The invention is explained by combining an example, the pressure characteristic parameters of the user during the sleep period are detected by the sleep detector, the posture of the user during the sleep period is analyzed and judged by combining the detection data of the intelligent mattress in a linkage manner, whether the current sleep posture of the user meets the body condition of the user is judged by combining the mode setting of the mobile phone APP, if not, the sleep detection report is automatically generated by the mobile phone APP, the user is warned by popping windows, and the reasonable sleep posture of the user is prompted. If the user is in an emergency state endangering the life of the user, the sleep detector can be linked with the intelligent mattress to intervene the sleep posture of the user. According to big data survey, the commonly used sleeping postures of people are: supine, prone, left lying and right lying. The invention detects the four common sleeping postures, analyzes the sleeping postures by comparing the characteristic data of the user and generates a sleeping detection report of the user. The specific implementation flow is shown in fig. 2:
1. The user binds the sleep detector through cell-phone APP, can select one or more special health conditions, such as common disease at cell-phone APP interface: emphysema, heart disease, stomach disease, gall bladder stone and the like or special people: infants, pregnant women. The user selection is successful, the user characteristic information sent by the APP is stored in the server, the server can conveniently and automatically compare the user characteristic information subsequently according to the real-time data of the user, and send an emergency message prompt, and the specific implementation flow is shown in fig. 3.
2. When the user uses the sleep detector, the sleep detector automatically detects the sleep state of the user once in 2s (seconds), and if the user is in bed, the sleep detector detects the sleeping posture of the user and automatically records the sleeping posture duration of the user.
3. The sleep detector is linked to receive the intelligent mattress every 2 minutes to perform data interaction and comparative analysis, and the sleep state and the sleep data of the user are obtained. The sleep detector reports the sleep posture state (the sleep posture and the corresponding duration) of the user to the server, and the server compares the stored user characteristic parameters with the uploaded data of the sleep detector and judges whether the sleep posture of the user accords with a preset mode.
4. And if the sleeping posture of the user accords with the preset mode, sending a message to inform a sleep detector to continuously detect the sleeping posture state of the user during sleeping, and generating a sleep report once a day.
5. And if the sleeping posture of the user does not accord with the preset mode, comparing the user characteristic parameters of the server with the real-time data of the user to be inconsistent. And if the server judges that the sleeping posture is possibly dangerous to the life of the user or has a large influence in a short time and belongs to an emergency state, immediately controlling the mobile phone APP to pop up an emergency message and sending the emergency message to the sleep detector for emergency operation. The sleep detector is linked with the intelligent mattress to slowly finely adjust the part of the mattress contacted by the user, so that the current sleep state of the user is disturbed, and the user can not change the sleep posture consciously. For example, a patient with obesity or a person with a severe respiratory system disease pronates, chest expansion can be blocked, respiration is affected, workload of heart and lung is increased, patients with severe heart disease, hypertension and cerebral thrombosis pronate, breathing discomfort and insufficient depth can be caused, so that cardio-cerebral ischemia and hypoxia can intervene on sleep of a user immediately, and the sleep detector is directly linked with the intelligent mattress to slowly and slightly lift or trigger a sensor on the upper side of the intelligent mattress to intervene on sleep of the user. Meanwhile, the sleep detector is also used for continuously detecting the sleeping posture of the user and comprehensively analyzing the sleeping data of the user so as to achieve the purpose of enabling the user to adjust the sleeping posture in a mode of directly waking up the user without noise as much as possible. For example, the pregnant woman adopts the left lateral position in the gestational period, particularly the late gestational period, which is the best sleeping posture of the pregnant woman. For some special people, sometimes the right side lying down is a "dangerous" sleeping position. In the case, the sleep detector can also perform right-side fine adjustment intervention on the sleeping posture of the user according to the arrangement of the active linkage intelligent mattress, so that the user can automatically turn over to lean to the left to sleep for a more comfortable sleeping posture in sleep as much as possible.
