Abstract
The invention provides a TIG welding gun capable of swinging a gun head. The wire feeding device comprises a swingable gun head, an air guide bolt, a base, a wire feeding adjusting support and a gun body, wherein the gun head is connected with the base through the air guide bolt, the gun head can rotate 0-180 degrees around the base, the base is connected with the gun body, the wire feeding adjusting support is fixed on the gun body, and the wire feeding adjusting support is used for feeding wires at any position after the gun head rotates. The gun head is connected with the base through the air guide bolt and can rotate from 0-180 degrees, so that the free conversion of the welding gun from a transverse welding position to a horizontal welding position is realized; the base and the gun body are fixed through a screw and a pull rod, and the fixing, supporting and insulating effects are achieved; the wire feeding adjusting support is fixed on the gun body, and the proper wire feeding position of the gun head at any position can be realized through the stretching and the rotation of the movable rotating shafts.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of welding of pressure vessels in nuclear power and petrochemical industries, in particular to a TIG welding gun with a swingable gun head.
Background
At present, a large number of connecting pipes and flanges are contained in a nuclear and petrochemical pressure container product, and the connecting pipes and the flanges of the container are generally welded by vertical welding equipment at an inner wall transverse welding position (2G) and an end face flat welding position (1G). Because the surfacing welding of the inner wall transverse welding position and the end face flat welding position needs to replace two different conventional welding guns for welding, the welding efficiency is low due to frequent replacement of the welding guns, the service life of the welding guns is shortened, and the like. Meanwhile, the conventional welding guns have single structure and small application range; and is not suitable for welding places with complex working conditions and limited spatial positions.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned technical problem, a TIG welding gun capable of swinging a gun head is provided. The technical means adopted by the invention are as follows:
the TIG welding gun with the swinging gun head comprises the swinging gun head, an air guide bolt, a base, a wire feeding adjusting support and a gun body, wherein the gun head is connected with the base through the air guide bolt, the gun head can rotate for 0-180 degrees around the base, the base is connected with the gun body, the wire feeding adjusting support is fixed on the gun body, and the wire feeding adjusting support is used for feeding wires at any position after the gun head rotates.
Furthermore, planes on two sides of the swinging gun head are assembled between two planes of the base, and a first threaded hole matched with one end of the air guide bolt in a threaded manner is formed in the middle of the planes on the two sides of the swinging gun head and used for rotating, locking and fixing the gun head; the lower end of the swinging gun head is provided with a second threaded hole for connecting the flow guide piece and the ceramic gas hood; and a third threaded hole for assembling a set screw is formed in the upper end of the swinging gun head, and the set screw is used for jacking the tungsten electrode clamp to hold the tungsten electrode tightly.
Furthermore, the air guide bolt comprises a head part and a screw rod part, a groove is arranged at the joint of the screw rod part and the head part, and a through hole is formed in the groove and is matched and connected with the rotating shaft hole of the base; the screw rod portion is provided with an inner hexagonal air vent communicated with the through hole in the groove, a protective gas passage is drilled in the base, and protective gas enters the air guide bolt through the base and then flows into the first threaded holes in the two sides of the gun head.
Furthermore, a cooling water passage is arranged in the base, and an input copper pipe and an output copper pipe of the cooling water passage are inserted into the gun body.
Furthermore, the wire feeding adjusting support comprises a fixing ring, a pillar fixing clamp, a connecting rod, a rotating holding clamp and a wire feeding pipe, the fixing ring is fixed on the gun body through a set screw, the pillar fixing clamp comprises a longitudinal pillar fixing clamp and a transverse pillar fixing clamp, the longitudinal pillar fixing clamp is inserted into a circular hole of the fixing ring, the fixing ring is connected to the longitudinal pillar fixing clamp in a rotatable and up-and-down moving mode, and the fixing ring and the longitudinal pillar fixing clamp are fastened through screws; the transverse strut fixing clamp is inserted into the longitudinal strut fixing clamp hole, the longitudinal strut fixing clamp is connected to the transverse strut fixing clamp in a rotatable and left-right moving manner, and the transverse strut fixing clamp and the longitudinal strut fixing clamp are fastened through screws; one end of the connecting rod is inserted into the transverse strut fixing clamp hole, the transverse strut fixing clamp is connected to the connecting rod in a rotatable and up-and-down moving manner, and the transverse strut fixing clamp and the connecting rod are fastened through screws; the rotary holding clamp is connected to the other end of the connecting rod, and the rotary holding clamp and the connecting rod are rotatably connected and fastened through a screw; the wire feeding pipe is inserted into the connecting hole at the other end of the rotating holding clamp, and the front-back distance of the rotating holding clamp can be adjusted.
Further, the rifle body includes both ends PEEK insulating seat, middle nonrust steel pipe and inside pull rod, and both ends PEEK insulating seat is inlayed with nonrust steel pipe and is used holding screw fixed connection, bores in the insulating seat in both ends and has the through-hole to be used for passing gas circuit and water route copper pipe on the base, and the internal pull rod one end of rifle passes both ends insulating seat and pedestal connection, and the other end adopts the nut to compress tightly for whole rifle body and the inseparable fixed connection of base.
