Abstract
The invention discloses a production process and application of a medical thread capable of being absorbed by human body, which comprises the following production steps of material selection, foreign protein removal, virus inactivation, collagen degreasing, casing extension and chitosan atomization: drying, solidifying, crushing, refining, spinning, polishing, gluing and drying; the medical thread produced by the invention has large elasticity, high tensile strength and small creep property, can be absorbed, and the property ensures that the suture thread does not need to be removed by additional operation after a preset time passes after the operation.

The medical thread (stitch) is a thread for suturing a wound or a damaged part of a human body by an operation or the like. (5) casing extension: cutting the casing into pieces, and then extending the pieces to a set length and width by using extension equipment;
(6) atomizing chitosan: adding excessive chitosan into acetic acid solution, fully stirring to prepare chitosan saturated solution, uniformly spraying the chitosan saturated solution on the surface of the sausage casing, standing, and repeating the spraying and standing operations for multiple times;
(7) drying and curing: sleeving the sausage casing atomized by chitosan on a drying mould, and drying for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 50-65 ℃; then heating to 70-80 ℃, and drying for 2-4 hours; after drying, adjusting the humidity to be within the range of 40-50%, and demoulding after the temperature of the sausage casing is reduced to room temperature to obtain a dried sausage casing;
(8) crushing: crushing the dried sausage casing into 200 meshes;
(9) refining: refining the crushed sausage casing into a gel, adding acetone and ammonia liquor, and mixing to prepare a spinning solution;
(10) spinning: filtering the spinning solution in the spinning solution by a filter, and spraying 120 silk threads by a spinning pump nozzle; the silk thread bundle is solidified in the solidification liquid and is conveyed to a first twisting device by a silk thread roller to carry out first twisting; the silk threads enter a first cross-linking groove through a godet roller for cross-linking reaction, then enter a first rinsing groove through the godet roller for water washing, and then enter a second twist device for twisting again after the water washing; the godet roller after the second twisting enters a drying box for drying, and then the silk thread is sent into a second cross-linking groove for cross-linking treatment by the godet roller and then enters a second rinsing groove for rinsing; and naturally drying;
(11) polishing and gluing: polishing the naturally dried yarns in the step 10; soaking the wire harness into the glue solution and uniformly extruding;
