In this embodiment, the protrusion 22 may be disposed adjacent to the rotational connection portion of the cover 2 and the housing 11, the second hook 21 is disposed far away from the rotational connection portion of the cover 2 and the housing 11, when the earphone box is in the storage state, the protrusion 22 abuts against one side of the carrying block 3, which is opposite to the bottom wall of the containing slot 11a, so as to push the carrying block 3 to apply an elastic force to the bottom wall of the containing slot 11a, so that when the cover 2 is opened, the bottom wall of the containing slot 11a can apply a reverse elastic force to the word carrying block 3, and push the carrying block 3 to move toward the notch of the containing slot 11a, so that the earphone box can enter the use state, and a user can take out the earphone 5 from the carrying block 3.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a groove 3c is formed on a side of the carrying block 3 facing away from the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 11a, and in the accommodated state, the protrusion 22 is at least partially accommodated and limited in the groove 3 c.
In this embodiment, the bump 22 is limited by the groove 3c formed on the carrier block 3, so that when the earphone box is in the storage state and the use state, the bump 22 is always at least partially limited in the groove 3c, the tightness and reliability of the abutting fit between the bump 22 and the carrier block 3 are improved, when the cover body 2 is closed, the cover body 2 pushes the ballast block 3 through the bump 22, the carrier block 3 is pressed into the containing groove 11a, the storage of the carrier block 3 into the containing groove 11a and the reset of the carrier block 3 are realized, therefore, the storage and the reset of the carrier block 3 can be realized through one-step operation of closing the cover body 2, and the convenience in the storage of the earphone 5 on the carrier block 3 and the carrier block 3 is improved. In addition, the design of the groove 3c is also beneficial to saving the material cost of the carrying block 3.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 5, the earphone box further includes a second elastic member 4 disposed in the containing groove 11a, the second elastic member 4 is located between the carrying block 3 and the bottom wall of the containing groove 11a, and in the storage state, the second elastic member 4 is in a compressed state.
In this embodiment, the second elastic member 4 is used for elastically connecting the carrying block 3 and the bottom wall of the containing groove 11a, when the earphone box is in the storage state, the second elastic member 4 is in the compression state, the second elastic member 4 applies an elastic acting force to the carrying block 3, the carrying block 3 applies a corresponding squeezing force to the cover body 2, and the cover body 2 is fixed under the clamping fit of the first clamping hook 121 and the second clamping hook 21, and cannot be pushed by the carrying block 3. However, when the cover 2 is opened, the cover 2 no longer stops the carrier 3, the carrier 3 will rise under the action of the second elastic element 4 and partially protrude out of the opening of the accommodating groove 11a, and at this time, the earphone box enters a use state, and a user can conveniently take out the earphones 5 on the carrier 3 for use. The second elastic element 4 is arranged, so that when the key 12 is pressed and the first hook 121 and the second hook 21 are separated, the carrying block 3 can be automatically lifted under the action of the second elastic element 4, so that a user can take the earphone 5, and the convenience of taking the earphone 5 by the user is improved. The second elastic member 4 may be a spring or an elastic sleeve, and as shown in fig. 4, the number of the second elastic members 4 is not limited to one, and may also be two or more, the plurality of second elastic members 4 may be respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the carrier block 3, and the actual number of the second elastic members 4 may be set as required, which is not limited herein.
In addition, the invention also provides an earphone set, which comprises the earphone box and two earphones 5, wherein the carrying block 3 of the earphone box is provided with two limiting grooves 3 a; when the earphone is in a storage state, the two earphones 5 are respectively limited in the two limiting grooves 3a, and each earphone 5 partially protrudes out of the notch of one limiting groove 3 a.
In this embodiment, the carrier block 3 is provided with two limiting grooves 3a capable of accommodating and limiting the earphones 5, so as to accommodate and use a pair of earphones 5 (including two earphones 5 worn by the left and right ears of the user). When the earphone box got into user state, carrier block 3 drove two earphones 5 in two spacing grooves 3a and raised, made earphone 5 part appear in the notch outside of appearance groove 11a to supply the user to take two earphones 5, promote the user and take the convenience of earphone 5. The specific structure of the earphone box refers to the above embodiments, and the earphone suit adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, so that the earphone suit at least has all beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and further description is omitted here.
