Technical Field
The invention relates to a maintenance tool, in particular to a maintenance tool for valve body maintenance and a use method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of petroleum drilling and production.
Background
The petroleum drilling technology is to find an oil storage block through exploration, namely, a cylindrical hole with a certain diameter is drilled downwards or at one side at a preselected surface position by utilizing special equipment and technology, and the underground oil and gas layer is drilled, and the petroleum drilling is to excavate the surveyed petroleum land;
in the petroleum drilling and production process, a pipeline is required to be used for conveying petroleum, and when the pipeline is used, the pipeline is required to be correspondingly closed or communicated by using various valves according to the use requirement;
the valve body can be damaged even under long-time use, the valve body needs to be subjected to multi-aspect position adjustment when being maintained, and the existing equipment only can fix the valve body, so that the flexibility is low.
Accordingly, there is a need for an improvement in the maintenance equipment of the valve body to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a maintenance tool for valve body maintenance and a use method thereof, which are convenient for valve body maintenance, have higher flexibility and can be correspondingly adjusted according to requirements.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the main technical scheme adopted by the invention comprises the following steps:
the maintenance tool for valve body maintenance comprises a supporting bottom plate, wherein a tool cabinet is arranged on one side of the upper end face of the supporting bottom plate, and a lifting box body is arranged on the other side of the upper end face of the supporting bottom plate;
an electric telescopic rod is arranged at the inner side of the lifting box body, the upper end of the electric telescopic rod is connected with a base, a second base is arranged on the upper end face of the base in a sliding mode, a fixed plate is arranged on one side of the upper end face of the second base, a sliding plate is arranged on the other side of the upper end face of the second base in a sliding mode, and valve body fixing mechanisms are arranged on the sliding plate and the inner side face of the fixed plate;
the fixed plate with the outside of sliding plate all is provided with the connecting plate, two be provided with the regulation pole between the connecting plate, one side of second base is provided with positioning mechanism.
Preferably, the tool cabinet comprises a cabinet body, wherein the front end face of the cabinet body is connected with a plurality of drawers, and the drawers are used for placing maintenance tools.
Preferably, the top of lift box articulates and is provided with the sealing door, the up end of sealing door is provided with the handle, electric telescopic handle is in the inside below evenly distributed of lift box has four, electric telescopic handle adopts multistage telescopic link structure.
Preferably, the upper end face of the base is transversely provided with a first sliding groove, the lower end face of the second base is provided with a first sliding block, the positioning mechanism comprises a plurality of positioning holes and positioning rods which are transversely arranged on the upper end face of the base, the outer side of the second base is provided with a second connecting plate, a first through hole is formed in the second connecting plate, and the first through hole is connected with one of the positioning holes in a penetrating mode through the positioning rods.

Preferably, the valve body fixing mechanism comprises an elastic telescopic body, an elastic clamping plate and a fixing clamping mechanism, wherein the elastic clamping plate and the fixing clamping mechanism are respectively arranged on the lower end face and the upper end face of the elastic telescopic body, the fixing clamping mechanism comprises a supporting plate, a clamping plate and a second threaded rod, a third sliding groove is vertically formed in the inner side face of the supporting plate, the clamping plate slides in the third sliding groove through a third sliding block, a third threaded hole is formed in the upper portion of the third sliding groove, a second bearing is arranged on the upper end face of the third sliding block, and the second bearing and the third threaded hole are connected through the second threaded rod in a penetrating mode.
Preferably, the elastic telescopic body comprises a supporting column, a connecting rod and a connecting column, wherein a groove is formed in one side, close to the connecting column, of the supporting column, a compression spring is connected in the groove, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the connecting column, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the compression spring, and the connecting rod slides in the groove.
Preferably, the elastic clamping plate comprises a second supporting plate and a second clamping plate, the second supporting plate is far away from one end face of the elastic telescopic body, a sliding groove is formed in the second supporting plate, the second clamping plate is transversely arranged below the second supporting plate, an inserting plate is arranged on one side, close to the second supporting plate, of the upper end face of the second clamping plate, the inserting plate slides in the sliding groove, the inserting plate is connected with the innermost end of the sliding groove through an extension spring, and rubber anti-slip pads are arranged on the upper end face of the second supporting plate and the lower end face of the clamping plate.
Preferably, the lower end face of the supporting bottom plate is connected with a plurality of movable rollers, one side of the tool cabinet is connected with a push-pull handle, and the surface of the push-pull handle is provided with anti-slip grains.
