4. The system for identifying electric energy metering devices based on the laser etching machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the hand-held terminal is further configured to send a control instruction to the laser etching machine to etch the two-dimensional code.
5. The system for identifying the electric energy metering appliance based on the laser etching machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the laser etching machine is further used for sending a control instruction and etching a two-dimensional code.
6. A method for marking an electric energy metering appliance based on a laser etching machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the measuring instrument management center stores the related information of the measuring instrument;
the laser etching machine directly or indirectly obtains the related information of the measuring instrument from the management center of the measuring instrument and etches the two-dimensional code on the measuring instrument according to the related information of the measuring instrument.

The method for identifying the electric energy metering appliance based on the laser etching machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step of indirectly acquiring the relevant information of the metering appliance from the management center of the metering appliance by the laser etching machine comprises the following steps:
the handheld terminal acquires the related information of the measuring instrument from the measuring instrument management center in a wireless mode and transmits the related information to the laser etching machine in a Bluetooth mode;
and the laser etching machine etches the two-dimensional code on the measuring instrument according to the related information of the measuring instrument.

The method for identifying the electric energy metering appliance based on the laser etching machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step of indirectly acquiring the relevant information of the metering appliance from the management center of the metering appliance by the laser etching machine comprises the following steps:
the U disk is imported from the measuring instrument management center, stores the related information of the measuring instrument and imports the related information of the measuring instrument into the laser etching machine;
and the laser etching machine etches the two-dimensional code on the measuring instrument according to the related information of the measuring instrument.

The method for identifying electric energy metering devices based on the laser etching machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the handheld terminal obtains the relevant information of the metering devices from the management center of the metering devices in a wireless manner, and transmits the relevant information to the laser etching machine in a bluetooth manner, and further comprising:
and the handheld terminal sends a control instruction to the laser etching machine, and the laser etching machine etches the two-dimensional code on the measuring instrument according to the related information of the measuring instrument after receiving the control instruction.
10. The method for identifying the electric energy metering appliance based on the laser etching machine as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein before etching the two-dimensional code, the method further comprises:
and the laser etching machine sends a control instruction and etches the two-dimensional code.
