In some embodiments, the memory 104 stores at least one application 194, which application 194 may include an application 194-1 that determines cell classification rules. The cell classification rule of the slide reader customized by the user can be obtained by combining the input of the user based on the application 194-1 for determining the cell classification rule, and the cells can be pre-classified based on the pre-classification rule originally carried by the slide reader when leaving a factory. The original classification obtained by pre-classification can be further classified by combining with the cell classification rule of a user-defined film reader. Furthermore, the cells can be pre-classified by combining with the cell classification rule of a user-defined slide reader.
Referring to fig. 2, when a conventional slide reader performs slide analysis, a sample is photographed by a microscope to obtain a sample picture, and then the sample picture is subjected to image recognition to recognize corresponding cell classifications. In the automatic identification process, due to factors such as inappropriate setting of a judgment threshold of sample morphological characteristics (cell size, cell nucleus morphology and the like), sample preparation (slide pushing) process, inspection department habits and the like, the cell classification result automatically identified by the slide reader is often not the classification result finally desired by the user and needs to be manually adjusted for secondary classification. Referring to fig. 3, in the conventional classification adjustment manner, the cell classification can only be directly converted to a certain fixed classification type based on the selection items given by the system (the selection items preset when the reader leaves the factory), for example, the cell classification is changed from late granulocyte to nodular neutrophil, but the selection items given by the system may still not be the final classification result desired by the user, i.e., the selection items given by the system do not have the classification items required by the user, for example, the classification automatically identified by the reader is late granulocyte, the user needs to change the type of the cell classification to be neutral paging granulocyte, but the selection items given by fig. 2 do not have the classification option, so that the classification is missed, and the individual requirements of the cell classification cannot be met.
As shown in fig. 4, the cell classification rule determination method of the reader in one embodiment includes the following steps S401 to S404.
Step S401: and generating a setting interface of the cell classification rule.
The setting interface of the cell classification rule refers to an interface for a user to set a self-defined cell classification rule. The set interface for generating the cell classification rule may be triggered, where possible.
In one embodiment, when the slide reader pre-classifies cells, the user finds that the obtained pre-classification result is not the cell classification desired by the user, and triggers the pre-classification result when the pre-classification result needs to be re-classified. It is understood that the pre-classification result obtained herein refers to the cell class to which the cell to be classified belongs. The pre-sorting display interface of the film reader for pre-sorting to obtain the pre-sorting result can be provided with a relevant trigger control. After the pre-classification result is obtained, the user may find that the obtained pre-classification result is not the cell classification desired by the user, but when the cell classification rule is selected from the system, the cell classification rule existing in the system is triggered when the cell classification rule available by the user does not exist. The rule display interface for the user to select the rule can be provided with a related trigger control.
In one embodiment, the trigger control may have only one, and may be disposed anywhere on the pre-sort display interface, for example, disposed somewhere around the displayed pre-sort results, such as below the displayed pre-sort results in the display screen. For example, the trigger control can be arranged on the pre-classification display interface at a position corresponding to the obtained pre-classification result. At this time, when there are a plurality of pre-classification results obtained by the slide reader through pre-classification, the number of the trigger controls may be the same as the number of the cell types of the obtained pre-classification results, and one trigger control corresponds to one cell type of the pre-classification result.
The user can click the trigger control by touching or clicking with a mouse, and a setting interface of the cell classification rule is generated after the operation of clicking the trigger control is detected. The setting interface of the cell classification rule can be an interface different from the pre-classification display interface and can be displayed in a floating mode on the upper layer of the pre-classification display interface.
In one embodiment, the trigger may be made whenever the user needs to set a cell classification rule. For example, in conjunction with historical slide reader pre-sorting results, users find that a certain sorting result is always inaccurate, and thus there is a need to reclassify cells from the pre-sorting. Or after a certain time of pre-classification result, the obtained pre-classification result is found to be inaccurate, but the cell classification rule is set to reclassify the cells after a certain time interval. At this time, the user can enter the setting interface for generating the cell classification rule through the related interface of the sorting system of the reader. For example, in a main interface or a sub-interface of the main interface of the slide reader slide reading system, a control or an option of "custom cell classification rule" exists, and a user can trigger the slide reader to generate and display a setting interface of the cell classification rule by clicking the control or the option of "custom cell classification rule". It is understood that the text displayed by the control or the option may be other than "customized cell classification rule", as long as the user can understand that the cell classification rule can be customized through the control or the option.