The application method of the maintenance tool for valve body maintenance comprises the following steps:
s1: when the tool is used, the hinged sealing door is firstly opened, and then the electric telescopic rod is opened, so that the electric telescopic rod lifts the base and other parts above the base to the upper part of the lifting box body;
s2: placing a valve body to be maintained on the surface of a second base, connecting a valve body fixing mechanism on a fixing plate at one side of the valve body, inserting an elastic telescopic body into a pipeline of the valve body during connection, enabling the bottom of a pipeline part of the valve body to be in contact with the upper end surface of a second clamping plate, and then rotating a second threaded rod to enable the second threaded rod to rotate in a second bearing and a third threaded hole, so that the clamping plate is driven to slide downwards on the side surface of a supporting plate, and finally enabling the clamping plate to be in contact with and attached to the upper surface of the pipeline part of the valve body;
s3: after one side of the valve body is fixed, the distance between the fixed plate and the sliding plate is adjusted according to the whole width of the valve body, when the valve body is adjusted, the first threaded rod is rotated in the sleeve through rotating the first threaded rod, so that the length of the adjusting rod is adjusted, the sliding plate is adjusted to a required position, when the sliding plate is adjusted to the required position, the elastic telescopic body on the inner side of the sliding plate is inserted into the pipeline on the other side of the valve body, then the other side of the valve body is fixed in the same mode in S2, and after the valve body is completely fixed, the valve body is maintained by taking tools inside the drawer.
The invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
1. through the base that utilizes the slip setting and the second base that slides the setting, make the frock have higher flexibility when carrying out fixed to the valve body, make the frock have better good valve body fixed effect through the setting that utilizes valve body fixed establishment, simultaneously can carry out corresponding regulation fixedly according to the bore of valve body, make the frock can adapt to the valve body of different length when carrying out the fixing to the valve body through the setting of utilizing the regulation pole, thereby make the frock have higher practicality, make the second base have the location effect after adjusting through utilizing positioning mechanism setting, can not appear rocking when the valve body carries out the position, utilize the setting of removal gyro wheel and push-pull handle to make the frock have the removal effect, remove according to the user demand, utilize the setting of lift box and electric telescopic handle to make the frock shrink to the lift box inside when not using, make the structure not expose outside, the aesthetic property of frock has been improved.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, so that the implementation process of how the technical means are applied to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects of the present application can be fully understood and implemented accordingly.
As shown in fig. 1-6, the maintenance tool for valve body maintenance provided in this embodiment includes a support base plate 1, a tool cabinet 2 is disposed on one side of an upper end surface of the support base plate 1, the tool cabinet 2 includes a cabinet body 201, a plurality of drawers 202 are connected to a front end surface of the cabinet body 201, and the drawers 202 are used for placing maintenance tools;
the other side of the upper end surface of the supporting bottom plate 1 is provided with a lifting box body 3; the electric telescopic rods 4 are arranged above the lifting box body 3, the sealing door 301 is hinged above the lifting box body 3, the handles 302 are arranged on the upper end face of the sealing door 301, four electric telescopic rods 4 are uniformly distributed below the inner part of the lifting box body 3, the electric telescopic rods 4 are of multi-section telescopic rod structures, the sealing door 301 is used for sealing the lifting box body 3, the structure inside the lifting box body 3 is shielded, the attractive appearance of the tool is improved, the sealing door 301 is conveniently opened by the arrangement of the handles 302, the base 5 has higher stability when lifting is carried out due to the arrangement of the four electric telescopic rods 4, and the electric telescopic rods 4 do not occupy a large space after being contracted due to the arrangement of the multi-section telescopic rod structures;

the valve body fixing mechanism 9 comprises an elastic telescopic body 901, an elastic clamping plate 902 and a fixed clamping mechanism 903, the elastic clamping plate 902 and the fixed clamping mechanism 903 are respectively arranged on the lower end face and the upper end face of the elastic telescopic body 901, the fixed clamping mechanism 903 comprises a supporting plate 19, a clamping plate 20 and a second threaded rod 21, a third sliding groove 22 is vertically arranged on the inner side face of the supporting plate 19, the clamping plate 20 slides in the third sliding groove 22 through a third sliding block 23, a third threaded hole 24 is formed above the third sliding groove 22, a second bearing 25 is arranged on the upper end face of the third sliding block 23, the second bearing 25 is connected with the third threaded hole 24 in a penetrating manner through the second threaded rod 21, when the valve body is connected, the elastic telescopic body 901 is inserted into a pipeline of the valve body, then the bottom of the pipeline part of the valve body is contacted with the upper end face of the second supporting plate 31, the second threaded rod 21 is rotated, the second threaded rod 21 is driven by the second sliding block 25 in the third sliding block 23, and the threaded rod 20 is driven by the second sliding block 25 in the third sliding block 22, and finally the threaded rod 20 is contacted with the threaded rod 20 in the lower side face of the pipeline part; the elastic telescopic body 901 comprises a supporting column 26, a connecting rod 27 and a connecting column 28, a groove 29 is formed in one side, close to the connecting column 28, of the supporting column 26, a compression spring 30 is connected in the groove 29, one end of the connecting rod 27 is connected with the