The outer side of the support arm 210 is provided with a locking hole 230, and a locking button 240 movable in the locking hole 230. A shaft hole 212 is provided inside the support arm 210 and adjacent to the locking hole 230. The receiving space 260 formed between the support arm 210 and the support ring 220 is used for receiving the workhead assembly 300 and allowing the workhead assembly 300 to rotate. To ensure that the supporting member 200 rotates and is positioned at each angle relative to the main body 100, the supporting member 200 further includes a fixing ring 250 disposed in the supporting ring 220, and the supporting ring 220 is provided with a plurality of teeth 224 on the inner wall; the stationary ring 250 includes a stationary ring hole 252 allowing the rotation shaft 222 to pass therethrough, an elastic member seat 254 adjacent to the stationary ring hole 252 at one side, and an ejection hole 256 at the other side of the elastic member seat 254. The elastic member seat 254 is used for receiving the elastic member and the protrusion supported by the elastic member and fixed in cooperation with the tooth portion 224. The support ring 220 can rotate relative to the stationary ring 250, while the stationary ring 250 is relatively stationary.
The workhead assembly 300 includes a housing 310 and a connection hood 320 at least partially encasing the housing 310. Housing 310 has a power chamber 302 therein that houses a power unit 350. The workhead assembly 300 is interconnected with the support member 200 by a connecting shaft 322, and the workhead assembly 300 is rotated in a first direction about the connecting shaft 322. One end of the connecting shaft 322 is disposed on the connecting cover 320, and the other end is detachably connected to the shaft hole 212, or connected by magnetic attraction, so as to facilitate the detachment and cleaning of the working head assembly 300. The locking button 240 is in cam locking engagement with the other end of the connecting shaft 322 for locking rotation of the connecting shaft 322 against rotation of the workhead assembly 300.
Preferably, the workhead assembly 300 is deflected relative to the support member 200 in a first direction, wherein the first direction is a direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane, i.e., parallel to the extending direction of the body 100.
Preferably, the power unit 350 is located at the outer side of the body 100 and its center line intersects the extending direction of the body 100 at an angle greater than 45 degrees.
Preferably, the support member 200 is rotated in a second direction with respect to the body 100, wherein the second direction is a direction parallel to the horizontal plane, i.e., perpendicular to the extending direction of the body 100.
Preferably, the working head assembly 300 further includes a working head net fixing ring 340 for fixing one side of the working head net 330, a working head net supporting frame for cooperating with the other side of the working head net 330 and fixing, and a gear set 360 for transmission and disposed between the working head 329 and the power unit 350, wherein the gear set 360 may be a planetary gear set or a reduction transmission mechanism such as a worm gear and a worm gear.
The working head 329 in this embodiment is of modular alternative design, compatible with conventional three-head shaver working heads: the shaver comprises a single-head shaver working head, a double-head shaver working head, a four-head shaver working head, a five-head shaver working head, a reciprocating shaver working head, a hair clipper working head with a length-fixing comb, a beard trimmer working head, a temples cutter working head, a shaver working head, a U-shaped trimmer working head, a T-shaped trimmer working head, a nose hair trimmer working head, a shaving trimmer working head and a carving trimmer working head, so as to meet different use requirements of consumers.
Likewise, the present invention provides a seventh embodiment of a care tool having a rotatable workhead assembly, comprising: the working head component comprises a working head, a working head net at least partially shielding the working head, a power unit driving the working head to rotate, and an arc bulge or an arc cavity adjacent to the power unit, the machine body is provided with the arc cavity or the arc bulge matched and connected with the arc bulge or the arc cavity, and the arc bulge or the arc cavity of the working head component is opposite to the arc cavity or the arc bulge of the machine body in at least two directions in relative rotation. The first direction is a direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane, i.e. parallel to the extending direction of the body, and the second direction is a direction parallel to the horizontal plane, i.e. perpendicular to the extending direction of the body. The arc-shaped bulge is preferably a sphere, and the arc-shaped cavity is a spherical cavity, so that the large-amplitude up-down and left-right position adjustment is realized, and the angle range is larger than 180 degrees. The power transmission of the machine body and the working head assembly can be realized in a wireless or wired mode, wherein the wireless mode is a coil electromagnetic induction mode, a charger is arranged in the machine body, the charger and the power unit transmit energy in a magnetic field, and the charger and the power unit are not connected through wires. The wired mode can be realized by passing through an electric wire through the rotating center of the arc-shaped bulge or the arc-shaped cavity, and the energy transmission is realized.
