s3: the rotating motor (41) is started and drives the outer rotating seat (42) to rotate on the algae removing support plate (1) under the guiding action of the guiding component (5), the outer rotating seat (42) rotates to drive the inner scraping plate (43) to rotate along with the outer rotating seat, and algae growing on the inner wall of the sedimentation tank is scraped and cleaned through the inner scraping plate (43) tightly attached to the inner wall of the sedimentation tank;
s4: when the algae is scraped and cleaned, the suction fan (71) is started, the scraped algae is sucked into the induced flow algae collecting platform (73) through the algae sucking opening (431) through the suction pipe (72), and the algae falls onto the water filtering screen (8) in the algae collecting base (732) under the blocking filtering of the blocking screen (74) so as to be cleaned and collected.
