[ detailed description ] of the application
For a better understanding of the technical solution of the present application, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application refers to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that the described embodiments are merely some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used in this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
In a Voice over long term evolution (VoLTE) call service flow, after a User Equipment (UE) of a calling party initiates a call to a UE of a called party, a call request message INVITE is generated at a network side, and the call request message INVITE is transferred between network elements at the network side to reach the UE of the called party. At this time, the user equipment UE of the called party returns a call request response message 183, and the call request response message 183 is transferred between the network elements of the network side, and reaches the calling party user equipment UE. At this time, the calling and called parties can start the session.
It should be noted that, in the process that the call request message INVITE is transferred from the user equipment UE of the calling party to the user equipment UE of the called party, the call request message INVITE sequentially passes through the calling party network element device and the called party network element device; conversely, during the process of the call request response message 183 being transferred from the user equipment UE of the called party to the user equipment UE of the calling party, the call request response message passes through the network element device of the called party and the network element device of the calling party in sequence.
After the session is ended, the calling party bill and the called party bill are respectively generated, and the charging side can charge according to the information contained in the bill and the call service flow corresponding to the bill.
In the embodiment of the application, the involved users comprise a calling party and a called party.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of one embodiment of the VoLTE charging method of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the VoLTE charging method may include:
step 101, the network side adds the calling attribution information of the calling number in the calling request initiated by the calling party according to the calling number of the calling party.
First, after receiving a call request message INVITE of a calling party, a calling session border control network element (Session Border Control, SBC) at the network side adds a first header field to the call request message INVITE, and assigns the first field of the first header field to be null, for example, may be assigned to be None. And transfers the call request INVITE to which the first header field is added to an originating question/service session control function network element (I/S-CSCF).
The calling I/S-CSCF then triggers the service flow to the calling multimedia telephony service application server (MultiMediaTelephony Application Server, MMTEL AS) according to the initial filtering criteria (Initial Filter Criteria, IFC) subscribed to by the calling user. And forwarding the call request message INVITE to the calling MMTEL AS.
Finally, the calling MMTEL AS adds calling attribution information of the calling number in a first field according to the assignment of the first field in the calling request message INVITE.
In the calling MMTEL AS, an association relationship between the number information and the home location information is configured in advance. Specifically, when the user opens an account, the number information of the user and the attribution information corresponding to the number information can be uploaded to the calling MMTEL AS. According to the association relationship, the calling MMTEL AS can determine the corresponding attribution information according to the number information, wherein the attribution information comprises an attribution area name, an attribution area number and the like. Since in actual situations, the probability of the change of the attribution information is smaller for a certain number, the reliability of the above-mentioned association relationship in the calling MMTEL AS can be ensured.
In the specific implementation process, when the MMTEL AS judges that the assignment of the first field in the first header field is empty in the call request INVITE, determining the calling attribution corresponding to the calling number according to the association relation between the number information and the attribution information, and adding the calling attribution information into the first field. The calling attribution information may be an area code corresponding to the calling attribution.
When the called MMTEL AS judges that the assignment of the first field in the first header field is not null in the call request message INVITE, the processing is not performed.
Specifically, when the call request message INVITE is transferred to the called MMTEL AS, since the call request message INVITE has already passed through the calling MMTEL AS at this time, the first field of the first header field has already been assigned AS the home information of the calling party. At this point, the called MMTEL AS no longer processes the call request message INVITE.
Step 102, the network side adds the calling visiting place information of the calling number in the calling request according to the accessed position information of the calling party.
Firstly, a calling mobile management node network element (Mobility Management Entity, MME) determines the accessed position information of a calling party according to the cell information, such as a cell number, of a base station accessed by the calling party; and transmits the location information to a Serving/PDN GateWay (S/P-GW).
Then, the calling S/P-GW sends the obtained location information to a calling policy and charging rules function network element (Policy and Charging Rules Function, PCRF), which sends the location information to the calling SBC.
And finally, after receiving the call request message INVITE of the calling party, the calling SBC adds the position information serving as calling visit information of the calling number into a second field of a second header field of the call request message INVITE.
And step 103, adding the calling attribution information and the calling visiting place information into a first ticket corresponding to the call request.
In the embodiment of the present application, a feasible manner is that when a calling SBC at a network side adds calling visitor location information of a calling number in a call request message INVITE, the calling visitor location information is added to a first ticket corresponding to the call request message INVITE, that is, a calling party ticket. When the calling MMTEL AS of the network side adds the calling attribution information of the calling number in the calling request message INVITE, the attribution information is added to a first ticket corresponding to the calling request message INVITE, namely the calling party ticket.
Another possible way is that after the session flow is finished, the calling SBC adds the calling visiting place information of the calling number to the calling party ticket corresponding to the call request message INVITE; and the calling MMTEL AS adds the calling attribution information of the calling number to a calling party ticket corresponding to the calling request message INVITE.
104, sending the first ticket to a charging side; the charging side compares the caller attribution information in the first ticket with caller verification attribution information, and if the comparison is consistent, step 105 is executed. Otherwise, step 106 is performed.
It should be noted that, on the charging side, there is an association relationship between a number segment and a home location. The charging side extracts a specific number segment in the calling number, and determines the attribution information corresponding to the specific number segment through the association relation, so as to determine the attribution of the calling number. Since the association between the number segment and the attribution is not constant in actual situations, the attribution information determined by the charging side may have errors. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the attribution information determined by the charging side is used as verification attribution information.