Preferably, the working head assembly further comprises a working head net fixing ring for fixing one side of the working head net, a working head net support frame matched and fixed with the other side of the working head net, and a gear set used for transmission and arranged between the working head and the power unit, wherein the gear set can be a planetary gear set or a reduction transmission mechanism such as a worm gear and the like.
In the embodiment, the working head adopts a modular replaceable design, and can be compatible with the traditional three-head shaver working head: the shaver comprises a single-head shaver working head, a double-head shaver working head, a four-head shaver working head, a five-head shaver working head, a reciprocating shaver working head, a hair clipper working head with a length-fixing comb, a beard trimmer working head, a temples cutter working head, a shaver working head, a U-shaped trimmer working head, a T-shaped trimmer working head, a nose hair trimmer working head, a shaving trimmer working head and a carving trimmer working head, so as to meet different use requirements of consumers.
Likewise, the present invention provides an eighth embodiment of a care tool having a rotatable workhead assembly, comprising: the working head assembly 300 comprises a machine body 100, a supporting piece 200 arranged on the machine body 100 and a working head assembly 300 supported by the supporting piece 200, wherein the working head assembly 300 comprises a working head 329, a working head net 330 at least partially shielding the working head 329, and a power unit 350 driving the working head 330 to rotate. The power unit 350 is preferably a dc brushed or brushless motor. The workhead assembly 300 is interconnected with the support member 200 by a connecting shaft 322, and the workhead assembly 300 is rotated in a first direction about the connecting shaft 322. The support member 200 is connected to the body 100 by a rotation shaft 222, and the support member 200 rotates in the second direction about the rotation shaft 222. Meanwhile, the inside of the connecting shaft 322 can pass through a power cord to ensure that the power supply inside the body is electrically connected with the power unit.
The main body 100 is a columnar body extending in a direction approximately vertical to a horizontal plane, a main body cavity 110 for accommodating a battery is arranged in the main body 100, a display screen 120 is arranged on the outer side of the main body, and the display screen 120 can display parameters such as working state, battery capacity, battery working time and working head using times, and can be opened or closed in a touch screen mode.
The support member 200 is disposed at the top end of the body 100 and has a substantially L-shape including a support arm 210, and a support ring 220 integrally connected to the support arm 210 at the bottom thereof, wherein the support ring 220 is rotatable about a rotation axis 222 with respect to the body 100. The outer side of the support arm 210 is provided with a locking hole 230, and a locking button 240 movable in the locking hole 230. A shaft hole 212 is provided inside the support arm 210 and adjacent to the locking hole 230. The receiving space 260 formed between the support arm 210 and the support ring 220 is used for receiving the workhead assembly 300 and allowing the workhead assembly 300 to rotate. To ensure that the supporting member 200 rotates and is positioned at each angle relative to the main body 100, the supporting member 200 further includes a fixing ring 250 disposed in the supporting ring 220, and the supporting ring 220 is provided with a plurality of teeth 224 on the inner wall; the stationary ring 250 includes a stationary ring hole 252 allowing the rotation shaft 222 to pass therethrough, an elastic member seat 254 adjacent to the stationary ring hole 252 at one side, and an ejection hole 256 at the other side of the elastic member seat 254. The elastic member seat 254 is used for receiving the elastic member and the protrusion supported by the elastic member and fixed in cooperation with the tooth portion 224. The support ring 220 can rotate relative to the stationary ring 250, while the stationary ring 250 is relatively stationary.