connecting column 28, the other end of the connecting rod 27 is connected with the compression spring 30, the compression spring 30 enables the connecting rod 27 and the connecting column 28 to have an elastic effect, the connecting rod 27 slides in the groove 29, when the elastic telescopic body 901 is arranged in a valve body pipeline, if the distance between two sides of the valve body is smaller, the elastic telescopic body 901 can shrink when the elastic telescopic body 901 is inserted, when the distance between two sides of the valve body is larger, the elastic telescopic body 901 can keep a normal state when the elastic telescopic body 901 is inserted, and therefore good supportability can be always kept when the elastic telescopic body 901 faces different valve bodies; the elastic clamping plate 902 comprises a second supporting plate 31 and a second clamping plate 32, a sliding groove 33 is formed in one end surface of the second supporting plate 31 far away from the elastic telescopic body 902, the second clamping plate 32 is transversely arranged below the second supporting plate 31, a plugboard 34 is arranged on one side, close to the second supporting plate 31, of the upper end surface of the second clamping plate 32, the plugboard 34 slides in the sliding groove 33, the plugboard 34 is connected with the innermost end of the sliding groove 33 through an extension spring 35, rubber anti-slip pads 38 are arranged on the upper end surface of the second supporting plate 31 and the lower end surface of the clamping plate 20, when the elastic telescopic body 901 is inserted into a pipeline of a valve body, the lower surface of the pipeline part of the valve body is contacted with the upper surface of the second clamping plate 32, and the second clamping plate 32 has an elastic effect due to the arrangement of the tension spring 35, so that the valve body pipelines with different diameters can be kept good fixed clamping effects all the time;
the fixed plate 7 and the outer side of the sliding plate 8 are both provided with connecting plates 10, an adjusting rod 11 is arranged between the two connecting plates 10, the upper end face of the second base 6 is transversely provided with a second sliding groove 16, the lower part of the sliding plate 8 is provided with a second sliding block 17, the sliding plate 8 slides in the second sliding groove 16 through the second sliding block 17, the adjusting rod 11 comprises a sleeve 1101 and a first threaded rod 1102, the inner side face of one connecting plate 10 is provided with a bearing 18, one end of the sleeve 1101 is connected with the connecting plate 10, the other end of the sleeve 1101 is screwed and connected with the first threaded rod 1102, one end of the first threaded rod 1102, far away from the sleeve 1101, is connected with the bearing 18 in a clamping manner, and the first threaded rod 1102 rotates in the sleeve 1101 by rotating the first threaded rod 1102, so that the length of the adjusting rod 11 is adjusted, and the sliding plate 8 can be driven to slide and adjust;
one side of the second base 6 is provided with a positioning mechanism 12, the positioning mechanism 12 comprises a plurality of positioning holes 1201 and positioning rods 1202 which are transversely arranged on the upper end face of the base 5, a second connecting plate 14 is arranged on the outer side of the second base 6, a first through hole 15 is formed in the second connecting plate 14, the first through hole 15 is connected with one of the positioning holes 1201 in a penetrating mode through the positioning rods 1202, the second base 6 can be correspondingly adjusted according to the use requirement, after the adjustment is completed, the positioning mechanism 12 can be used for fixing, when the second base 6 needs to be adjusted, the positioning rods 1202 are taken down from the first through hole 15 and one of the positioning holes 1201, sliding adjustment is carried out, and after the adjustment is completed, the positioning rods 1202 are inserted into the first through hole 15 and one of the positioning holes 1201.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the lower end surface of the supporting base plate 1 is connected with a plurality of moving rollers 36, the moving rollers 36 enable the tool to have a moving effect, one side of the tool cabinet 2 is connected with a push-pull handle 37, anti-slip lines are arranged on the surface of the push-pull handle 37, the push-pull handle 37 is convenient for pushing the tool to move, the device is convenient for moving, and the anti-slip lines improve the anti-slip effect of the push-pull handle 37.
The application method of the maintenance tool for valve body maintenance comprises the following steps:
s1: when the tool is used, firstly, the hinged sealing door 301 is opened, and then the electric telescopic rod 4 is opened, so that the electric telescopic rod 4 lifts the base 5 and other parts above the base 5 to the upper part of the lifting box body 3;
s2: placing the valve body to be maintained on the surface of the second base 6, connecting the valve body fixing mechanism 9 on the valve body side fixing plate 7, inserting the elastic telescopic body 901 into a pipeline of the valve body during connection, enabling the bottom of the pipeline part of the valve body to be in contact with the upper end surface of the second clamping plate 32, rotating the second threaded rod 21, enabling the second threaded rod 21 to rotate in the second bearing 25 and the third threaded hole 24, driving the clamping plate 20 to slide downwards on the side surface of the supporting plate 19, and finally enabling the clamping plate 20 to be in contact with and attached to the upper surface of the pipeline part of the valve body;
s3: after one side of the valve body is fixed, the distance between the fixing plate 7 and the sliding plate 8 is adjusted according to the whole width of the valve body, when the valve body is adjusted, the first threaded rod 1102 is rotated in the sleeve 1101 by rotating the first threaded rod 1102, so that the length of the adjusting rod 11 is adjusted, the sliding plate 8 is adjusted to a required position, when the sliding plate 8 is adjusted to the required position, the elastic telescopic body 901 positioned on the inner side of the sliding plate 8 is inserted into the pipeline on the other side of the valve body, then the other side of the valve body is fixed in the same mode as in S2, and after the valve body is completely fixed, the valve body is maintained by taking tools inside the drawer 202.
