The residual running time and the water level difference value of the running program correspond to a second target water adding amount of the water storage device for adding water to the steam generator, and the more the residual running time is, the larger the water level difference value is, the more the second target water adding amount is; the smaller the remaining operation time and the smaller the water level difference, the smaller the second target water addition amount.

After the first water level information is detected to be smaller than a first preset water level threshold, the detection device obtains current water level information in the steam generator within preset time. If the current water level information is greater than the first water level information and greater than a first preset water level threshold, it is indicated that water is supplemented in the steam generator, and at the moment, the heating state of the steam generator is kept until the operation of the operation program is finished.

It can be understood that when water needs to be added into the steam generator, the water storage device can complete water adding into the steam generator within a period of time, but the current water level information of the steam generator detected within the preset time is smaller than or equal to the first water level information, which indicates that water is not added into the steam generator, but the residual running time of the running program cannot be supported by continuous consumption of the original water amount or the water adding amount is ended, at this time, it indicates that sufficient water amount is not added into the steam generator in the storage device, therefore, a user needs to be prompted to add water into the water storage device, so that sufficient water amount is added into the steam generator in the water storage device, and the phenomenon of dry burning is avoided.
The adopted prompting modes can comprise sound prompting, display prompting, lamp tube prompting and the like, if alarm sound is given, the water adding prompting is displayed on a display panel of the integrated cooker, the red light is flickered to prompt water adding and the like, and prompting information can be sent to electronic equipment connected with remote communication of the integrated cooker so as to prompt a user to supplement water into the water storage device.

The water level control method comprises the steps that a water storage device is controlled to add water into a steam generator when the water quantity in the steam generator is changed from first water level information to current water level information, if the water storage device also needs to add water, and in the process that a user adds water into the water storage device, the water quantity in the steam generator is continuously reduced under the action of a heating function, the consumption speed of the water quantity is larger than the water adding speed from the water storage device, the current water level information can be continuously reduced, a program closing mechanism can be set, and when the current water level information is smaller than the second preset threshold, a running program is suspended to cut off the heating state of the steam generator and reduce the occurrence of a dry burning phenomenon.
In addition, after the running program in the steam box runs, a user can perform heat preservation operation to a certain extent according to the dining time, and specifically, after the running program in the steam box runs, the steam box enters a heat preservation working state; acquiring the current temperature of the steam generator through a temperature sensor, and controlling the steam generator to reduce the current temperature to a preset heat preservation temperature; acquiring the heat preservation time of the steam generator at a preset heat preservation temperature, and obtaining a third target water adding amount according to the heat preservation time, wherein the heat preservation time is positively correlated with the third target water adding amount; and controlling the water storage device to add water with a third target water adding amount into the steam generator.
After the steam box enters a heat preservation working state, the steam generator is still in a heating state so as to ensure that the internal temperature of the steam generator can support the heat preservation effect. It should be noted that, during the running of the program in the steam box, in order to avoid the inconvenience of excessive cleaning of the water left in the steam generator after the program is finished, the water in the steam generator is not enough to support the continuous consumption of the steam generator in the heat preservation working state, and therefore, the water needs to be added into the steam generator continuously by the water storage device. The current temperature of the water tank can be obtained, if the current temperature is reduced to the preset heat preservation temperature set by the user, such as 60 degrees, 70 degrees and the like, the heat preservation time set at the preset heat preservation temperature by the user can be obtained, and the third target water adding amount is obtained according to the heat preservation time. Wherein, the longer the heat preservation duration is, the more the third target water adding amount is; the shorter the heat-retaining period is, the smaller the third target water addition amount is.