The workhead assembly 300 includes a housing 310 and a connection hood 320 at least partially encasing the housing 310. Housing 310 has a power chamber 302 therein that houses a power unit 350. The workhead assembly 300 is interconnected with the support member 200 by a connecting shaft 322, and the workhead assembly 300 is rotated in a first direction about the connecting shaft 322. One end of the connecting shaft 322 is disposed on the connecting cover 320, and the other end is detachably connected to the shaft hole 212, or connected by magnetic attraction, so as to facilitate the detachment and cleaning of the working head assembly 300. The locking button 240 is cam-engaged with the other end of the connecting shaft 322 for locking the rotation of the connecting shaft 322 against the rotation of the work head assembly 300.
Preferably, the workhead assembly 300 is deflected relative to the support member 200 in a first direction, wherein the first direction is a direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane, i.e., parallel to the extending direction of the body 100.
Preferably, the power unit 350 is located at the outer side of the body 100 and its center line intersects the extending direction of the body 100 at an angle greater than 45 degrees.
Preferably, the support member 200 is rotated in a second direction with respect to the body 100, wherein the second direction is a direction parallel to the horizontal plane, i.e., perpendicular to the extending direction of the body 100.
Preferably, the working head assembly 300 further includes a working head net fixing ring 340 for fixing one side of the working head net 330, a working head net supporting frame for cooperating with the other side of the working head net 330 and fixing, and a gear set 360 for transmission and disposed between the working head 329 and the power unit 350, wherein the gear set 360 may be a planetary gear set or a reduction transmission mechanism such as a worm gear and a worm gear.

The working head assembly is detachable, so that the maintenance and the cleaning of the working head assembly are convenient.
Likewise, the present invention provides an eleventh embodiment of a care tool having a rotatable workhead assembly, comprising: the water-tight working head assembly comprises a machine body, a supporting piece arranged on the machine body and a working head assembly which is supported by the supporting piece and is detachably connected with the supporting piece, wherein the working head assembly comprises a plurality of working heads, a plurality of working head nets at least partially shielding the working heads, a power unit driving the working heads to rotate, a working head net fixing ring fixing one side of each working head net, a working head net supporting frame matched and fixed with the other side of each working head net, and a speed reduction transmission mechanism used for transmission and arranged between the working heads and the power unit, and the working head assembly is a water-tight assembly so as to be washed.
Likewise, the present invention provides a twelfth embodiment of a care tool having a rotatable workhead assembly, comprising: the machine comprises a machine body and a working head assembly which is connected with the machine body and can rotate relatively, wherein the working head assembly comprises a working head, a working head net at least partially shielding the working head, a power unit driving the working head to rotate, and a supporting flange or a supporting groove adjacent to the power unit, the machine body is provided with the supporting groove or the supporting flange which is matched and connected with the supporting flange or the supporting groove, the supporting flange or the supporting groove of the working head assembly is opposite to the supporting groove or the supporting flange of the machine body, and the supporting groove or the supporting flange of the machine body rotates relatively in at least two directions and is connected through magnetic attraction.
As shown in fig. 9 to 10, the present invention may also adopt another type of support member, which is disposed at the top end of the body 100 and has a substantially L-shape, including a support arm 2100, a gear ring 2200 integrally connected to the bottom of the support arm 2100, and a fixing ring 2220 fitted around the gear ring 2200, wherein the gear ring 2200 is rotatable about a rotation shaft 2220 with respect to the body 100 and has a plurality of teeth 2202 at the outer side. The outer side of the support arm 2100 is provided with a locking hole and a locking knob 2400 movable in the locking hole. The locking knob 2400 is in cam locking engagement with the other end of the connecting shaft for locking rotation of the connecting shaft against rotation of the workhead assembly 300. A shaft hole is provided inside the support arm 2100 and adjacent to the locking hole. The receiving space formed between the support arm 2100 and the retainer ring 2220 is used to receive the working head assembly 300 and allow the working head assembly 300 to rotate. To ensure that the support rotates relative to the body 100 and is positioned at every angle, the inner wall of the fixing ring 2220 is provided with at least one elastic protrusion, which is locked and matched with the groove of the tooth-shaped portion 220 to realize the positioning. The gear ring 2200 is rotatable relative to the stationary ring 2220, while the stationary ring 2220 is relatively stationary.
