In one embodiment, the two ends of the lower gasket 112 are respectively provided with a longitudinal groove 1121, and the first buffer groove 1115 of the upper gasket 111 is located at a position corresponding to the longitudinal groove 1121 of the two ends of the lower gasket 112, so that the two ends of the upper gasket 111 are suspended, thereby enabling the upper gasket 111 to have greater elastic deformation capability.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the hard frame 12 further includes a plurality of connecting blocks 123, and two ends of each longitudinal beam 122 are fixedly connected to the corresponding transverse beam 121 through the connecting blocks 123, so that the height difference between the longitudinal beam 122 and the transverse beam 121 can be larger, the transverse beam 121 and the longitudinal beam 122 can be made relatively smaller, and the thickness of the hard frame 12 is larger, so that when the foam bottom mat 11 is made thicker, the hard frame 12 can be made lighter, thereby reducing the weight and the cost. In other embodiments, when the foam base 11 is made thin, the longitudinal beams 122 may be attached to the bottom surfaces of the transverse beams 121.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 5, a positioning groove 1111 is formed on an upper surface of the foam base pad 11, and the positioning groove 1111 is used for positioning the household appliance, so that the household appliance can be better positioned, and the foam base pad 11 can support the household appliance more stably.
In one embodiment, when the foam base pad 11 includes the upper pad 111 and the lower pad 112, the positioning recess 1111 is provided on the upper pad 111.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, third buffer slots 1114 are formed in two side walls 1113 of the positioning groove 1111, and the third buffer slots 1114 are located on the upper surfaces of the two side walls 1113 of the positioning groove 1111, so that when the side walls 1113 of the positioning groove 1111 are impacted or pressed, they can be elastically deformed to perform a buffering protection function, thereby protecting the household appliance placed on the positioning groove 1111.
In one embodiment, the foam bottom pad 11 is provided with a plurality of material removing grooves 1112, and the material removing grooves 1112 are positioned at the bottom of the positioning grooves 1111, so as to reduce the cost. In one embodiment, when the foam base pad 11 includes an upper pad 111 and a lower pad 112, the trough 1112 is located on the upper pad 111.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 7, the packaging cushion 10 further includes a plastic panel 13, and the plastic panel 13 is placed on the bottom of the foam base cushion 11 to provide a good moisture barrier.
The packaging liner 10 of the embodiment of the application can well support and protect household appliances and can facilitate carrying of a forklift. In addition, the packaging liner 10 may be used in the packaging of air conditioners, integrated cookers, and the like.
Referring to fig. 7, the present embodiment also discloses a household appliance kit 100, which includes a household appliance 30 and a packaging structure 20, wherein the household appliance 30 is disposed in the packaging structure 20 to protect the household appliance 30 through the packaging structure 20.
The packaging structure 20 comprises a supporting pad, two side pads 21 and a top pad 22, wherein the supporting pad is the packaging pad 10 according to any one of the above embodiments, the household appliance 30 is supported by the packaging pad 10, and the two side pads 21 are respectively arranged at two ends of the household appliance 30 to protect two end faces of the household appliance 30; two side pads 21 are respectively installed at both ends of the packing pad 10 to support the side pads 21 by the packing pad 10. The top gasket 22 is covered on the home appliance 30 to protect the top of the home appliance 30 by the top gasket 22. This packaging structure 20 uses the packaging liner 10 of the above embodiment, and can protect the household appliance 30, facilitate transportation by a forklift, and prevent damage to the housing of the household appliance 30.
The household appliance kit 100 of the embodiment of the present application uses the packaging structure 20 of the above embodiment, so that the household appliance 30 can be well protected, and the carrying is convenient.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8, a cavity 221 is formed in the top liner 22 for conveniently placing the accessories of the household appliance 30 to support and protect the accessories. The packaging structure 20 further includes a protective sheet 23, the protective sheet 23 covering the top liner 22 to protect the accessories in the cavity 221 of the top liner 22.
In one embodiment, the protection plate 23 may be corrugated to protect and prevent treading. Of course, in some embodiments, the protection plate 23 may also be a hard plate such as a plastic plate 13 or a wood plate.
In one embodiment, packaging structure 20 further includes a spacer 24, spacer 24 being disposed in cavity 221, spacer 24 being used to separate cavity 221 so that more accessories may be placed in cavity 221. In one embodiment, the spacer 24 may be a foam pad, a sponge pad, or other resilient cushioning pad.
In one embodiment, the packaging structure 20 further comprises a partition 25, the partition 25 being disposed in the cavity 221 to separate and protect the accessories of the household appliance 30. In one embodiment, the partition plate 25 may be a corrugated plate, or may be a hard plate such as a plastic plate 13 or a wood plate.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the household appliance 30 is an integrated cooker so as to package and protect the integrated cooker. In other embodiments, the household appliance 30 may also be an air conditioner, a refrigerator, or the like.
In the above embodiment, the accessories of the integrated cooker include the pot support 311, the outer ring fire cover 312, the inner ring fire cover 313, the placing table glass 314, the condensing plate 315, and the head 316, wherein the pot support 311, the outer ring fire cover 312, and the inner ring fire cover 313 are combined in the top liner 22. Then the partition plate 25 is placed, then the placing table glass 314 is placed on the partition plate 25, then the partition plate 25 is placed, then the condensation plate 315 is placed, then the spacer 24 is placed, then the head 316 is placed, and finally the protection plate 23 is covered. Of course, in other embodiments, other ways of placing the fitting may be used.
In one embodiment, the foam base 11 has positioning grooves 1118 formed at both ends thereof, and the side pad 21 has positioning protrusions 211 protruding from the bottom thereof, so that the side pad 21 can be conveniently positioned and fixed when being mounted on the foam base 11. In one embodiment, when the foam base cushion 11 includes an upper cushion 111 and a lower cushion 112, the positioning groove 1118 is disposed on the upper cushion 111.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the household appliance kit 100 further includes a packing case 40. Referring to fig. 8, the household appliance 30 is placed in the packing structure 20, the packing structure 20 is placed in the packing case 40, and the packing case 40 is provided with a through hole 41 at a position corresponding to the forklift hole 114 so that the fork of a forklift can extend into the forklift hole 114 of the packing pad 10. The packing box 40 is arranged, so that the packing structure 20 can be conveniently assembled and packed into a whole, and the carrying is further facilitated.
The packaging structure 20 of this application embodiment can realize the fork truck in the commodity circulation transportation such as domestic appliance 30, press from both sides and embrace the transportation to stop violence loading and unloading in the transportation, the risk of annex damage machine improves the production efficiency of manufacturing end and subtracts the personnel, reduces manufacturing cost, reduces beneficial effect such as material cost simultaneously by a wide margin.

