An intelligent attendance method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a readable storage medium according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
The embodiment of the first aspect of the invention provides an intelligent attendance checking method. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the intelligent attendance method includes steps S102 to S110 described below.
Step S102, monitoring terminal information of the first terminal based on the user being in the first preset area.
The first preset area can be an employee card-reading area range which is set by an enterprise independently, the first preset area can also be an area range which can be covered by an enterprise public Bluetooth or an enterprise public network, and the specific coverage range of the first preset area can be set according to actual conditions without specific limitation.
Further, the first terminal is an electronic device carried by the user or the enterprise employee, the location information of the first terminal should be able to represent the location information of the user or the enterprise employee, and the first terminal should be in an open state. Specifically, the first terminal can be an electronic device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop, an intelligent watch, an intelligent bracelet and the like having bluetooth, WIFI and positioning functions, and the specific form of the first terminal can be selected according to actual conditions without specific limitation.
Further, the terminal information should be terminal information capable of representing the attendance state of the user or the enterprise staff, that is, by judging the terminal, it can be judged whether the user or the enterprise staff is currently in the attendance state or the outwork state. Specifically, the terminal information may be a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the first terminal that can be regarded as attendance information and is connected to the WIFI, a Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the first terminal connected to the bluetooth, a MAC address of the first terminal connected to the bluetooth, and the like, and specific content of the terminal information may be set according to an actual situation, which is not limited specifically herein.
And step S104, generating card punching data based on the fact that the terminal information meets the first preset condition.
Specifically, the terminal information is an MAC address of the first terminal, which can be regarded as attendance information, connected to WIFI, a UUID of the first terminal connected to bluetooth, an MAC address of the first terminal connected to bluetooth, and the like. The terminal information is corresponding to the attendance rules set by the enterprise, the terminal information is identified and matched with the attendance rules set by the enterprise, and when the terminal information is identified to be matched with the attendance rules set by the enterprise, card punching data can be automatically generated, so that the non-sensitive card punching of a user or an enterprise employee is realized.
Illustratively, an enterprise requires an employee to punch a card by connecting with the public bluetooth of the enterprise, and when the employee carries a first terminal for starting a bluetooth function to enter an area range covered by the public bluetooth of the enterprise, a bluetooth module on the first terminal can automatically connect with the public bluetooth of the enterprise. The MAC address or UUID of the first terminal connected with the Bluetooth is compared with the MAC address or UUID of the preset enterprise public Bluetooth, the Bluetooth connected with the first terminal is judged to be the enterprise public Bluetooth, and therefore the current attendance state of the staff corresponding to the first terminal can be judged.
Further, when the terminal information is identified to be matched with the attendance checking rule set by the enterprise, a timestamp is generated and compared with a preset attendance checking time rule set by the enterprise, so that whether the card punching state of the user or the staff is normal or not is judged, and the card punching state (normal or late) is added into the card punching data.
Further, when it is monitored that the terminal information changes and is no longer matched with the attendance checking rule set by the enterprise, the terminal information of the first terminal is recorded so as to check the attendance checking condition of the user.
Step S106, monitoring the network communication state of the first terminal.
And S108, storing the card punching data to the first terminal in an off-line manner based on the network communication abnormity of the first terminal.
And step S110, automatically sending the card punching data to the second terminal based on the normal network communication of the first terminal.
In the intelligent attendance checking method provided by the invention, the network communication state of the first terminal is monitored. Specifically, when it is monitored that the network communication state of the first terminal is normal, that is, the first terminal can perform normal network data transmission, the generated card punching data is directly sent to the second terminal to complete card punching. And when the network communication state of the first terminal is monitored to be abnormal, namely the first terminal cannot perform normal network data transmission, temporarily storing the card punching data into the first terminal in an off-line mode, and automatically sending the card punching data to the second terminal to finish card punching when the network communication state of the first terminal is recovered to be normal.
