The working principle is as follows: when in use, plain tablets are put into a coating cylinder 11, an upper discharge port 8 is blocked by a plug 4, a servo motor 7 is started, an output shaft of the servo motor 7 drives a rotating rod 16 to rotate, the rotating rod 16 drives a gear 9 and a first synchronous wheel 15 to rotate, the gear 9 drives a gear tooth 12 to rotate, the gear tooth 12 drives the coating cylinder 11 to rotate, the coating cylinder 11 drives a partition plate 27 to rotate, the partition plate 27 continuously pushes the plain tablets, the plain tablets are put into the next partition plate 27 through a transmission hole 28 to be continuously turned over, and the arrangement of a plurality of partition plates 27 ensures that the plain tablets cannot be thrown out, so that the integrity of the plain tablets is ensured, meanwhile, the plurality of plain tablets are respectively arranged on different partition plates 27, the uniformity of coating and wrapping of the plain tablets is improved, the first synchronous wheel 15 drives a synchronous belt 10 to rotate, the synchronous belt 10 drives a second synchronous wheel 25 to rotate, the second synchronous wheel 25 drives a stirring rod 24 to rotate, and the stirring rod 24 stirs the liquid medicine in a material box 17, the situation that the liquid medicine precipitates is avoided, the water pump 23 is started simultaneously, the liquid medicine in the material box 17 is conveyed to the liquid outlet pipe 19 by the water pump 23 through the liquid inlet pipe 18, the liquid medicine is conveyed to the plurality of connecting pipes 35 through the main pipe 36, and is finally atomized and sprayed out from the atomizing spray head 30 to be uniformly sprayed on plain tablets, so that the coating process is completed, after the coating is completed, the water pump 23 is closed, external equipment conveys hot air to the inner part of the outer cylinder 29 through the hot air pipe 22 and then is discharged through the first air outlet hole 31 to be used for drying the tablets, the servo motor 7 still rotates at the moment to ensure that the tablets can be uniformly dried, meanwhile, the temperature sensor 26 monitors the temperature in the coating cylinder 11 in real time, once the temperature is too high, the controller 37 controls the electric push rod 21 to be started, the piston rod of the electric push rod 21 drives the transverse moving plate 33, the transverse moving plate 33 drives the inner cylinder 32 to transversely move, so that the second air outlet hole 34 is not communicated with the first air outlet hole 31 any more, steam can not get into a coating section of thick bamboo 11 inside, and then guarantee that the temperature can not be too high, in case the temperature is low when crossing excessively, then can control heating wire 38 through controller 37 and start, heat the tablet on baffle 27, because heating wire 38 is very close apart from the tablet, and then can promote the temperature of tablet fast, guarantee that the tablet is in the stoving temperature of signaling all the time, the going on of the stoving process of being convenient for, after the stoving is accomplished, take off end cap 4, the tablet that pivoted coating section of thick bamboo 11 will be dried through centrifugal force passes through bin outlet 8 and discharges, the setting up of baffle 2 makes the tablet can not pop out easily, high durability and convenient use.
However, as is well known to those skilled in the art, the working principle and wiring method of the servo motor 7, the temperature sensor 26, the heating wire 38 and the controller 37 are common and are conventional means or common knowledge, and will not be described herein, and those skilled in the art can make any choice according to their needs or convenience.
