Claims (19)

1.一种产品管理系统,包括:
连续的第一轨道,所述第一轨道包括凸耳排队区段、凸耳接合区段和产品接合区段,每个区段构造为并适合于实现具体的凸耳移动步骤;
部分地跟随所述轨道的连续的链条,其构造为并适合于绕所述轨道的至少部分致动凸耳;
沿着所述轨道可移动地设置的凸耳的系列,所述凸耳构造为用于沿着所述轨道的所述产品接合区段移动产品;
设置在所述轨道的所述凸耳接合区段处的星形轮,所述星形轮构造为用于计量凸耳以接合来自所述轨道的所述排队区段的所述链条并且控制沿着传送链条在所述凸耳中的每个之间的可变间距;和
构造为将所述凸耳引导到排队站的磁源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,所述链条和轨道设置在面板内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的产品管理系统,其中,所述链条设置在所述面板内位于所述第一轨道下面的第二通道内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,所述第一轨道定向在水平平面中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,每个凸耳包括构造为并适合于接合所述产品的臂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,所述星形轮编程为独立于所述链条移动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的产品管理系统,其中,所述星形轮由控制器致动以控制沿着所述链条在所述凸耳中的每个之间的间距。
8.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,所述星形轮设置在竖直轴上并由所述竖直轴致动;其中,控制器编程为以对应于沿着所述第一轨道的所述产品接合区段在所述凸耳中的每个之间的期望间隔的速率使所述竖直轴旋转。
9.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,所述星形轮包括构造为与所述凸耳的基部互补的槽的系列。
10.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,所述链条包括竖直对准构件的系列,所述竖直对准构件构造为并适合于接合所述凸耳以便沿着所述第一轨道驱动所述凸耳。
11.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,每个凸耳包括设置在所述第一轨道内的圆柱形部分,所述圆柱形部分构造为并适合于沿着所述第一轨道保持所述凸耳的位置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的产品管理系统,其中,每个凸耳的所述圆柱形部分包括从所述圆柱形部分径向突出的凸缘。
13.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,所述链条包括竖直对准构件的系列;其中,每个竖直对准构件构造为并适合于接合从每个凸耳的基部突出的引导圆柱形构件以便沿着所述第一轨道驱动所述凸耳。
14.根据权利要求13所述的产品管理系统,其中,每个凸耳包括尾部圆柱形构件,所述尾部圆柱形构件构造为并适合于提高每个凸耳在所述第一轨道内的稳定性。
15.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其包括沿着所述第一轨道设置的脱离机构,所述脱离机构构造为使所述凸耳从所述链条脱离并且将所述凸耳引导到所述凸耳排队区段。
16.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,每个凸耳包括磁体反应材料。
17.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其中,所述磁源构造为并适合于将每个凸耳朝向靠近所述凸耳接合区段的凸耳排队区段端部偏置。
18.根据权利要求1所述的产品管理系统,其还包括构造为用于将产品给送到所述产品接合区段的输送机。
19.一种产品管理系统,包括:
面板,所述面板包括:
第一连续轨道,所述第一连续轨道包括凸耳排队区段、凸耳接合区段和产品接合区段,每个区段构造为并适合于实现具体的凸耳移动步骤;
第二连续轨道,所述第二连续轨道部分地跟随所述第一连续轨道、位于所述第一轨道下面;
设置在所述第二连续轨道内的连续的传送链条,所述连续的传送链条构造为并适合于绕所述轨道的至少部分致动凸耳;
沿着所述轨道可移动地设置的凸耳的系列,所述凸耳构造为实现产品沿着所述轨道的所述产品接合区段,其中每个凸耳包括基部、磁体、从所述基部突出并设置在所述第一连续轨道内的圆柱形构件、以及构造为并适合于接合所述产品的臂;
设置在所述第一轨道的所述凸耳接合区段处的星形轮,所述星形轮构造为用于计量凸耳以便接合来自所述轨道的所述排队区段的所述传送链条,其中所述星形轮独立于所述传送链条致动;和
构造为将所述凸耳引导到排队站的磁源。