It should be noted that, after the operation program is suspended, the steam generator does not continue to be heated, so that the temperature of the steam generator will continuously decrease, if the operation program is to be controlled again, the temperature of the steam generator needs to be heated from the decreased temperature to the heating temperature, and then the heating is continued, and the amount of water in the steam generator is also continuously consumed from the decreased temperature to the heating temperature, that is, the compensation time of the temperature change, that is, the suspension time length, needs to be calculated during the suspension process of the operation program. Specifically, the temperature difference between the current temperature and the heating temperature is calculated, and the pause time length from the pause operation to the re-operation of the steam box is calculated according to the temperature difference, wherein the larger the temperature difference is, the more the temperature is reduced, and the longer the pause time length is. And taking the pause time length as compensation time, and obtaining a fourth target water adding amount according to the residual running time and the compensation time of the running program.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment, in the operation process of running the program in the steam box, the first water level information in the steam generator is obtained, if it is detected that the first water level information is smaller than the first preset water level threshold, the remaining running time of the running program in the steam box is obtained, the first target water adding amount is obtained according to the remaining running time, the water storage device is controlled to add water of the first target water adding amount into the steam generator, in the preset time, if it is detected that the current water level information is smaller than or equal to the first water level information, a user is prompted to add water into the water storage device, in the preset time, if it is detected that the current water level information is smaller than the second preset water level threshold, the running program in the steam box is controlled to suspend operation, and if the running program in the steam box is restarted to operate, the water storage device is controlled to add water of the fourth target water adding amount into the steam generator. Through setting up the different water level threshold of predetermineeing, can add water as whether the water level information in the steam generator who detects leads to dry combustion method owing to lack of water in the steam generator, reduced the harm that dry combustion method caused to water level information still can regard as the judgement condition whether to close the procedure, thereby when water storage device can't take place for the watered condition of steam generator, can further reduce the emergence of dry combustion method phenomenon through closing the procedure.
In order to better implement the above method, a water adding control device is further provided in the embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a block diagram of the structure of the water adding control device provided in the embodiment of the present application. The watering control apparatus 300 is applied to a home appliance, which may be an integrated range. The household appliance comprises a steam box and a water storage device, wherein the steam box comprises a steam generator, the steam generator can be used for generating steam to realize heating, and the water storage device is used for storing water used when the steam generator generates steam. The water adding control device 300 may include a detection module 301, an acquisition module 302, a processing module 303, and a water adding module 304, and specifically may be as follows:
the detection module 301 is used for acquiring first water level information in the steam generator in the running process of a running program in the steam box;
an obtaining module 302, configured to obtain remaining operation time of an operation program in the steam box if it is detected that the first water level information is smaller than a preset water level threshold;
the processing module 303 is configured to obtain a first target water addition amount according to the remaining operation time, where the remaining operation time is positively correlated with the first target water addition amount;
and a water adding module 304 for controlling the water storage device to add water with a first target water adding amount into the steam generator.
In some embodiments, the detection module 301 may be further configured to:
acquiring the weight of water in the steam generator;
first water level information is obtained according to the weight of water.
In some embodiments, the detection module 301 may be further configured to:
acquiring a target distance from the liquid level of water in the steam generator to the bottom of the steam generator;
and obtaining first water level information according to the target distance.
In some embodiments, the detection module 301 may be further configured to:
acquiring a water level signal of water in the steam generator;
and obtaining the first water level information according to the water level signal.
In some embodiments, the watering control apparatus 300 can also be configured to:
acquiring the running time of a running program in the steam box and a water level difference value between second water level information and preset water level information;
obtaining a second target water adding amount according to the residual running time and the water level difference value;
and controlling the water storage device to add water with a second target water adding amount into the steam generator.
In some embodiments, the watering control apparatus 300 may further include a prompt module, and the prompt module may be further configured to:

In some embodiments, the watering control apparatus 300 can also be configured to:
after the operation of the operation program in the steam box is finished, the steam box enters a heat preservation working state;
acquiring the current temperature of the steam generator through a temperature sensor, and controlling the steam generator to reduce the current temperature to a preset heat preservation temperature;
acquiring the heat preservation time of the steam generator at a preset heat preservation temperature, and obtaining a third target water adding amount according to the heat preservation time, wherein the heat preservation time is positively correlated with the third target water adding amount;
and controlling the water storage device to add water with a third target water adding amount into the steam generator.
In some embodiments, the watering control apparatus 300 can also be configured to:
if the running program in the steam box restarts running, acquiring the current temperature and the heating temperature of the steam generator through a temperature sensor, and calculating the difference value between the heating temperature and the current temperature to obtain a temperature difference value;
calculating the pause time length of the steam box according to the temperature difference, and taking the pause time length as compensation time;
acquiring the residual running time of the running program in the steam box, and obtaining a fourth target water adding amount according to the residual running time and the compensation time;
and controlling the water storage device to add water with a fourth target water adding amount into the steam generator.
Correspondingly, an embodiment of the present application further provides a household appliance, please refer to fig. 4, and fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the household appliance provided in the embodiment of the present application. The home appliance 400 is illustrated as a home appliance. The home appliance 400 may include a steam box 401, a detection device 402, and a water trap 403.
Wherein, steam ager 401 includes steam generator, and steam generator steam can set up in steam ager 401 bottom position for thereby produce steam and realize the heating, can be for can watered water tray etc..
The detecting means 402 may be arranged on an outer wall of the steam generator or inside the amount of water stored in the steam generator, etc., and the detecting means 402 may be used to detect water level information inside the steam generator.
The water storage 403 may be a device for storing water used when the steam generator generates steam, and may be a water tank or a water tank, etc.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of a household appliance provided in the embodiments of the present application, and the household appliance 400 further includes a processor 404 and a memory 405, where the processor 404 may be electrically connected to the steam box 401, the detection device 402, the water trap 403, and the memory 405, respectively.
The processor 404 is a control center of the home appliance 400, connects various parts of the entire home appliance using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the home appliance 400 by running or loading a computer program stored in the memory 405 and calling data stored in the memory 405, and processes the data, thereby monitoring the home appliance 400 as a whole.
The memory 405 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 404 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the computer programs and modules stored in the memory 405. The memory 405 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, a computer program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the electronic device, and the like.
Further, the memory 405 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 405 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 404 with access to the memory 405.
In this embodiment, the processor 404 in the household electrical appliance 400 loads instructions corresponding to one or more computer program processes into the memory 405 according to the following steps, and the processor 404 runs the computer program stored in the memory 405, so as to implement various functions, as follows:
acquiring first water level information in a steam generator through a detection device in the running process of a running program in a steam box;
if the first water level information in the steam generator is detected to be smaller than a preset water level threshold, acquiring the residual running time of the running program in the steam box;
obtaining a first target water adding amount according to the residual operation time, wherein the residual operation time is positively correlated with the first target water adding amount;
and controlling the water storage device to add water with a first target water adding amount into the steam generator.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium stores a computer program, and when the computer program runs on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the water adding control method in any one of the above embodiments.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
Wherein the storage medium may include: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
Since the instructions stored in the storage medium can execute the steps in any of the water adding control methods provided in the embodiments of the present application, the beneficial effects that can be achieved by any of the water adding control methods provided in the embodiments of the present application can be achieved, which are detailed in the foregoing embodiments and will not be described again here.
It should be noted that, for the water adding control method of the embodiment of the present application, it can be understood by a person skilled in the art that all or part of the process of implementing the water adding control method of the embodiment of the present application can be completed by controlling the relevant hardware through a computer program, where the computer program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as a memory of the household appliance, and executed by at least one processor in the household appliance, and the process of executing the computer program can include the process of the embodiment of the water adding control method.
In the water adding control device according to the embodiment of the present application, each functional module may be integrated into one processing chip, or each module may exist alone physically, or two or more modules may be integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.