Preferably, the invention innovatively adopts a fully-independent closed waterproof structure on the structure of the working head, the working head assembly and the machine body are relatively independent, and the working head assembly and the machine body structurally adopt four-dimensional vector self-adaptive structures widely adopted by aviation and military industry as inspiration sources, namely, two rotary floating nodes are adopted for connection to realize multi-angle adjustment in the upper direction, the lower direction, the left direction and the right direction:
a first dimension: the working head assembly and the machine body can realize independent rotation of 180 degrees in the longitudinal direction (as shown in figure 7);
the second dimension is as follows: the working head integral assembly and the machine body can transversely rotate independently by 180 degrees by taking the central axis of the machine body as the axis (as shown in figure 8);
the third dimension: the working head and the working head net can slightly swing by about 5 degrees;
and a fourth dimension: the fitting swing of the self-adaptive facial skin contour can be realized through the suspension structure in the working head.
Preferably, the invention can adopt two sets of suspension angle adjusting schemes, which are as follows:
electric regulation: through the built-in 3D neutral induction gyroscope, after a consumer sets the best self-adaptive shaving angle through the liquid crystal display system on the body and stores the angle setting, the shaver can maintain the best angle in various hand-holding postures and angles through the vector self-adaptive structure, and no obvious noise and vibration exist in the whole process of self-adaptive angle adjustment of the shaver.
Manual adjustment: a manual locking angle button is designed on the side of the support, and a consumer can manually lock the floating angle through the button. So as to save the energy consumption of the whole body of the airplane.
Preferably, the shaver comprises a shaver body, a shaver head and a shaver head. The structure is independent like an automobile suspension, and a structural basis is provided for larger-amplitude work head floating on the basis of reducing the structural burden of the traditional shaver.
Preferably, the working head assembly has an IPX 7-grade waterproof function, and is connected with the support member through the magnetic suction interface, so that a consumer can easily detach the working head assembly for deep washing, cleaning and maintenance.
As shown in fig. 11-23, the present invention provides a thirteenth embodiment of a treatment implement having a rotatable workhead assembly, comprising: the working head assembly 1300 is the same as the working head assembly 300 of the first embodiment, namely comprises a working head, a working head net at least partially shielding the working head and a power unit driving the working head to rotate. The working head assembly 1300 is a separate assembly from the body 1000, and can be detached or washed separately. The working head can be a tool bit, a brush head, a massage head, a nursing head and the like.
The main body 1000 is a columnar body extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to a horizontal plane, a main body cavity 110 for accommodating a battery is arranged in the main body 1000, a display screen 1020 is arranged on the outer side of the main body, and the display screen 1020 can display parameters such as a working state, battery capacity, battery working time and working head using times, and can be opened or closed in a touch screen mode. The fuselage 1000 includes an outer sleeve 1100 having an inner sleeve cavity 1102, an inner sleeve 1110 positioned inside the outer sleeve 1100 and received by the inner sleeve cavity 1102, a battery 1030 received by the inner sleeve 1110, and a seal 1032 disposed between the outer sleeve 1100 and the inner sleeve 1110. The bottoms of the outer and inner sleeves 1100 and 1110 are connected by screws, and the upper ends are fixedly connected by the support 1200. The upper end of the inner sleeve 1110 is provided with a first arc-shaped section 1112, a second arc-shaped section 1114, an elastic member cavity 1120 surrounded by the first and second arc-shaped sections 1112 and 1114, a central portion 1122 positioned in the elastic member cavity 1120, an elastic member 1124 positioned in the elastic member cavity 1120 and arranged around the central portion 1122 in an arc shape, a pair of stop blocks 1126 arranged at two ends of the elastic member 1124, and a stop groove 1128 positioned between the two stop blocks 1126. The elastic member 1124 and the stop block 1126 are freely movable around the central portion 1122 and allow the length of the stop slot 1128 to be freely increased or decreased, wherein the first arc-shaped segment 1112 and the second arc-shaped segment 1114 form a complete arc, and a vertical height difference exists between the first arc-shaped segment 1112 and the second arc-shaped segment 1114, and the arc length of the first arc-shaped segment 1112 is smaller than that of the second arc-shaped segment 1114. In the vertical direction, the upper surface of the first arc-shaped segment 1112 is higher than the upper surface of the second arc-shaped segment 1114. The upper surface of central portion 1122 is coplanar with the upper surface of second arcuate segment 1114.