Step S402: receiving a setting instruction of the cell classification rule.
And receiving a setting instruction of the cell classification rule, wherein the setting instruction is used for instructing the setting of the customized cell classification rule to start. The setting instruction of the cell classification rule may be received on a setting interface of the cell classification rule, or may be received before the setting interface of the cell classification rule is generated.
Under the condition that a cell classification rule is established when the slide reader carries out pre-classification on cells, an operation instruction received by a trigger control on a pre-classification display interface can be considered as a setting instruction of the cell classification rule. Or a related trigger control is arranged on a setting interface of the cell classification rule to receive a setting instruction of the cell classification rule. If the existing cell classification rule (including the original cell classification rule of the system and the previously customized cell classification rule of the user) of the system does not have a cell classification rule which can be used by the user, a related trigger control is arranged on an interface for selecting the cell classification rule to receive a setting instruction of the cell classification rule. In the case that the cell classification rule is established at intervals after the slide reader pre-classifies the cells, a related trigger control may be set on a setting interface of the cell classification rule to receive a setting instruction of the cell classification rule.
Step S403: a protoclass of cells was obtained.
The obtained primary classification of the cells may be a classification result obtained by the slide reader performing pre-classification on the cells according to a preset classification method, or a result obtained by the user performing re-classification on the pre-classified cells before determining the cell classification rule of this embodiment. The preset classification method of the slide reader is a method for automatically classifying cells preset by the slide reader, for example, a preset classification method when the slide reader leaves a factory.
In some embodiments, after displaying the interface for setting the cell classification rule, the original classification may be further obtained in combination with the user operation. For example, after displaying the selectable original classification on the setting interface of the cell classification rule, the original classification of the cell is acquired by combining with the operation of the user. Under the condition that a cell classification rule is established when the slide reader carries out pre-classification on cells, the optional original classification can be a classification result obtained by currently carrying out pre-classification on the slide reader. Under the condition that a cell classification rule is established at intervals after the cell is pre-classified by the slide reader, the optional original classification can be a classification result obtained by pre-classifying the cell by the slide reader last time, or a classification result obtained by pre-classifying the cell by the slide reader for the latest N times (N is more than 2).
When the selectable primitive categories are displayed on the setting interface of the cell classification rule, in some embodiments, a selectable primitive cell classification list may be created, where the selectable primitive cell classification list includes list items corresponding to each cell classification in the selectable primitive categories; and displaying the selectable original cell classification list on a setting interface of the cell classification rule. In some other embodiments, a corresponding graphical identifier may be created for each of the selectable original categories, where one graphical identifier uniquely corresponds to one selectable original category, and the graphical identifiers corresponding to the cell categories in the selectable original categories are obtained and displayed on the setting interface of the cell classification rule.
After displaying the selectable original classification on the setting interface of the cell classification rule, the original classification of the cell can be obtained by combining the operation of the user.
In some embodiments, on the setting interface of the cell classification rule, a selection control corresponding to each cell classification in the selectable original classifications may be set; the selection control corresponds to the corresponding original classified list item or graphic identifier one to one, the user can send a selection instruction by clicking the selection control, and when the selection instruction is received through the selection control, the cell corresponding to the selection control is classified as the original classification of the acquired cell, as shown in fig. 8.
In some other embodiments, a primary classification display area is provided on the setting interface of the cell classification rule, and the user may drag a list item or a graphical identifier in a selected selectable primary classification to the primary classification display area to determine the primary classification of the obtained cell. At this time, the cell category corresponding to the list item or the graphic identifier corresponding to the drag operation dragged by the user to the primary classification display area may be used as the primary classification of the acquired cell, as shown in fig. 9. In some embodiments, a related information prompt for selecting the original classification by dragging may be set on the setting interface of the cell classification rule.