For better understanding of the present invention, the following description will be made of the specific operation process of the earphone box of the present invention:
firstly, as shown in fig. 2, a pair of earphones 5 (including two earphones 5 worn by the left and right ears of a user) are respectively placed in two limiting grooves 3a on a carrying block 3, a cover body 2 is covered to enable a first hook 121 and a second hook 21 to be clamped, the carrying block 3 is arranged under the cover body 2, the carrying block 3 pushes a second elastic piece 4 to be compressed, the earphones 5 descend along with the carrying block 3 and are contained in a containing groove 11a of an earphone box, and the earphones 5 and the earphone box enter the state shown in fig. 5;
next, as shown in fig. 6, the user presses the key 12 according to the dotted-line unidirectional arrow shown in the figure, so that the first hook 121 and the second hook 21 are separated according to the direction of the two-way dotted-line arrow shown in fig. 6, under the action of the torsion spring 6, the cover body 2 is turned over according to the direction of the two-way dotted-line arrow shown in fig. 7, the carrier block 3 is lifted under the elastic action of the second elastic member 4, the carrier block 3 drives the two earphones 5 to partially protrude out of the notch of the accommodating groove 11a, and the earphones 5 and the earphone box enter the state shown in fig. 7;
finally, as shown in fig. 8, the user can take out the earphone 5 by taking out the portion of the earphone 5 exposed outside the limiting groove 3a, so as to take out the earphone 5 conveniently. The user can close the cover body 2, so that the first clamping hook 121 and the second clamping hook 21 are clamped again to store the earphone box; after the earphone 5 is used, the user can take out the earphone box again, press the key 12 on the earphone box, open the cover body 2, place the earphone 5 into the limit groove 3a of the carrying block 3 to store the earphone 5.

Claims (10)
1. An earphone box, comprising:
the shell assembly is provided with a containing groove;
the cover body is movably arranged on the shell assembly; and
the carrying block is arranged in the containing groove and is elastically connected with the bottom wall of the containing groove; one end of the carrying block, which is far away from the bottom wall of the containing groove, is provided with a limiting groove capable of containing an earphone;
the earphone box is provided with a storage state and a use state;
when the carrying block is in the accommodating state, the cover body covers the notch of the accommodating groove, and the carrying block is accommodated in the accommodating groove;
when the portable electronic device is in the use state, at least part of the cover body is separated from the shell assembly, so that at least part of the notch of the accommodating groove is exposed, and one end, far away from the bottom wall of the accommodating groove, of the carrier block protrudes out of the notch of the accommodating groove.
2. The earphone box of claim 1, wherein one end of the cover is rotatably connected to the housing assembly, and the other end of the cover is detachably connected to the housing assembly, so that the cover covers the opening of the receiving groove or is at least partially detached from the housing assembly.
3. The headset case of claim 2, wherein the housing assembly comprises a housing and a key;
the shell is provided with the accommodating groove, the key is movably arranged in the shell in a penetrating way, the key is provided with a first clamping hook, and the first clamping hook is positioned in the accommodating groove and is arranged at an interval with the carrier block;
one end of the cover body is rotatably connected with the shell, the other end of the cover body is provided with a second clamping hook, and the first clamping hook and the second clamping hook are clamped and fixed in the accommodating state; when the device is in the use state, the first hook is separated from the second hook.
4. The earphone box of claim 3, wherein a convex portion is disposed on a sidewall of the container, and the convex portion and the sidewall enclose to form a mounting groove;
the shell is provided with a mounting hole communicated with the mounting groove, and the key is movably arranged in the mounting hole in a penetrating way and is partially accommodated in the mounting groove;
the first clamping hook is accommodated in the mounting groove, and the convex part is in sliding butt joint with the carrying block.
5. The earphone box of claim 4, wherein the housing assembly further comprises a first elastic member disposed in the mounting groove;
the first elastic piece is located between the groove wall of the installation groove facing the installation hole and the key.
6. The earphone box of claim 4, wherein a side of the carrier block facing the protrusion is provided with a guide slot, and the protrusion is received in the guide slot and slidably abuts against a slot wall of the guide slot.
7. The earphone box of claim 2, wherein a protrusion is disposed on a side of the cover facing the housing assembly, the protrusion is located at an end of the cover rotatably connected to the housing assembly, and in the storage state, the protrusion abuts against a side of the carrying block facing away from the bottom wall of the receiving slot.
8. The earphone box of claim 7, wherein a groove is disposed on a side of the carrier block facing away from the bottom wall of the receiving slot, and the protrusion is at least partially received and retained in the groove in the storage state.
9. The earphone box according to any of claims 1-8, further comprising a second elastic member disposed in the groove, the second elastic member being located between the carrier block and the bottom wall of the groove, and being in a compressed state in the stowed state.
10. A headset kit, characterized in that the headset kit comprises:
the earphone box according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the carrier block of the earphone box is provided with two limiting grooves; and
and the two earphones are respectively limited in the two limiting grooves in the storage state, and each earphone part protrudes out of the notch of one limiting groove.
