The application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-3.
In a first aspect, embodiments of the present application disclose a cushion airbag that can be filled with different sized articles. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cushion bag capable of being filled with various sizes of articles includes a main membrane 1, and a plurality of connection membranes 2 are connected to one side of the main membrane 1 in a width direction. One end of the connecting membrane 2 is fixedly connected with the side edge of the main membrane 1, and the inside of the connecting membrane 2 is communicated with the inside of the main membrane 1. Specifically, the plurality of connection films 2 are arranged in a row along the width direction of the main film 1. One side surface of the main membrane 1 is set as an outer membrane surface, and the other side surface of the main membrane 1 is set as an inner membrane surface. Referring to fig. 1, the connection membrane 2 includes a plurality of sub-clamping membranes 21, the plurality of sub-clamping membranes 21 are arranged along the length direction of the connection membrane 2, a connection sub-portion 22 is disposed between the plurality of sub-clamping membranes 21, and the plurality of sub-clamping membranes 21 are fixedly connected through the connection sub-portion 22. The inside of the connection sub-portion 22 is communicated with the inside of the sub-clamping membrane 21, the width of the connection sub-portion 22 is smaller than that of the sub-clamping membrane 21, and the clamping groove is formed in the outer side wall of the connection sub-portion 22.
Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of connection rings 3 are arranged in an equidistant manner in the width direction of the main membrane 1 and fixedly connected with the outer membrane surface of the main membrane 1.
When the connecting device is used, the main membrane 1 is wound into a cylinder shape, and the sub-clamping membrane 21 and the connecting ring 3 are aligned and penetrated, so that the clamping groove of the connecting sub-part 22 is clamped with the connecting ring 3, and the fixing between the connecting membrane 2 and the connecting ring 3 is realized. Meanwhile, a user can continuously adjust the clamping position of the connecting sub part 22 and the connecting ring 3 to adjust the winding radius of the main membrane 1.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to improve the stability of the engagement between the connection membrane 2 and the connection ring 3, an adhesive 6 is fixedly connected to one end of the connection membrane 2 away from the main membrane 1. In the present embodiment, the adhesive 6 is an adhesive tape. The fixing mode of bonding between the bonding piece 6 and the main membrane 1 realizes the effect of improving the stability of the clamping connection between the connecting membrane 2 and the connecting ring 3.
Referring to fig. 3, the bottom film 5 is provided with a plurality of bottom films 5, and the plurality of bottom films 5 are offset from each other. In one implementation of this embodiment: the bottom films 5 are obliquely arranged along the length direction of the main film 1, so that when the main film 1 is wound into a cylinder, the bottom films 5 can be mutually misplaced and retracted in a rotary shape, and the bottom of the main film 1 is closed, thereby being beneficial to improving the overall tightness and playing a better protection effect on articles.
Referring to fig. 1, another implementation in this example: the bottom films 5 are arranged in a staggered manner along the length direction of the main film 1, so that when the main film 1 is wound into a cylinder, the bottom films 5 can be staggered and sealed, and the bottom of an article is protected.
Referring to fig. 1, the top film 4 includes a main cover portion 41 and two side cover portions 42, one end of the main cover portion 41 is fixedly connected with the outer film surface of the main film 1, and the two side cover portions 42 are symmetrically disposed along the center line of the main film 1. In use, the peripheral direction of the top of the main diaphragm 1 can be covered by the main cover 41 and the two side cover portions 42, respectively, to thereby protect the top of the article.
Further, a plurality of flexible fillers (not shown) are disposed on one side of the inner membrane surface of the main membrane 1, and in this embodiment, the flexible fillers may be foam balls, sponge balls, soft plastic balls with air filled therein, and the like. When the shock-absorbing and protecting device is used, the flexible filler can be put into the bottom of the main membrane 1, so that the staggered spaces between the bottom membranes 5 are filled and paved evenly by the flexible filler, and the shock-absorbing and protecting effect on articles is improved.
The embodiment of the application relates to a buffer air bag capable of being filled with articles with different sizes and a production process thereof, which comprises the following implementation principles: when the novel air bag is used, the main membrane 1 is wound to form the air bag for storing objects according to the radius of the objects, the connecting membrane 2 is matched with the connecting ring 3, the clamping groove is clamped with the connecting ring 3, then the adhesive piece 6 is adhered and fixed with the outer membrane surface of the main membrane 1, the assembly of the air bag is completed, and the air bag can adapt to objects with different radiuses through adjustment, so that the applicability of the air bag is improved.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application discloses a process for producing a cushion airbag for filling articles of different sizes, comprising the steps of:
s1, manufacturing a main membrane 1, a connecting membrane 2, a bottom membrane 5 and a top membrane 4 by using raw materials through hot pressing, edge sealing and cutting procedures;
s2, fixing the connecting ring 3 and the main diaphragm 1;
s3, fixing the adhesive piece 6 at one end of the connecting membrane 2 far away from the main membrane 1;
s4, preparing a flexible filler by using raw materials;
s5, inflating the main membrane 1, winding the main membrane 1 to a proper size, and clamping the connecting membrane 2 with the connecting ring 3;
s6, placing the flexible filler into the main membrane 1.
