1. A downward pressing type convex rib liquid filling bulging device is characterized by comprising a base (11), a die (12) and a push head (13);
the base (11) is provided with a columnar clamping position (111) which is arranged along the vertical direction and is used for being sleeved with the annular workpiece (2), and the axial height of the columnar clamping position (111) is lower than that of the annular workpiece (2), so that the position to be machined of the annular workpiece (2) protrudes out of the top end of the columnar clamping position (111);
the die (12) is arranged around the periphery of the columnar clamping position (111) and used for abutting the annular workpiece (2) against the columnar clamping position (111), the die (12) comprises a limiting wall (1211) protruding out of the top end of the columnar clamping position (111) and used for abutting against the annular workpiece (2), and a groove (1212) matched with the annular workpiece (2) and in the shape of a convex rib (21) to be processed is formed in the limiting wall (1211);
the push head (13) is arranged above the columnar clamping position (111) and encloses a liquid filling cavity (100) together with the limiting wall (1211) and the columnar clamping position (111), the downward pressing type convex rib liquid filling and bulging device further comprises a liquid filling pipeline (112) used for conveying high-pressure liquid to the liquid filling cavity (100) so as to enable the annular workpiece (2) to face the groove (1212) to be filled and bulged to form a convex rib (21), and the push head (13) is used for abutting against the top end of the annular workpiece (2) and pressing the annular workpiece (2) downward in the liquid filling and bulging process of the annular workpiece (2);
the mould (12) comprises a plurality of mould sections (121) which are sequentially spliced along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical clamping position (111);
the die (12) further comprises a screw (122) and a driving component (123), one end of the screw (122) is rotatably connected with the die section (121) and is axially fixed relative to the die section (121), the other end of the screw (122) extends in the direction away from the cylindrical clamping position (111), the driving component (123) is arranged at one end of the screw (122) away from the die section (121) and is used for driving the screw (122) to rotate, a supporting block (113) is arranged on the base (11), a thread adjusting hole for the screw (122) to penetrate through is formed in the supporting block (113), and the screw (122) is in threaded connection with the thread adjusting hole;
the mould (12) further comprises a sliding block (124) connected with the mould section (121), a guide rail (114) extending along the direction far away from the cylindrical clamping position (111) is arranged on the base (11), and the sliding block (124) is slidably clamped on the guide rail (114);
the lower pressing type convex rib liquid filling bulging device further comprises a limiting seat (14), the limiting seat (14) is pressed on the die (12) and enables the die (12) to be limited and fixed relative to the base (11), the limiting seat (14) is provided with a guide hole (141) which is coaxial with the columnar clamping position (111), and the push head (13) penetrates through the guide hole (141);
the lower pressing type convex rib liquid filling bulging device further comprises a first limiting block (15) which is arranged on the bottom surface of the limiting seat (14) and is positioned at one end, far away from the cylindrical clamping position (111), of the die (12), the first limiting block (15) is provided with a limiting inclined plane (151) which is abutted to the die (12), and the upper end of the limiting inclined plane (151) inclines towards the direction close to the cylindrical clamping position (111);
the lower pressing type convex rib liquid filling bulging device further comprises a second limiting block (16) which is arranged on the bottom surface of the limiting seat (14) and is positioned at the top end of the die (12), the first limiting block (15) is abutted against the die (12) and drives the die (12) to abut against the annular workpiece (2), so that the second limiting block (16) is abutted against the top end of the die (12);
the downward pressing type convex rib liquid filling bulging device further comprises a third limiting block (17) which is arranged on the base (11) and is abutted to the push head (13) when the push head (13) is pressed downwards to a preset height.

The downward-pressing type convex rib liquid-filled bulging device according to claim 1, wherein the pushing head (13) comprises a sealing section (131) and a limiting section (132) which are coaxially arranged, the sealing section (131) is used for being tightly matched with one surface of the annular workpiece (2) far away from the die (12), the limiting section (132) is used for being tightly matched with the limiting wall (1211), the diameter of the limiting section (132) is larger than that of the sealing section (131), and a limiting step (133) used for abutting against the top end of the annular workpiece (2) is formed at the bottom end of the limiting section (132).

The downward pressing type convex rib liquid filling and expanding device according to claim 2, wherein the sealing section (131) is provided with a sealing groove (1311), and the downward pressing type convex rib liquid filling and expanding device further comprises a sealing ring (18) which is embedded in the sealing groove (1311) and used for abutting against the annular workpiece (2).