In some embodiments, all the list items or graphic identifiers of the selectable original categories may be displayed in the original category display area, and meanwhile, a target category display area is set on the setting interface of the cell classification rule, and one list item or graphic identifier of the selectable original category corresponds to one sub-area in the target category display area. After the user determines the first target classification in the target classification area (for example, by selecting or dragging through the selection control), the list item or the cell category of the graphic identifier of the primary classification display area corresponding to the target classification display area where the first target classification is located may be used as the primary classification of the acquired cell. That is, the primary classification of the obtained cells may be determined after the first target classification corresponding to the primary classification is obtained, and the step of obtaining the primary classification of the cells and the step of obtaining the first target classification corresponding to the primary classification may not be in order.
Under the condition that a cell classification rule is established when the slide reader performs pre-classification on cells, trigger controls which correspond to pre-classification results output by the slide reader one by one can be arranged on a pre-classification display interface, and when the trigger controls are clicked to generate the set boundary surface of the cell classification rule, the pre-classification results corresponding to the trigger controls can be directly used as the original classification of the obtained cells. If the pre-classification result output by the slide reader only has one classification, the pre-classification result output by the slide reader can be directly used as the original classification of the obtained cells.
Step S404: and acquiring a first target classification corresponding to the original classification, wherein the first target classification is set on a first interface by a user, and the first interface is the setting interface or an interface different from the setting interface.
When the first target classification is obtained, the first target classification may be obtained on a setting interface of the cell classification rule, or may be obtained on another interface different from the setting interface of the cell classification rule, and in the embodiment of the present application, the first target classification is collectively referred to as a first interface. The selectable target classification may be displayed on the first interface, and then the first target classification is obtained by combining with the operation of the user. The selectable target classification can comprise classification items preset by the reader (classification of cells preset by the reader, such as the classification of cells capable of being identified when the reader is shipped from factory), and cell classification input by the user in historical use of the reader in a customized mode.
When the selectable target categories are displayed on the first interface, a selectable target category list can be created, wherein the selectable target category list comprises list items corresponding to each cell category in the selectable target categories; and displaying the selectable target classification list on the first interface. Or a corresponding graphic identifier may be created for each selectable target category, one graphic identifier uniquely corresponds to one selectable target category, and the graphic identifiers corresponding to the cell categories in the selectable target categories are displayed on the first interface by obtaining the graphic identifiers corresponding to the cell categories in the selectable target categories. After displaying the selectable target classification on the first interface, the first target classification of the cells may be obtained in conjunction with user manipulation, and various possible manipulations may be employed to obtain the first target classification of the cells. The obtained first target classification can be a classification selected from classification items preset by the film reader, or a classification selected from classification items which are input by a user in a self-defined manner.
In some embodiments, the first interface may be provided with a selection control, such as a selection box, corresponding to each cell classification in the selectable target classifications; the selection control corresponds to the list items or image identifiers of the corresponding cell categories one to one, the user can send a selection instruction by clicking the selection control, and when the selection instruction is received through the selection control, the cell category corresponding to the selection control is used as the first target category set by the user, as shown in fig. 8.
In some embodiments, it may be to obtain a first target classification that the user drags to a preset location. The preset position may be a target classification display area divided for placing the first target classification on the first interface, and when the user drags the selected cell classification (e.g., a list item or a graphical identifier of the cell classification) to the preset position, the dragged cell classification is used as the first target classification. That is, the cell category corresponding to the drag operation of the user to the predetermined position is used as the acquired first target category set by the user, as shown in fig. 9. The first interface can be provided with a related information prompt for selecting the first target classification through dragging.
In some embodiments, it may be to obtain a first target classification edited by the user at a preset location. The preset position may be a position area set on the first interface for editing the first target category, and the user edits the first target category at the preset position, for example, inputs a customized cell category as the first target category. For example, a predetermined position on the first interface may be provided with an associated control or input box for custom input, and the user may input the first target classification through the control or input box, as shown in fig. 8 and 9.
