the second connecting screw (60) is arranged in the second connecting hole (112) in a penetrating manner, and the connecting end of the second connecting screw is connected with the second fixing rod (4) so that the second fixing rod (4) is connected to the fence upright post (1);
the first fixing rod (2) and the second fixing rod (4) are positioned on the same height plane of the fence upright post (1).