6. And if the server judges that the sleeping posture does not endanger the life of the user or has small influence in a short time, performing continuous state detection on the user uploading the data. The server sends a user state continuous detection message to the sleep detector, and when the sleep detector detects that the user continuously keeps the same sleep posture for more than 3 hours, the sleep detector sends a warning message to the mobile phone APP, and the mobile phone APP pops up an emergency message popup window to prompt the user. And a sleep detection report is generated once a day, and a sleep posture adjustment suggestion is proposed, so that the user can know the self sleep posture and can self-correct the self sleep posture according to the knowledge. For example, a person with a poor spine leans on a certain lateral decubitus position for a long time, the spine gradually bends, a light person wakes up to cause stiffness and discomfort of the waist and the back, the person needs to get up to move to recover to normal, and the person with the poor spine possibly causes the original disease deterioration. The mobile phone APP bound with the sleep detector can automatically generate a sleep report, and advises a user to adopt a sleep posture which is most beneficial to spinal health, wherein the sleep posture is mainly supine, assisted by lateral lying, and alternating left and right, and left and right knee joints are slightly bent and opposite when the user lies on the side.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a sleeping posture correcting and controlling apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, including:
the determining module 402 is configured to determine, according to the physical health data of the user, a first sleeping posture, a second sleeping posture and a third sleeping posture which are matched with the physical health data of the user, where the first sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which the user is allowed to use, the second sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which the user is allowed to use but the duration of the user using the second sleeping posture is forbidden to exceed the first duration, and the third sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which the user is forbidden to use;
an obtaining module 404, configured to obtain a target sleeping posture of the user and a target duration of the target sleeping posture under a condition that the user is determined to be in a sleeping state;
and the interference module 406 is configured to interfere with the current sleep state of the user when the target sleeping posture is the second sleeping posture and the target duration of the user in the second sleeping posture exceeds the first duration, or when the target sleeping posture is the third sleeping posture.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the physical health data includes a patient history of the user, the first sleeping posture, the second sleeping posture, and the third sleeping posture are sleeping postures of the user, which may be supine, prone, left, and right. The first sleeping posture and the second sleeping posture with the sleeping time length less than the first time length are suitable sleeping postures which accord with the physical conditions of the user and can be used by the user, the third sleeping posture and the second sleeping posture with the sleeping time length more than the first time length are dangerous sleeping postures which do not accord with the physical conditions of the user, and the user is forbidden to use. The first time period is the maximum time period for the user to sleep at the second sleep potential, and the possibility of endangering the body health exists when the first time period is exceeded, and can be 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours.
Optionally, in this embodiment, a first sleeping posture which is allowed to be used is determined according to the physical health data of the user, a second sleeping posture which is allowed to be used but the use time of which does not exceed the first duration is determined, a third sleeping posture which is forbidden to be used is detected, the target sleeping posture which is used by the user is obtained when the user is detected to be in a sleeping state, and if the target sleeping posture is detected to be the first sleeping posture which is allowed to be used, the sleeping posture of the user is continuously monitored. If the target sleeping posture is detected to be a second sleeping posture which is allowed to be used and the using time of which does not exceed the first time length, the sleeping posture of the user is continuously detected, and when the user continuously uses the second sleeping posture and the using time of which exceeds the first time length, the user is interfered, so that the user can change the sleeping posture. And if the target sleeping posture is detected to be the third sleeping posture forbidden to be used, immediately interfering the user so as to enable the user to convert the sleeping posture and prevent the dangerous sleeping posture from harming the physical health of the user.
Optionally, in this embodiment, in the above method, when the target sleeping posture is determined to be the sleeping posture prohibited from being used or the sleeping posture allowed to be used but exceeds the first duration, the user is interfered, so that the purpose of correcting the wrong sleeping posture by the user through the interference is achieved, and the technical problem that the wrong sleeping posture affects the body health is solved.
As an optional example, the apparatus further includes:
the generation module is used for generating a sleep report of the user, wherein the sleep report is used for prompting the influence of each sleeping posture on the body of the user;
and the sending module is used for sending the sleep report to the display equipment.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the display device may be a mobile device such as a mobile phone or a computer, and when the target sleeping posture of the user is detected, a sleep report matching the target sleeping posture is generated, so as to prompt the user that the target sleeping posture affects the body health, and the sleep report is displayed on the display device for the user to view.
As an alternative example, the determining module comprises:
an acquisition unit for acquiring a disease type in the physical health data;
a first determination unit for determining a sleeping posture, for which the disease type is allowed to be used, as a first sleeping posture;
a second determination unit for determining a sleeping posture in which the disease type is allowed to be used but the use duration is prohibited to exceed the first duration as a second sleeping posture;
and the third determining unit is used for determining the sleeping posture with the disease type forbidden to be used as a third sleeping posture.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the disease type is a disease existing in the body of the user or an abnormality of the body, which may be a heart disease, a stomach disease, pregnancy, or the like, if the disease type in the obtained body health data of the user is pregnancy, the right lying sleeping posture which is allowed to be used is determined as a first sleeping posture, the back lying sleeping posture which is allowed to be used but is forbidden to be used for a time period exceeding the first time period is determined as a second sleeping posture, and the left lying sleeping posture which is forbidden to be used is determined as a third sleeping posture.
As an alternative example, the obtaining means includes:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the target sleeping posture detected by the intelligent mattress;
and the second receiving unit is used for receiving the target duration detected by the sleep detector.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the target sleeping posture of the user is detected by the smart mattress, and the target duration of the target sleeping posture used by the user is detected by the sleep detector.
As an optional example, the apparatus further includes:
the recording module is used for continuously recording the target time length under the condition that the target sleeping posture is the second sleeping posture and the target time length is less than the first time length;
and the second interference module is used for interfering the current sleep state of the user when the target duration is longer than the first duration.