In some embodiments, before obtaining the first target classification corresponding to the original classification, the method may further include: generating a recommendation target classification recommended to a user on the first interface; and recommending the target classification to comprise cell classification obtained after analysis according to historical data of the user adjusted cell classification. The analysis may be performed in any possible way, e.g. using a pre-set model, etc. At this time, the selectable target categories may include a recommended target category and category items preset by the slide reader. When the selectable target categories are displayed, the recommendation target categories may be preferentially displayed, for example, when the selectable target categories are displayed in a list item or graphic identifier manner, the recommendation target categories are displayed at the top, and then, for example, the corresponding recommendation identifiers are displayed at positions corresponding to the recommendation target categories, and meanwhile, historical category information corresponding to the recommendation target categories may also be displayed for the user to select.
Step S405: obtaining a first cell classification rule according to the original classification and the first target classification, wherein the first cell classification rule is used for classifying cells from the original classification to the first target classification.
In some embodiments, obtaining a first cell classification rule according to the original classification and the first target classification may include steps S4051 to S4052.
Step S4051: and acquiring the corresponding relation between the original classification and the first target classification established on the setting interface by the user so as to acquire the first cell classification rule.
The obtaining of the corresponding relationship between the original classification and the first target classification, which is established on the setting interface by the user, may be manually established by the user, or may be determined based on an establishing rule of a built-in corresponding relationship.
For example, after an original classification dragged to an original classification area is obtained and a first target classification dragged to a target classification area is obtained, a corresponding relation between the original classification and the first target classification may be established based on the original classification and the first target classification having a position corresponding relation. In some embodiments, a control such as "determine" may also be displayed at a corresponding position of the target classification region, and after receiving an operation instruction through the control, a corresponding relationship between the original classification having the position corresponding relationship and the first target classification is established.
For another example, after the original classification and the first target classification are obtained, the corresponding relationship between the original classification and the first target classification may be established based on an operation of manually associating the original classification with the first target classification by a user. For example, manually setting the connecting line between the original classification and the first target classification, or other operations.
The established corresponding relationship between the original classification and the first target classification may include a corresponding relationship between one first target classification and one original classification, or a corresponding relationship between one first target classification and more than two original classifications. That is, a plurality of different original classifications can be associated with the same first target classification.
Step S4052: and displaying the corresponding relation between the original classification and the first target classification on a display interface, wherein the display interface is the setting interface or an interface different from the setting interface.
In one embodiment, when the corresponding relationship between the original classification and the first target classification is displayed on the display interface, the text portion of the corresponding relationship between the original classification and the first target classification may only include the original classification and the first target classification. I.e. the text portion comprises only the text content of the original classification and the first target classification. If the original classification is the A classification, the first target classification is the B classification, and the character part of the corresponding relation only contains the A and the B and does not contain other character contents. Thereby realizing the display of concise corresponding relation.
In some embodiments, displaying the corresponding relationship between the original classification and the first target classification on a display interface further includes: an original classification display area and a target classification display area are arranged on the display interface; and displaying the text contents of the original classification in the original classification display area, and displaying the text contents of the first target classification in the target classification display area.
In some embodiments, displaying the corresponding relationship between the original classification and the first target classification on a display interface further includes: and displaying the corresponding relation between the original classification and the first target classification through a table, wherein the original classification is displayed in the cells of the original classification display area in the table, and the first target classification is displayed in the cells of the target classification display area in the table.
In some embodiments, displaying the corresponding relationship between the original classification and the first target classification on a display interface further includes: and connecting the text content of the original classification with the text content of the first target classification through an icon. The icon may be any icon that may be displayed, such as a connecting arrow, or simply some graphical indication to indicate the correspondence of the original category of text content and the first target category of text content.
In one embodiment, the method for determining the cell classification rule of the reader may further obtain a conversion condition for classifying the cell from the original classification to the first target classification. Specifically, obtaining the transition condition may include:
acquiring a conversion condition, wherein the conversion condition is set by a user on a second interface, the second interface is the setting interface or an interface different from the setting interface, and the conversion condition is used for classifying the cells from the original classification to the first target classification by a reader when the cells meet the conversion condition.
