the traditional processing of wooden furniture is mostly carried out manually, when a workpiece is processed into a fillet, an auxiliary tool is needed to find out the round shape of the fillet, an arc line is drawn between two edge lines through the round shape according to the radius of the fillet, and then the fillet is processed;
but traditional wooden furniture fillet processing is with supplementary processingequipment has following shortcoming, and can't be convenient and quick fixes device and machined part, and the efficiency that the centre of a circle marks is slower, and on the other hand, traditional supplementary processingequipment is mostly the integrated design, can't carry out the split, makes its comparatively occupation space, is not portable, and is difficult to carry out the split with it when damaging, can only change together, and the maintenance cost is higher.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an auxiliary processing device for processing a wood furniture fillet and a using method thereof, which aim to solve the existing problems: the device and the workpiece cannot be conveniently and quickly fixed, and the efficiency of marking the circle center is low.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an auxiliary processing device for processing round corners of wooden furniture comprises an angle adjusting assembly, measuring assemblies, stabilizing assemblies and positioning assemblies, wherein the angle adjusting assembly is connected with the two measuring assemblies;
the angle adjusting assembly is used for fixing the device and a workpiece;
the measuring assembly is used for adjusting the position of the positioning assembly according to the machining radius;
the stabilizing assembly is used for supporting the measuring assembly;
and the positioning assembly is used for finding out the position of the circle center according to the machining radius.
Preferably, the angle adjusting assembly comprises a connecting frame, a rotating frame and a fixing bolt, wherein the rotating frame is connected to the two sides of one end of the connecting frame in a rotating mode, the measuring assembly is detachably connected to the outer side of the rotating frame, the fixing bolt is connected to the lower end of the other end of the connecting frame in a threaded mode, and the rotating disc is fixed to one end, extending to the outer side of the connecting frame, of the fixing bolt.
Preferably, the measuring component comprises a scale strip plate, one end of the scale strip plate is connected with the rotating frame in a clamping mode, and the other end of the scale strip plate is connected with the stabilizing component in a clamping mode.
Preferably, the stabilizing assembly comprises a supporting frame and anti-slip sheets, an extending plate for supporting is arranged at the upper end of the supporting frame, and the anti-slip sheets for increasing friction force are fixed at the lower end of the extending plate.

Preferably, the positioning assembly comprises a first positioning strip, a second positioning strip and a cross slot insert block, one end of the first positioning strip is connected with one of the measuring assemblies in a sliding mode, one end of the second positioning strip is connected with the other measuring assembly in a sliding mode, one end, far away from the measuring assembly, of the first positioning strip is arranged with the second positioning strip in a cross mode, a connecting sliding groove is formed in the second positioning strip, the first positioning strip is located inside the connecting sliding groove and is connected with the second positioning strip in a sliding mode, the cross slot insert block is inserted into the cross position of the first positioning strip and the second positioning strip, and the cross slot insert block is used for ensuring that the angle of the cross position of the first positioning strip and the second positioning strip is ninety degrees.

s1, attaching the angle adjusting component of the device to the processing end angle of the processing piece, and fixing the angle adjusting component and the processing piece by rotating the fixing bolt;
s2, after the angle adjusting component is fixed with the workpiece, the measuring component is attached to the edge of the workpiece, and the extending plate fixed with the anti-skid sheet on the stabilizing component is placed at the upper end of the workpiece;
s3, moving the positioning component according to the processing radius and confirming the moving position according to the scale marks marked on the upper surface of the scale lath;
and S4, after the positioning assembly is moved according to the processing requirements and the scale marks, the intersection point of the first positioning strip and the second positioning strip is the circle center of the processed round angle, and then a marking pen is inserted into the cross slot insert block through the marking hole to penetrate through the marking slots formed in the first positioning strip and the second positioning strip, so that the circle center is marked on the workpiece, and the marking of the circle center is completed.
The invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, through the structural design of the angle adjusting assembly, the device can be conveniently and quickly fixed with a workpiece, and the included angle between the two measuring assemblies can be adjusted according to the angle of the end angle and the rotary connection between the rotating frame and the connecting frame.
2. According to the invention, through the structural matching design of the two measuring assemblies and the positioning assembly, after the workpiece is fixed, the device can quickly find out the circle center according to the radius of the processed round angle, and the accuracy of the circle center is effectively ensured.
3. According to the invention, through the structural design of the stabilizing component, when the device is used, the measuring component is effectively supported through the stabilizing component, the stability of the measuring component is ensured, and the influence on the accuracy of final circle center marking due to the shaking of the measuring component is avoided.
4. According to the invention, through the design of the connecting structure among the multiple structures of the device, the device can disassemble each assembly, so that the occupied space of the device is reduced, the device is convenient to carry, and is more convenient to maintain or replace each assembly, and the maintenance cost is effectively reduced.