Optionally, in this embodiment, if it is detected that the target sleeping posture of the user is the second sleeping posture, and the maximum sleeping time of the user in the second sleeping posture is 3 hours, when it is detected that the target sleeping time of the user in the second sleeping posture is 2 hours, and the target sleeping time is shorter than the first time, the target sleeping time is continuously recorded, and when the target sleeping time is from 2 hours to 3 hours, and the target sleeping time reaches the first time, and is immediately longer than the first time, there is a possibility of endangering the physical health of the user, and the user is immediately disturbed to switch the sleeping posture, so that the user is prevented from endangering the physical health of the user when sleeping in the second sleeping posture for a long time.
As an alternative example, the first interference module comprises:
the control unit is used for controlling the display equipment to pop up the emergency message and send out a prompt tone;
and the interference unit is used for controlling the intelligent mattress to adjust the contact part of the intelligent mattress contacted by the user so as to interfere the current sleep state of the user.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the urgent message is used to prompt the user that there is a possibility of endangering the physical health of the user in the target sleeping posture at this time. The control display device pops up possible emergency messages for prompting the user that the target sleeping posture endangers the body health and sends out prompt tones, and simultaneously controls the intelligent mattress to adjust the contact part of the intelligent mattress contacted by the user to interfere the user, so that the user can change the sleeping posture, and the dangerous sleeping posture is prevented from endangering the body health of the user.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an alternative electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, including a processor 502, a communication interface 504, a memory 506, and a communication bus 508, where the processor 502, the communication interface 504, and the memory 506 are communicated with each other via the communication bus 508, and where,

and under the condition that the target sleeping posture is the second sleeping posture and the target time length of the user in the second sleeping posture exceeds the first time length or the target sleeping posture is the third sleeping posture, the current sleeping state of the user is disturbed.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the communication bus may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 5, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus. The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic equipment and other equipment.
The memory may include RAM, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory. Alternatively, the memory may be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.
As an example, the memory 506 may include, but is not limited to, the determining module 402, the obtaining module 404, and the interference module 406 of the sleep posture correcting and controlling apparatus. Alternatively, in this embodiment, a person skilled in the art may understand that all or part of the steps in the methods of the foregoing embodiments may be implemented by a program instructing hardware associated with the terminal device, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: flash disks, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

Claims (10)

1. A sleeping posture correcting and controlling method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a first sleeping posture, a second sleeping posture and a third sleeping posture which are matched with the physical health data of the user according to the physical health data of the user, wherein the first sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which is allowed to be used by the user, the second sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which is allowed to be used by the user but is forbidden to be used by the user for more than a first time length, and the third sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which is forbidden to be used by the user;
Under the condition that the user is determined to be in the sleeping state, acquiring the target sleeping posture of the user and the target duration of the target sleeping posture;
and under the condition that the target sleeping posture is the second sleeping posture and the target time length of the user in the second sleeping posture exceeds the first time length or the target sleeping posture is the third sleeping posture, the current sleeping state of the user is interfered.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating a sleep report of the user, wherein the sleep report is used for prompting the influence of each sleeping posture on the body of the user;
and sending the sleep report to a display device.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a first, second, and third sleep posture that match the physical health data of the user from the physical health data of the user comprises:
acquiring a disease type in the physical health data;
determining a sleep posture for which the disease type is allowed to be used as the first sleep posture;
determining a sleeping posture in which the disease type is allowed to be used but the use duration is prohibited from exceeding a first duration as the second sleeping posture;
Determining the sleeping posture with the disease type prohibited from being used as the third sleeping posture.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the target sleeping posture of the user and the target duration of the target sleeping posture in the case that the user is determined to be in the sleeping state comprises:
receiving the target sleeping posture detected by the intelligent mattress;
and receiving the target duration detected by the sleep detector.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the target sleeping posture is the second sleeping posture and the target time length is less than the first time length, continuing to record the target time length;
and when the target duration is longer than the first duration, disturbing the current sleep state of the user.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said interfering with the user's current sleep state comprises:
controlling the display device to pop up an emergency message and send out a prompt tone;
and controlling a smart mattress to adjust the contact part of the smart mattress contacted by the user to interfere with the current sleep state of the user.
7. A sleeping posture correcting and controlling device is characterized by comprising:
The determining module is used for determining a first sleeping posture, a second sleeping posture and a third sleeping posture which are matched with the physical health data of the user according to the physical health data of the user, wherein the first sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which is allowed to be used by the user, the second sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which is allowed to be used by the user but is forbidden to be used by the user for more than a first time length, and the third sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which is forbidden to be used by the user;

and the interference module is used for interfering the current sleep state of the user under the condition that the target sleeping posture is the second sleeping posture and the target time length of the user in the second sleeping posture exceeds the first time length or the target sleeping posture is the third sleeping posture.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the generation module is used for generating a sleep report of the user, wherein the sleep report is used for prompting the influence of each sleeping posture on the body of the user;
And the sending module is used for sending the sleep report to display equipment.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