The invention has the following advantages:
the gun head is connected with the base through an air guide bolt and can rotate from 0-180 degrees, so that the free conversion of the welding gun from a transverse welding position to a horizontal welding position is realized; the base and the gun body are fixed through a screw and a pull rod, and the fixing, supporting and insulating effects are achieved; the wire feeding adjusting support is fixed on the gun body, and the proper wire feeding position of the gun head at any position can be realized through the stretching and the rotation of the movable rotating shafts.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the invention discloses a TIG welding gun with a swingable gun head, which comprises a swingable gun head, an air guide bolt, a base, a wire feeding adjusting support and a gun body, wherein the gun head 1 is connected with the base 3 through the air guide bolt 2, and the gun head can rotate around the base by 0-180 degrees, so that the welding gun can be freely switched from a transverse welding position to a horizontal welding position; the base is connected with the gun body 5, and particularly, the base and the gun body are fixed through a screw and a pull rod to play a role in fixing, supporting and insulating; the wire feeding adjusting support 4 is fixed on the gun body and used for feeding wires at any position of the rotated gun head. In this embodiment, the telescopic and rotary movement of the plurality of movable rotating shafts can realize a suitable wire feeding position when the gun head is at any position.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the planes on the two sides of the swinging gun head are assembled between the two planes of the base, and the middle of the planes on the two sides of the swinging gun head is provided with a first threaded hole matched with one end of the air guide bolt in a threaded manner for rotating, locking and fixing the gun head; the lower end of the swinging gun head is provided with a second threaded hole for connecting the flow guide piece and the ceramic gas hood, the second threaded hole is made of British system, and the flow guide piece and the ceramic gas hood are standard pieces; and a third threaded hole for assembling a set screw is formed in the upper end of the swinging gun head, and the set screw is used for jacking the tungsten electrode clamp to hold the tungsten electrode tightly.
As shown in fig. 4, the air guide bolt comprises a head part and a screw rod part, and is similar to a hexagonal screw, an inner hexagonal air vent is processed in the middle of one end of a thread and is connected with the gun head, a groove is arranged at the joint of the screw rod part and the head part, and a through hole is drilled in the groove and is matched and connected with a rotating shaft hole of the base; specifically, the screw rod portion is provided with an inner hexagonal air vent, the small hole in the groove is communicated with the middle inner hexagonal hole and is in matched connection with the rotating shaft hole of the base, a protective gas passage is drilled in the base, protective gas enters the air guide bolt through the base, and then flows into the first threaded holes in the two sides of the gun head, so that a protective gas passage in the base reaches the interior of the gun head through the air guide bolt, and a welding pool is further protected by spraying from the standard flow guide piece.
The base is also internally provided with a cooling water passage, and an input copper pipe and an output copper pipe of the cooling water passage are inserted into the gun body. The other end of the base is brazed with a copper pipe for feeding protective gas and two copper pipes for feeding and discharging cooling water.
As shown in fig. 6, the wire feeding adjusting bracket comprises a fixing ring, a pillar fixing clamp, a connecting rod, a rotating holding clamp and a wire feeding pipe, the fixing ring 6 is fixed on the gun body 5 through a set screw, the pillar fixing clamp 7 comprises a longitudinal pillar fixing clamp and a transverse pillar fixing clamp, the longitudinal pillar fixing clamp is inserted into a circular hole of the fixing ring, the fixing ring is connected to the longitudinal pillar fixing clamp in a rotatable and up-and-down moving manner, and the fixing ring and the longitudinal pillar fixing clamp are fastened through a screw; the transverse strut fixing clamp is inserted into the longitudinal strut fixing clamp hole, the longitudinal strut fixing clamp is connected to the transverse strut fixing clamp in a rotatable and left-right moving manner, and the transverse strut fixing clamp and the longitudinal strut fixing clamp are fastened through screws; one end of the connecting rod 8 is inserted into the hole of the transverse strut fixing clamp, the transverse strut fixing clamp is connected to the connecting rod in a rotatable and up-and-down moving way, and the transverse strut fixing clamp and the connecting rod are fastened through screws; the rotary holding clamp 9 is connected to the other end of the connecting rod, and the rotary holding clamp and the connecting rod are rotatably connected and fastened through a screw; the wire feeding pipe 10 is inserted into a connecting hole at the other end of the rotary holding clamp, and the front-back distance of the rotary holding clamp can be adjusted. All the components are adjusted to proper positions to lock screws, so that the wire feeding adjusting support is ensured to feed the welding wire to the proper position of the gun head.
As shown in fig. 7, the gun body comprises two end PEEK insulating seats 11, a middle stainless steel pipe 12 and an inner pull rod 13, the two end PEEK insulating seats are embedded with the stainless steel pipe and fixedly connected with a set screw, through holes are drilled in the two end insulating seats to penetrate through a gas circuit and a water circuit copper pipe on the base, one end of the inner pull rod of the gun body penetrates through the two end insulating seats to be connected with the base, and the other end of the inner pull rod is compressed by a nut, so that the whole gun body is tightly and fixedly connected with the base.