Claims (13)
1. A water adding control method is applied to a household appliance and is characterized in that the household appliance comprises a steam box and a water storage device, the steam box comprises a steam generator, and the water adding control method comprises the following steps:
acquiring first water level information in the steam generator in the running process of a running program in the steam box;
if the first water level information is detected to be smaller than a preset water level threshold value, acquiring the residual running time of a running program in the steam box;
obtaining a first target water adding amount according to the residual operation time, wherein the residual operation time is positively correlated with the first target water adding amount;
and controlling the water storage device to add the first target adding amount of water into the steam generator.
2. The water adding control method according to claim 1, wherein after detecting that the first water level information is less than a preset water level threshold, the method further comprises:
acquiring the residual running time of a running program in the steam box and a water level difference value between the second water level information and the preset water level information;
obtaining a second target water adding amount according to the residual running time and the water level difference value;
and controlling the water storage device to add the water with the second target adding amount into the steam generator.
3. The water addition control method according to claim 1, wherein after said controlling the water trap to add the first target amount of added water into the steam generator, the method further comprises:
acquiring current water level information of the steam generator within a preset time;
and if the current water level information is less than or equal to the first water level information, prompting a user to add water into the water storage device.
4. The watering control method according to claim 3, wherein after the current water level information of the steam generator is acquired within the preset time, the method further comprises:
and if the current water level information is less than the first water level information, controlling an operation program in the steam box to suspend operation.
5. The water adding control method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring first water level information in the steam generator comprises:
acquiring the weight of water in the steam generator;
and obtaining the first water level information according to the weight of the water.
6. The water adding control method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring first water level information in the steam generator comprises:
acquiring a target distance from the liquid level of water in the steam generator to the bottom of the steam generator;
and obtaining the first water level information according to the target distance.
7. The water adding control method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring first water level information in the steam generator comprises:
acquiring a water level signal of water in the steam generator;
and obtaining the first water level information according to the water level signal.
8. The watering control method according to claim 1, wherein after acquiring the first water level information in the steam generator during the operation of the operation program in the steam box, the method further comprises:
if the first water level information is detected to be smaller than a first preset water level threshold, acquiring the residual running time of a running program in the steam box;
obtaining a first target water adding amount according to the residual operation time, wherein the residual operation time is positively correlated with the first target water adding amount;
controlling the water storage device to add the first target water adding amount of water into the steam generator;
in a preset time, if the current water level information of the steam generator is detected to be less than or equal to the first water level information, prompting a user to add water into the water storage device;
and if the current water level information is detected to be smaller than a second preset water level threshold, controlling an operation program in the steam box to suspend operation.
9. The water addition control method according to claim 1, further comprising:
after the operation of the operation program in the steam box is finished, the steam box enters a heat preservation working state;
acquiring the current temperature of the steam generator through the temperature sensor, and controlling the steam generator to reduce the current temperature to a preset heat preservation temperature;
acquiring the heat preservation time of the steam generator at the preset heat preservation temperature, and obtaining a third target water adding amount according to the heat preservation time, wherein the heat preservation time is positively correlated with the third target water adding amount;
and controlling the water storage device to add the water with the third target adding amount into the steam generator.
10. The water addition control method according to claim 4 or 8, characterized by further comprising:
if the running program in the steam box restarts running, acquiring the current temperature and the heating temperature of the steam generator through a temperature sensor, and calculating the difference value between the heating temperature and the current temperature to obtain a temperature difference value;
calculating the pause time length of the steam box according to the temperature difference, and taking the pause time length as compensation time;
acquiring the residual running time of the running program in the steam box, and acquiring a fourth target water adding amount according to the residual running time and the compensation time;
and controlling the water storage device to add the fourth target adding amount of water into the steam generator.

and controlling the water storage device to add the first target adding amount of water into the steam generator.