The second terminal is a terminal device of the enterprise end corresponding to the first terminal, specifically, the second terminal may be an attendance device, an attendance platform, an attendance server, and the like of the enterprise, and a specific form of the second terminal may be selected according to an actual situation, which is not limited specifically herein. Through the transmission mode of the card punching data, normal card punching of a user or staff can be still guaranteed even in weak network or non-network card punching scenes, the situations of late arrival, absenteeism, absence and the like caused by problems such as communication faults or communication delay are avoided, the rights and interests of the user are guaranteed, and the maintenance of normal management of enterprises is facilitated.
Therefore, the intelligent attendance method provided by the invention has the advantages that the terminal information and the network state of the first terminal are monitored, the card punching data are automatically generated when the terminal information is matched with the attendance rules in the enterprise, the card punching data are stored to the first terminal in an off-line mode when the network communication state of the first terminal is abnormal, and the card punching data are sent to the second terminal to complete card punching when the network communication state of the first terminal is normal. Like this, punch the card through modes such as bluetooth or WIFI, provide multiple mode of punching the card, reached the purpose of noninductive punching the card.
Meanwhile, the problem that a user cannot punch a card normally due to abnormal communication in some special scenes such as signal shielding, poor network signals and the like is solved, a good network connection state is not required to be kept, and as long as the network connection can be recovered subsequently, the automatic uploading of the card punching data can be realized to finish the card punching. Therefore, the dependency of the user attendance on a real-time network is reduced, the user can still punch the card normally in an abnormal network state, the rights and interests of the user are guaranteed, the enterprise can be helped to carry out more reasonable attendance management, and the normal development of the enterprise is favorably maintained.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the terminal information includes: one or more of Bluetooth information and WIFI information.
The terminal information comprises one or more of Bluetooth information and WIFI information, the card is punched in the Bluetooth or WIFI mode, the purpose of non-inductive card punching can be achieved, meanwhile, multiple card punching modes can be provided for a user, and the applicable scenes of user card punching are increased.
The terminal information is terminal information capable of representing the attendance state of the user or the enterprise staff, namely, the terminal is judged to judge whether the user or the enterprise staff is currently in the attendance state or the outwork state.
Specifically, the terminal information may be a MAC address of the first terminal connected to WIFI, a UUID of the first terminal connected to bluetooth, a MAC address of the first terminal connected to bluetooth, and the like, which can be regarded as the attendance information, and specific contents of the terminal information may be set according to actual conditions, which is not limited specifically herein.
Furthermore, the terminal information should correspond to the attendance rules set by the enterprise, and the attendance state of the user can be judged by identifying the terminal information and matching the terminal information with the attendance rules set by the enterprise.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and in conjunction with fig. 1, the step S104 may specifically include the following step S104 a:
step S104a, generating card punching data based on the matching of the Bluetooth information and the preset Bluetooth information; and/or generating card punching data based on the WIFI information and preset WIFI information matching.
In some embodiments of the invention, the card punching can be performed by connecting Bluetooth. Specifically, when the Bluetooth information connected with the first terminal is matched with the preset Bluetooth information, the card punching user corresponding to the first terminal is judged to be in the attendance state, and card punching data are generated.
The bluetooth information may be a UUID of the first terminal connected to the bluetooth, and an MAC address of the first terminal connected to the bluetooth.
Illustratively, when a card is punched through a bluetooth connection mode, an employee carries a first terminal with a bluetooth function to enter an area range covered by enterprise public bluetooth, and a bluetooth module on the first terminal can be automatically connected with the enterprise public bluetooth. The MAC address or UUID of the first terminal connected with the Bluetooth is compared with the MAC address or UUID of the preset enterprise public Bluetooth, and the Bluetooth connected with the first terminal is judged to be the enterprise public Bluetooth, so that the current attendance state of the staff corresponding to the first terminal can be judged, and then the card punching data is automatically generated.
Further, when the Bluetooth information is identified to be matched with the preset Bluetooth information, a timestamp is generated and compared with a preset attendance time rule, so that whether the card punching state of the user is normal or not is judged, and the card punching state (normal or late) is added into the card punching data.
In some embodiments of the invention, the card can be punched in a mode of connecting WIFI. Specifically, when the WIFI information connected with the first terminal is matched with the preset WIFI information, the card punching user corresponding to the first terminal is judged to be in the attendance state, and card punching data are generated.
The WIFI information can be an MAC address of the first terminal connected with WIFI.
