The trunk fixation prevention device for neurosurgery according to claim 4, wherein the opening unit is provided as a first telescopic cylinder, the first telescopic cylinder is provided on one side of the first housing, and both ends of the first telescopic cylinder are respectively rotatably connected with the first housing and the second housing.

The trunk fixation guard for neurosurgical operation as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first side of the first housing is provided with a first support rod, the second side of the first housing is provided with a second support rod, the first side of the second housing is provided with a third support rod, the second side of the second housing is provided with a fourth support rod, the first support rod and the third support rod are combined to form a first rotation rod, the first rotation rod is provided with a first outer convex ring portion and a first wheel tooth portion, and the first wheel tooth portion is meshed with the transmission gear.