Wherein, the conversion condition includes a cell parameter condition, and the cell parameter condition specifically may include: at least one of a cell size condition defining a cell size and a cell shape condition defining a cell shape.
The conversion condition may be set at any time after the original classification and the target classification have been determined. For example, after the above-described acquisition of the original classification and the first target classification, the setting is not yet made before the first cell classification rule is acquired. At this time, in acquiring the first cell classification rule, the acquired first cell classification rule further includes the acquired conversion condition.
For example, in some embodiments, after obtaining the original classification and the first cell classification, at a position corresponding to the original classification and the first cell classification, a conversion condition setting control may be set, and a conversion condition for converting the original classification to the first target classification may be obtained through the conversion condition setting control. For example, when a conversion condition setting instruction is received through a conversion condition setting control, a parameter setting interface is obtained and displayed, and the parameter setting interface comprises a cell size condition setting control and a cell morphology condition setting control; acquiring cell size information conversion conditions through the cell size condition setting control; the cell morphology information conversion condition is acquired by the cell morphology condition setting control, as shown in fig. 10.
For example, in some embodiments, after the first cell classification rule is obtained and displayed, the conversion condition setting control is displayed at a position corresponding to the first cell classification rule, and the conversion condition for converting the original classification to the first target classification is obtained through the conversion condition setting control. After obtaining the transition condition, the generated first cell classification rule may be updated with the transition condition to obtain an updated first cell classification rule, which includes the original classification, the first target classification, and the transition condition for classifying the classification of the cell from the original classification to the first target classification.
Under the condition that the cell classification rule is established when the slide reader carries out pre-classification on the cells, the obtained first cell classification rule can directly carry out re-classification on the current pre-classification result of the slide reader to the first cell classification, so that the cell classification result of the slide reader is obtained.
On the other hand, the first cell classification rule obtained above may be stored in a slide reader. And the current classification of the classified cells of the slide reader can be obtained after the current slide reading process of the slide reader is finished; updating the classification of the classified cells currently classified as the original classification to the first target classification according to the first cell classification rule. Thus, the classification of cells that have been classified prior to the establishment of the first cell classification rule may be updated based on the established first cell classification rule.
On the other hand, the obtained first cell classification rule is stored in the slide reader and can be used for subsequent classification of the slide reader. Accordingly, after obtaining the first cell classification rule, the method may further include:
and the first cell classification rule is stored in the slide reader and is used for pre-classifying cells by the subsequent slide reader according to the first cell classification rule.
Therefore, when the cells are pre-classified by the subsequent sheet reader, the cells can be pre-classified by combining the preset classification method of the sheet reader and the self-defined first cell classification rule. For example, after the pre-classification result is obtained by pre-classifying the cell by a preset classification method of a reader, if a first cell classification rule corresponding to the pre-classification result exists (if the first cell classification rule has a conversion condition, the cell corresponding to the pre-classification result also satisfies the conversion condition), the cell classification is re-classified into the first cell classification.
After obtaining the first cell classification rule, the method may further include:
classifying the cells according to the first cell classification rule in the slide reader, classifying the cells to a first target classification, and then acquiring a second target classification of the cells, wherein the second target classification is set by a user on a third interface, and the third interface is the first interface or an interface different from the first interface. The second target classification of the cells may be obtained in the same manner as the first target classification.
And obtaining the second cell classification rule according to the original classification and the second target classification, wherein the second cell classification rule is used for classifying the cells from the first target classification or the original classification to the second target classification.
The obtained second cell classification rule may be used to reclassify the cell as the second cell classification after the cell is classified as the primary classification or the first target classification. Thus, based on the second cell classification rule, a chained, progressive cell classification rule can be obtained, and when a cell is classified as a primary classification, the cell can be directly re-classified as a second cell classification based on the second cell classification rule.
The manner of obtaining the second cell classification rule may be the same as the manner of obtaining the first cell classification rule, and specifically, when the second cell classification rule is to be obtained, the first target classification may be corresponding to the original classification, and the second target classification may be corresponding to the first target classification of the first cell classification rule, in the same manner as the manner of obtaining the first cell classification rule.
