The sewage treatment equipment for the ctp plate production is characterized by comprising a cleaning box (1), wherein an adjustable scrap scraping assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning box (1), a plurality of cleaning rollers (2) are further arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning box (1), a waste discharge groove (3) below the scrap scraping assembly is further formed in the bottom of the inner wall of the cleaning box (1), a treatment box (4) is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning box (1), a clear water box (5) and a settling box (6) are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the treatment box (4) from left to right, the settling box (6) is positioned under the waste discharge groove (3), a water passing port (7) is formed between the clear water box (5) and the settling box (6), a water suction pump (8) is arranged at the upper end of the inner wall of the clear water box (5), and the water inlet end of the water suction pump (8) extends to the bottom of the inner wall of the clear water box (5), and the water outlet end of the water suction pump (8) penetrates through the clear water tank (5) and is communicated with a filtering mechanism (9), and the lower end of one side of the filtering mechanism (9) is communicated with a water return channel (10).

The sewage treatment equipment for the ctp plate production as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scrap scraping component comprises a threaded rod (11), an upper scraper (12), a lower scraper (13) and two threaded sliders (14), the two threaded sliders (14) are respectively fixed at one end of the back of the upper scraper (12) and the one end of the back of the lower scraper (13), a sliding groove (15) is formed in the back of the inner wall of the cleaning box (1), the two threaded sliders (14) are both slidably arranged in the sliding groove (15), the threaded rod (11) is rotatably arranged in the sliding groove (15), the threaded rod (11) sequentially penetrates through the two threaded sliders (14) and is in threaded connection with the threaded sliders (14), and the top end of the threaded rod (11) penetrates through the sliding groove (15) and extends to the upper side of the cleaning box (1).
3. The sewage treatment equipment for ctp plate production as claimed in claim 2, wherein the thread direction of the two ends of the surface of the threaded rod (11) is opposite.
4. The sewage treatment equipment for ctp plate production as claimed in claim 2, wherein one side of said upper scraper (12) and one side of said lower scraper (13) are both provided with protrusions, said protrusions are shaped as isosceles triangles.

The sewage treatment equipment for ctp plate production as claimed in claim 1, wherein said filtering mechanism (9) comprises a purifying cylinder (16) and three filter screen assemblies (17), said filter screen assemblies (17) are arranged inside the purifying cylinder (16), the mesh radii of said three filter screen assemblies (17) are sequentially reduced from top to bottom, the front surface of said purifying cylinder (16) is provided with a transmission mechanism, and said three filter screen assemblies (17) are in transmission connection through the transmission mechanism.

The ctp plate production sewage treatment device as claimed in claim 5, wherein mounting cavities (18) are opened at two sides of the inside of the purification cylinder (16), the filter screen assembly (17) comprises three filter screens (1701), gears (1702) are fixedly connected to two sides of each filter screen (1701), the gears (1702) are rotatably arranged in the mounting cavities (18), and two adjacent gears (1702) are meshed with each other.
7. The sewage treatment equipment for ctp plate production as claimed in claim 6, wherein the filter screen (1701) is provided with a sealing rubber strip (1703) around, and the connection between the filter screen (1701) and the purification cylinder (16) is in non-pressure contact.

The sewage treatment equipment for ctp plate production as claimed in claim 6, wherein said transmission mechanism comprises a servo motor (19) and two connecting shafts (20), the output shaft of said servo motor (19) and one end of the back of said two connecting shafts (20) respectively penetrate through the purification cylinder (16) and are fixedly connected with the gear (1702) at the corresponding position, and the surfaces of the output shaft of said servo motor (19) and one end of the front of said two connecting shafts (20) are respectively interference fitted with a synchronizing wheel (21), and said three synchronizing wheels (21) are connected by belt transmission.
9. The sewage treatment equipment for ctp plate production as claimed in claim 6, wherein between two adjacent filter screen assemblies (17) is filled with activated carbon adsorbent, and the bottom of the purification cylinder (16) is provided with a waste discharge port (22).

The sewage treatment equipment for ctp plate production as claimed in claim 1, wherein a blocking net (23) is inserted into the top of the water return channel (10), and the blocking net (23) penetrates through the water return channel (10) and extends to the inside of the water return channel (10).