The support member 1200 is disposed at the top end of the body 1000, and has a substantially L-shape including a support arm 1210 at one side of the body, and a support ring 1220 at the bottom of the support arm 1210 and integrally connected, wherein the support ring 1220 is rotatable about a rotation axis with respect to the body 1000. The outer side of the support arm 1210 is provided with a locking knob 1230, and a locking hole 1232 allowing the locking knob 1230 to slide therein. A shaft hole 1212 is provided inside the support arm 1210 and adjacent to the locking hole 1232, and the shaft hole 1212 allows a wire connecting between the battery 1030 and the motor to pass therethrough. The middle of the support arm 1210 is provided with a support arm inner cavity 1260, a support arm limit bump 1262 arranged in the support arm inner cavity 1260, a stop portion 1270 arranged in the support arm inner cavity 1260, and a screw 1280 for fixedly connecting the stop portion 1270 with the working head assembly 1300. As shown in fig. 22, the stop 1270 is generally a flat plate comprising at least two stop slots 1272 on one side, a stop notch 1274 on the other side that allows the support arm stop lug 1262 to reciprocate, a screw hole 1276 that allows a screw 1280 to pass through, and a stop center hole 1278 in the center. The receiving space formed between the support arm 1210 and the support ring 1220 is used for receiving the workhead assembly 1300 and allowing the workhead assembly 1300 to rotate. The support ring 1220 has a central cavity 1240 in the upper end thereof for allowing the central portion 1122 to enter, a ring portion 1242 at the bottom of the central cavity 1240, and a screw 1244 for positioning the ring portion 1242 and connecting the ring portion 1242 to the body 1000 while allowing the ring portion 1242 to rotate relatively. The lower surface of the screw 1244 maintains a vertical gap with the ring-shaped portion 1242. The support ring 1220 is provided at a lower end thereof with a restraining cavity 1222, a support base 1226 isolating the free cavity 1240 and the restraining cavity 1222 from each other, a restraining projection 1224 provided at the support base 1226 and protruding downward, a restraining projection 1228 adjacent to the restraining projection 1224 and located at the outside, and a restraining center hole 1229 allowing the central portion 1122 to partially pass through and located at the center of the restraining projection 1224. The bottom end face of the limiting projection 1224 has a height difference with the bottom end face of the limiting projection 1228, the limiting projection 1224 rotates in the stopping groove 1254, and the limiting projection 1228 follows the track of the second arc-shaped section 1114 and is limited by the height difference of the steps at the two ends of the first arc-shaped section 111. The sealing ring 1032 is disposed adjacent to the elastic member 1250.