After the charging side obtains the first ticket, extracting the calling attribution information, namely attribution information determined by the network side. And then comparing the attribution information determined by the network side with the verification attribution information determined by the charging side. When the comparison results agree, the charging-side attribution determination is confirmed to be correct, and at this time, step 105 is executed. When the comparison result is inconsistent, the attribution determination error of the charging side is proved, and at this time, step 106 is executed.
Step 105, judging whether the calling visiting place information and the calling attribution place information in the first ticket belong to the same district; if it belongs to the same jurisdiction, step 107 is performed. Otherwise, step 108 is performed.
The district range can be adjusted according to the actual situation. For example, the jurisdiction may be specific to the municipality; or, in particular, to provinces.
Step 106, updating the association relation between the charging side number segment and the attribution, and executing step 105.
When the attribution of the charging side determines errors, the configuration errors of the association relation between the number segment in the charging side and the attribution are described. At this time, the association relationship between the number segment and the home location in the charging side can be updated.
Step 107, charging the calling party according to the ordinary call mode.
And 108, charging the calling party according to the roaming call mode.
In the embodiment of the application, the network side adds calling attribution information of the calling number in a calling request initiated by the calling party according to the calling number of the calling party, and adds calling visiting place information of the calling number in the calling request according to the accessed position information of the calling party; and adding the calling attribution information and the calling visiting place information to a first ticket corresponding to the call request. And the side charging compares the calling attribution information in the first ticket with the calling verification attribution information, and if the comparison is consistent, the charging mode is determined according to the calling visiting place information and the calling attribution information in the first ticket. Thus, accurate charging of the VoLTE calling party can be realized.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another embodiment of the VoLTE charging method of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the VoLTE charging method according to the embodiment of the present application may further include:
step 201, the network side counts the calling party in the roaming call mode according to the calling home location information.
In the embodiment of the application, one possible implementation manner is as follows: in the execution process of the call service, the network side determines all calling parties in a roaming call mode in a certain visit place at the current time according to the calling attribution information and the calling visit place information in the calling request message INVITE of the calling party, and counts all the calling parties in the roaming call mode. The statistical data may include: the total number of roaming calls, the attribution of each roaming call, etc. Or determining that all calling parties in the roaming call mode are in a certain attribution of the current time, and counting all the calling parties in the roaming call mode. The statistical data may include: the total number of roaming calls, the visiting place of each roaming call, etc.
Another possible implementation is: and extracting the generated ticket in each time period according to the preset time step. And determining all calling parties in the roaming call mode in a certain visit place in the time period according to the calling attribution information and the calling visit place information contained in the call ticket, and counting all the calling parties in the roaming call mode. The statistical data may include: the total number of roaming calls, the time length of each roaming call, the total time length of each roaming call, the attribution of each roaming call and the like. Or determining that all calling parties in the roaming call mode are in a certain attribution of the time period, and counting all the calling parties in the roaming call mode. The statistical data may include: the total number of roaming calls, the time length of each roaming call, the total time length of each roaming call, the visit place of each roaming call and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, after the network side determines the calling attribution information and the calling visiting place information of the calling number, the information is added to the calling request message INVITE of the calling party, and meanwhile, the information is added to a ticket corresponding to the calling party. Based on this, the network side can accurately count the calling party in the roaming call mode according to the call request message INVITE or the ticket corresponding to the calling party.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of still another embodiment of the VoLTE charging method of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the VoLTE charging method may include:
in step 301, the network side adds called home location information of the called number in a call request response message 183 returned by the called party according to the called number of the called party.
When the call request message INVITE sent by the calling party UE is transferred to the called party UE, the called party UE returns a response message 183 to the call request message INVITE.
The specific method may refer to step 101 when the called home information of the called number is added to the call request response message 183.
Step 302, the network side adds the called visit place information of the called number in the call request response according to the accessed position information of the called party.
And step 303, adding the called attribution information and the called visiting place information to a second ticket corresponding to the call request response.
The second ticket is the called party ticket corresponding to the call request response message 183.
Step 304, the second ticket is sent to the charging side; the charging side compares the called attribution information in the second ticket with the called check attribution information, and if the comparison is consistent, step 305 is executed. Otherwise, step 306 is performed.
Step 305, judging whether the called visit place information and the called attribution place information in the second ticket belong to the same district; if it belongs to the same jurisdiction, step 307 is performed. Otherwise, step 308 is performed.
Step 306, updating the association relationship between the charging side number segment and the home location, and executing step 305.
Step 307, charging the called party according to the normal call mode.
Step 308, charging the called party according to the roaming call mode.
Step 309, the network side counts the called party in the roaming call mode according to the called home location information.
In the embodiment of the application, the network side adds the called attribution information of the called number in the call request response message 183 returned by the called party according to the called number of the called party; and adding called visiting place information of the called number in the call request response message 183 according to the location information accessed by the called party. And adding the called attribution information and the called visit information into a second ticket corresponding to the call request response. And the side charging compares the called attribution information in the second ticket with the called verification attribution information, and if the comparison is consistent, the charging mode is determined according to the called visit area information and the called attribution information in the second ticket. Accurate charging of the VoLTE called party is achieved, and accurate statistics of the called party in the roaming call mode is carried out.