Claims (17)

1. A packaging liner characterized by: including the foam heelpiece and locating stereoplasm frame in the foam heelpiece, the stereoplasm frame is located the middle part region of foam heelpiece thickness direction, the stereoplasm frame includes along transversely locating respectively the transverse beam of the both sides of foam heelpiece and connect two the many vertical roof beams of transverse beam, the fork truck hole has vertically been seted up along in the foam heelpiece, the fork truck hole site in the below of transverse beam.

The packaging cushion of claim 1, wherein: the foam bottom pad is characterized in that two sides of the foam bottom pad are respectively provided with a transverse groove for accommodating the transverse beam, a longitudinal hole is respectively formed in the foam bottom pad corresponding to each longitudinal beam, and each longitudinal beam is arranged in the corresponding longitudinal hole.
3. The packaging cushion of claim 2, wherein: the foam bottom pad comprises an upper pad and a lower pad supporting the upper pad, the forklift hole is a groove formed in the lower pad, the longitudinal hole is a longitudinal groove formed in the lower pad, lower transverse grooves are formed in two sides of the upper surface of the lower pad respectively, upper transverse grooves are formed in two sides of the lower surface of the upper pad respectively, and the lower transverse grooves and the corresponding upper transverse grooves are matched to form the transverse grooves.
4. The packaging cushion of claim 3, wherein: the bottom surface of the upper liner is provided with a first buffer groove, the lower liner is correspondingly and convexly provided with a positioning rib, and the positioning rib extends into the corresponding first buffer groove.
5. The packaging cushion of claim 3, wherein: portions of the lower liner corresponding between the longitudinal slots and adjacent ones of the forklift openings form support beams that cooperatively support the bottom surface of the upper liner.
6. The packaging cushion of claim 5, wherein: the upper surface of the supporting beam is provided with a plurality of buffer cavities.
7. The packaging cushion of claim 3, wherein: and a second buffer groove is formed in the middle area of the length direction of the bottom surface of the upper liner and is longitudinally arranged.
8. The packaging liner of any one of claims 1-7, wherein: each longitudinal beam is located below the transverse beam.
9. The packaging cushion of claim 8, wherein: and two ends of each longitudinal beam are fixedly connected with the corresponding transverse beam through connecting blocks.
10. The packaging liner of any one of claims 1-7, wherein: the upper surface of the foam bottom pad is provided with a positioning groove for positioning the household appliance.
11. The packaging cushion of claim 10, wherein: and third buffer grooves are formed in the upper surfaces of the side walls of the two sides of the positioning groove.
12. The packaging liner of any one of claims 1-7, wherein: the packaging cushion also comprises a plastic plate padded at the bottom of the foam bottom cushion.
13. Packaging structure, including the supporting pad that is used for supporting domestic appliance, locate respectively the side liner at domestic appliance both ends with the lid in last top liner of domestic appliance, its characterized in that: the support pad is a packaging liner according to any one of claims 1-12, two of the side pads being supported at respective ends of the packaging liner, and two of the side pads being supported at respective ends of the top pad.
14. The packaging structure of claim 13, wherein: the top liner is provided with a cavity, and the packaging structure further comprises a protection plate covered on the top liner.
15. The packaging structure of claim 14, wherein: the packaging structure further comprises a spacer, and the spacer is arranged in the accommodating cavity.
16. Domestic appliance external member, including domestic appliance, its characterized in that: further comprising a packaging structure according to any one of claims 13-15, in which the household appliance is placed.
17. The household appliance kit of claim 16, wherein: the household appliance is an integrated stove.
