod 5;
a through hole is formed in the lifting slide seat 3, and a linear bearing is arranged in the through hole; a guide rod 4 is vertically arranged on the C-shaped mounting seat 10; the linear bearing is sleeved on the guide rod 4;
the injector 6 comprises a needle 61, a syringe 62, a piston 63, a piston shaft 64 and a piston handle 65;
the bottom of the lifting slide seat 3 is also provided with a piston handle slot 31; the syringe 6 is vertically arranged, the piston handle 65 is horizontally inserted into the piston handle slot 31, and the piston handle 65 is limited in the vertical direction.
A wafer slot 12 is arranged on the front side of the bottom of the C-shaped mounting seat 10; the top of the needle cylinder 62 is provided with a circular sheet protruding outwards, and the circular sheet is inserted into a circular sheet clamping groove and is limited from moving vertically. The front side of the disc slot 12 is provided with an adjusting and fastening assembly 7 for clamping the injector 6 to fix the position and stability thereof.
The adjusting and fastening assembly 7 comprises a pressure plate 71, a bolt 72 and an adjusting knob 73; an internal thread hole is formed in the front side of the bottom end of the C-shaped mounting seat 10; the bolt is connected with the internal thread hole, and the top of the bolt is sleeved with an adjusting rotation; the pressing plate 71 is sleeved on the outer wall of the bolt, and an arc-shaped groove is formed in the inner side of the pressing plate and is attached to the arc-shaped outer wall of the injector 6. The adjustment knob 73 is rotated to push the pressing plate 71 to feed back and forth, thereby compressing the syringe 6 and accommodating syringes 6 of different sizes.
Preferably, the stepping motor 2, the lifting slide seat 3, the guide rod 4, the screw rod 5, the injector 6 and the adjusting and fastening assembly 7 are connected and fixed to form an injection station, and the machine base 1 is provided with a plurality of injection stations side by side.
Preferably, the piston shaft 64 of the syringe 6 is a rod body with a hollow middle part, a liquid guide tube 8 penetrates through the rod body, the upper end of the liquid guide tube 8 is connected with a material box, and the lower end of the liquid guide tube 8 is fixedly arranged on the piston 63. The lower end of the liquid guide pipe 8 is provided with a one-way valve, and materials can only be guided into the inner cavity of the syringe 62 of the injector 6 from the material box.
The top of the needle 61 is provided with a one-way valve, and materials can be discharged downwards in a one-way mode.