the angle adjusting assembly is used for fixing the device and a workpiece;
specifically, angle adjusting part includes link 1, rotating turret 2 and fixing bolt 3, the both sides of 1 one end of link are all rotated and are connected with rotating turret 2, measuring component can dismantle the outside of connection at rotating turret 2, be connected with link 1's rotation through rotating turret 2, make the measuring component who links to each other with rotating turret 2 also can rotate, thereby realize measuring component's angle modulation, in order to fix angle adjusting part and machined part, the lower extreme threaded connection of the 1 other end of link has fixing bolt 3, the one end that fixing bolt 3 extended to the 1 outside of link is fixed with carousel 22, through carousel 22 and fixing bolt 3's fixed, make fixing bolt 3's rotation more convenient.

Example 2:
on the basis of the above example 1, the method of use thereof is disclosed:
the first step is as follows: the angle adjusting component of the device is attached to the machining end angle of the machined part, and the angle adjusting component is fixed with the machined part by rotating the fixing bolt 3.
And secondly, after the angle adjusting assembly is fixed with the workpiece, the measuring assembly is attached to the edge of the workpiece, and the extending plate fixed with the anti-skid sheet 8 by the stabilizing assembly is placed at the upper end of the workpiece.
And thirdly, moving the positioning assembly according to the machining radius and confirming the moving position according to the scale marks 14 marked on the upper surface of the scale strip plate 5.
Fourthly, after the positioning assembly is moved according to the processing requirement and the scale marks 14, the intersection point of the first positioning strip 15 and the second positioning strip 16 is the circle center of the processed round angle, and then a marking pen is inserted into the cross slot insert block 17 through the marking hole 20 to penetrate through the marking slots 19 formed in the first positioning strip 15 and the second positioning strip 16, the circle center is marked on the workpiece, and the marking of the circle center is completed.
The working principle is as follows: when the angle adjusting device is used, the angle adjusting device is attached to and fixed with a processing end corner of a processing piece, then two measuring devices are respectively attached to two edge lines of the processing end corner, the measuring devices are supported by the stabilizing device, finally, the first positioning strip 15 and the second positioning strip 16 are moved according to use requirements, after the first positioning strip 15 and the second positioning strip 16 are moved, the friction force between the fixing screw 11 and the scale strip plate 5 is increased by rotating the fixing screw 11, so that the limiting and fixing of the first positioning strip 15 and the second positioning strip 16 are completed, after the first positioning strip 15 and the second positioning strip 16 are fixed, the intersection of the first positioning strip 15 and the second positioning strip 16 is marked, and the circle center marking of a processing fillet can be completed;
when the measuring assembly and the angle adjusting assembly need to be detached and separated, the limiting blocks 21 at the upper end and the lower end of the clamping block 6 connected with the clamping frame 4 through the scale strip plates 5 are pressed, so that the limiting blocks 21 are retracted into the inner side of the clamping frame 4, the limiting blocks 21 lose the limiting effect on the clamping block 6, the clamping block 6 can be pulled out from the clamping frame 4, and the detachment and separation of the measuring assembly and the angle adjusting assembly are completed;
when the measuring assembly and the stabilizing assembly need to be detached and separated, the limiting blocks 21 at the upper end and the lower end of the clamping block 6 connected with the scale strip plate 5 and the support frame 7 are pressed, so that the limiting blocks 21 are put into the inner sides of the clamping holes formed in the support frame 7, the limiting blocks 21 lose the limiting effect on the clamping block 6, the clamping block 6 can be pulled out from the clamping holes, and the detachment and separation of the measuring assembly and the stabilizing assembly are completed;
when the positioning assembly and the measuring assembly need to be detached and separated, the fixing screw 11 is continuously reversed, so that the fixing screw 11 is separated from the movable insertion block 9, the movable insertion block 9 drives the limiting insertion block 10 to be separated from the scale strip plate 5, and the detachment and separation of the positioning assembly and the measuring assembly are completed;
after the positioning assembly is separated from the measuring assembly, the cross slot insert block 17 can be drawn away from the first positioning strip 15 and the second positioning strip 16, and the first positioning strip 15 is drawn out from the second positioning strip 16, so that the first positioning strip 15, the second positioning strip 16 and the cross slot insert block 17 are completely separated, and the space occupation is further reduced.