Illustratively, when a card is punched through a WIFI connection mode, an employee carries a first terminal with a WIFI function to enter an area range covered by enterprise public WIFI, and a WIFI module on the first terminal can be automatically connected with the enterprise public WIFI. The MAC address of the WIFI connected with the first terminal is compared with the MAC address of the preset enterprise public WIFI, and the WIFI connected with the first terminal is judged to be the enterprise public WIFI, so that the current attendance state of the staff corresponding to the first terminal can be judged, and then the card punching data is automatically generated.
Further, when the fact that the WIFI information is matched with the preset WIFI information is recognized, a timestamp is generated and is compared with a preset attendance time rule, so that whether the card punching state of the employee is normal or not is judged, and the card punching state (normal or late) is added into the card punching data.
Therefore, the intelligent attendance method provided by the invention provides multiple card punching modes, the purpose of non-inductive card punching can be achieved by punching the card in a Bluetooth or WIFI mode, and meanwhile, the multiple card punching modes increase the application scenes of user card punching.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the intelligent attendance method may further include the following steps S202 and S204:
step S202, position information of the first terminal is obtained.
The first terminal is an electronic device carried by a user or an enterprise employee, the position information of the first terminal can represent the current position information of the user or the enterprise employee, and the first terminal is in an open state.
Specifically, the first terminal may be an electronic device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a portable computer, a smart watch, and a smart band, which have a GPS (Global Positioning System) Positioning function. And extracting the current position information of the first terminal through a GPS module on the first terminal.
And step S204, generating card punching data based on the position information meeting a second preset condition.
Specifically, the position information corresponds to an attendance rule set by an enterprise, the position information is identified and matched with a preset attendance rule, and when the position information is identified to be matched with the preset attendance rule, the user is judged to be currently in an attendance state, and then card punching data is generated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the step S204 may specifically include the following step S204 a:
step S204a, generating the card punching data based on the position information being within the second preset area range.
Specifically, after the position information of the first terminal is acquired, the position information of the first terminal is matched with a card punching area in a preset attendance checking rule, and when the position information of the first terminal is identified to be matched with the preset card punching area, it is judged that the user is currently in an attendance checking state, and then card punching data are generated.
The second preset area is an employee card punching area which is set by the enterprise independently. Specifically, the second preset area may be an office area of an enterprise, the second preset area may also be a peripheral adjacent area of the enterprise, and a specific range of the second preset area may be set according to an actual situation, which is not limited specifically herein. Further, the area ranges of the second preset area and the first preset area may be the same or different, and are not particularly limited herein.
Further, when the position information of the first terminal is identified to be matched with a preset card punching area, a timestamp is generated and compared with a preset attendance time rule, so that whether the card punching state of the user is normal or not is judged, and the card punching state (normal or late) is added into the card punching data.
An embodiment of a second aspect of the invention provides an intelligent attendance checking device. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, an intelligent attendance device 500 is proposed, where the intelligent attendance device 500 includes:
a monitoring unit 502, configured to monitor terminal information of a first terminal based on that a user is located in a first preset area;
the processing unit 504 is configured to generate card punching data based on that the terminal information meets a first preset condition;
a monitoring unit 502, configured to monitor a network communication state of the first terminal;
the processing unit 504 is further configured to store the card punching data to the first terminal offline based on the network communication abnormality of the first terminal;
the processing unit 504 is further configured to automatically send the card punching data to the second terminal based on normal network communication of the first terminal.
The intelligent attendance device 500 provided by the invention comprises a monitoring unit 502, wherein when a user is in a first preset area, the monitoring unit 502 can start to monitor the terminal information of a first terminal. The first preset area can be an employee card-reading area range which is set by an enterprise independently, the first preset area can also be an area range which can be covered by an enterprise public Bluetooth or an enterprise public network, and the specific coverage range of the first preset area can be set according to actual conditions without specific limitation.
Further, the first terminal is an electronic device carried by the user or the enterprise employee, the location information of the first terminal should be able to represent the location information of the user or the enterprise employee, and the first terminal should be in an open state. Specifically, the first terminal can be an electronic device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop, an intelligent watch, an intelligent bracelet and the like having bluetooth, WIFI and positioning functions, and the specific form of the first terminal can be selected according to actual conditions without specific limitation.