The work head assembly 1300 includes a housing 1320, a plurality of work head nets 1330 disposed on the housing 1320, and a work head net cover 1340 securing the work head nets 1330 on the housing 1320. Housing 1320 has a power chamber therein that houses a power unit. The workhead assembly 1300 is interconnected with the support member 1200 by a connecting shaft 1322, and the workhead assembly 1300 is rotated in a first direction about the connecting shaft 1322. One end of the connecting shaft 1322 is disposed on the housing 1320, and the other end is detachably connected to the shaft hole 1212, or is magnetically connected to the shaft hole 1212, so as to facilitate the detachment and cleaning of the working head assembly 1300. The stop center hole 1278, the connecting shaft 1322 and the shaft hole 1212 are coaxial, and the stop portion 1270 is fixedly connected to the connecting shaft 1322, so that the stop portion 1270 and the connecting shaft 1322 are ensured to rotate integrally. The locking knob 1230 is provided at one end with a locking protrusion 1234 engaged with the stop slot 1272, thereby locking the rotation of the connecting shaft 322 against the rotation of the working head assembly 1300, as shown in fig. 21.
Therefore, the power unit and the machine body are separated from each other, the space in the original machine body can be used for increasing the capacity of the battery, prolonging the endurance capacity of the product and reducing the complexity of the internal structure of the machine body.
The invention greatly increases the floating freedom degree and angle of the working head of the electric shaver, solves the problems that the angle of the working head on the traditional electric shaver floats and swings at a smaller angle, and simultaneously, because the motor technology is more original, noise and vibration can be generated during shaving, and the shaving experience that consumers can perfectly match the facial profile of the consumers cannot be provided, and simultaneously, the integration of small size, portability and strong performance is realized.
The invention adopts a plurality of axes (first shaft and second shaft) with different angles to form a plurality of free rotation moving spaces which can move freely at any time. The perfect replacement of traditional appliances requires the use of products relying on the freedom of human joints. The movable angle is larger than the movable angle of the human body joint, so that the user can obtain the best experience feeling to the maximum extent, the user can reach the hair trimming position better, and the user can capture the hair by a larger free movable angle. The invention can be applied to shavers, hair dryers, hair shavers, hair ball trimmers, beauty instruments, water replenishers, hair stylers, hair curlers, electric toothbrushes, manual hair shavers, hair removers, and the like.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only illustrative of the technical concepts and features of the present invention, and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the main technical scheme of the invention are covered in the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A care tool having a rotatable workhead assembly, characterized in that it comprises: the working head component comprises a working head, a working head net at least partially covering the working head and a power unit driving the working head to rotate, the working head component rotates in a first direction relative to the supporting piece, and the supporting piece rotates in a second direction relative to the machine body.
2. The care tool as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the power unit is located outside the body and its center line intersects the extension direction of the body at an angle of more than 45 degrees.
3. The nursing tool as defined in claim 1, wherein the working head assembly further comprises a working head net fixing ring for fixing one side of the working head net, a working head net support frame for being matched and fixed with the other side of the working head net, and a gear set for transmission and arranged between the working head and the power unit.
4. The tool of claim 1, wherein the tool is a razor, a hair dryer, a hair shaver, a hair bulb trimmer, a beauty instrument, a water replenisher, a hair styler, a hair straightener, an electric toothbrush, a manual hair shaver, or a depilator.
5. The nursing tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting member is disposed at a top end of the body and has an L-shape including a supporting arm and a supporting ring integrally connected to a bottom of the supporting arm, wherein the supporting ring is rotatable about a rotation axis with respect to the body.

The care tool as claimed in claim 5, wherein the support arm is provided with a support arm cavity, a support arm limit lug arranged in the support arm cavity, a stop portion arranged in the support arm cavity and rotating in a first direction, and a stop portion connector for fixedly connecting the stop portion with the workhead assembly; the upper end of the support ring is internally provided with a central cavity, an annular part positioned at the bottom of the central cavity and a machine body connecting piece which limits the annular part, is connected with the machine body and allows the annular part to relatively move; the lower end of the support ring is provided with a limit cavity, a support base part for isolating the free cavity from the limit cavity, a limit lug which is arranged on the support base part and protrudes downwards, a limit bulge adjacent to the limit lug and a limit central hole positioned at the center of the limit lug.