The intelligent attendance device 500 further comprises a processing unit 504, wherein when the terminal information meets a first preset condition, the processing unit 504 generates card punching data. Specifically, the terminal information is an MAC address of the first terminal, which can be regarded as attendance information, connected to WIFI, a UUID of the first terminal connected to bluetooth, an MAC address of the first terminal connected to bluetooth, and the like. The terminal information is corresponding to the attendance rules set by the enterprise, the terminal information is identified through the processing unit 504 and is matched with the attendance rules set by the enterprise, and when the terminal information is identified to be matched with the attendance rules set by the enterprise, card punching data can be automatically generated, so that the non-sensitive card punching of a user or an enterprise employee is realized.
For example, an enterprise requires an employee to punch a card by connecting to the public bluetooth of the enterprise, and when the employee carries a first terminal for starting a bluetooth function to enter an area range covered by the public bluetooth of the enterprise, a bluetooth module on the first terminal can automatically connect to the public bluetooth of the enterprise. The MAC address or UUID of the first terminal connected with the Bluetooth is compared with the MAC address or UUID of the preset enterprise public Bluetooth, the Bluetooth connected with the first terminal is judged to be the enterprise public Bluetooth, and therefore the current attendance state of the staff corresponding to the first terminal can be judged.
Further, when the processing unit 504 recognizes that the terminal information matches the attendance rule set by the enterprise, a timestamp is generated and compared with a preset attendance time rule set by the enterprise, so as to determine whether the card punching state of the user or the employee is normal, and add the card punching state (normal or late) to the card punching data.
Further, when the monitoring unit 502 monitors that the terminal information changes, that is, the terminal information is no longer matched with the attendance rule set by the enterprise, the processing unit 504 records the terminal information of the first terminal, so as to check the attendance condition of the user.
In the intelligent attendance device 500 provided by the invention, the monitoring unit 502 can monitor the network communication state of the first terminal. When the monitoring unit 502 monitors that the network communication state of the first terminal is normal, that is, the first terminal can perform normal network data transmission, the processing unit 504 directly sends the generated card punching data to the second terminal to complete card punching. When the monitoring unit 502 monitors that the network communication state of the first terminal is abnormal, that is, the first terminal cannot perform normal network data transmission, the processing unit 504 temporarily stores the card punching data offline into the first terminal, and automatically sends the card punching data to the second terminal to complete card punching when the network communication state of the first terminal is recovered to be normal.
The second terminal is a terminal device of the enterprise end corresponding to the first terminal, specifically, the second terminal may be an attendance device, an attendance platform, an attendance server, and the like of the enterprise, and a specific form of the second terminal may be selected according to an actual situation, which is not limited specifically herein.

Therefore, the intelligent attendance device 500 provided by the invention monitors the terminal information and the network state of the first terminal through the monitoring unit 502, automatically generates the card punching data through the processing unit 504 when the terminal information is matched with the attendance rules in the enterprise, stores the card punching data to the first terminal in an off-line manner when the network communication state of the first terminal is abnormal, and transmits the card punching data to the second terminal to complete card punching when the network communication state of the first terminal is normal. Like this, punch the card through modes such as bluetooth or WIFI, provide multiple mode of punching the card, reached the purpose of noninductive punching the card.
Meanwhile, the intelligent attendance device 500 provided by the invention solves the problem that a user cannot punch a card normally due to abnormal communication in some special scenes such as signal shielding, poor network signals and the like, does not need to keep a good network connection state, and can realize automatic uploading of card punching data to finish card punching as long as network connection can be recovered subsequently. Therefore, the dependency of the user attendance on a real-time network is reduced, the user can still punch the card normally in an abnormal network state, the rights and interests of the user are guaranteed, the enterprise can be helped to carry out more reasonable attendance management, and the normal development of the enterprise is favorably maintained.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent attendance method is suitable for a first terminal, and comprises the following steps:
monitoring terminal information of a first terminal based on the fact that a user is located in a first preset area;
generating card punching data based on the fact that the terminal information meets a first preset condition;