After obtaining the second target classification, a switching condition for switching the cells from the first target classification to the second target classification may be further obtained. The manner of acquiring the transition condition may be the same as the manner of acquiring the transition condition from the original classification to the first target classification described above. Specifically, after obtaining the conversion condition, the second cell classification rule may be obtained by combining the original classification, the first target classification, the second target classification, and the conversion condition. Alternatively, the conversion condition may be obtained after obtaining the second cell classification rule, and the second cell classification rule may be updated by using the conversion condition to obtain an updated second cell classification rule.
After the second cell classification rule is obtained, the second cell classification rule can be stored in the reader for the subsequent reader to pre-classify the cells according to the second cell classification rule.
After the obtained second cell classification rule is stored in a reader, the current classification of the cells classified by the reader can be obtained; updating the classification of the classified cells currently classified as the original classification to the second target classification according to the second cell classification rule. Thus, the classification of cells that have been classified prior to the establishment of the second cell classification rule may be updated based on the established second cell classification rule.
Referring to fig. 5, the cell classification rule determining method of the reader in one embodiment may be to directly obtain chained cell classification rules in the process of determining the cell classification rules. The method in this embodiment may specifically include step S501 to step S506.
Step S501: and generating a setting interface of the cell classification rule. The method of generating the interface for setting the cell classification rule may be the same as that in step S401.
Step S502: receiving a setting instruction of the cell classification rule. The manner of receiving the setting command of the cell classification rule may be the same as that in step S402.
Step S503: a protoclass of cells was obtained. The manner of obtaining the original classification of the cells may be the same as that in step S403.
Step S504: and acquiring a first target classification corresponding to the original classification, wherein the first target classification is set on a first interface by a user, and the first interface is the setting interface or an interface different from the setting interface. The manner of obtaining the first object classification may be the same as the manner in step S404.
Step S505: and acquiring a second target classification corresponding to the first target classification, wherein the second target classification is set by a user on a third interface, and the third interface is the first interface or an interface different from the first interface. The manner of obtaining the second target classification may be the same as the manner of obtaining the first target cell classification in step S404.
Step S506: and obtaining a second cell classification rule according to the original classification and the second target classification, wherein the second cell classification rule is used for classifying the cells from the original classification to the second target classification.
The manner of obtaining the second cell classification rule may be the same as the manner of obtaining the first cell classification rule in the above embodiments, and details are not repeated herein. Thus, based on the second cell classification rule, a chained, progressive cell classification rule can be obtained, and when a cell is classified as a primary classification, the cell can be directly re-classified as a second cell classification based on the second cell classification rule.
After the second cell classification rule is acquired, the acquired second cell classification rule may be further displayed on a display interface. In some embodiments, the second cell classification rule may be displayed on the display interface in the same manner as the first cell classification rule.
In some embodiments, when the second cell classification rule is displayed, the corresponding relationship between the original classification, the first target classification and the second target classification may be displayed by a chain-combined icon on a display interface, where the display interface is the third interface or an interface different from the third interface.
Accordingly, the method for determining the cell classification rule of the reader in one embodiment may further include the steps of: and displaying the corresponding relation of the original classification, the first target classification and the second target classification through icons in chain combination on a display interface, wherein the display interface is the third interface or an interface different from the third interface.
Further, after the second cell classification rule is obtained, the second cell classification rule can be stored in a reader for a subsequent reader to pre-classify the cells according to the second cell classification rule.
On the other hand, after the second cell classification rule is stored in the slide reader, the current classification of the classified cells of the slide reader can be acquired after the current slide reading process of the slide reader is finished; updating the classification of the classified cells currently classified as the original classification to the second target classification according to the first cell classification rule. Thus, the classification of cells that have been classified prior to the establishment of the second cell classification rule may be updated based on the established second cell classification rule.
In some embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a cell sorting method of a slide reader, which is used in a process of sorting cells by the slide reader. As shown in fig. 6, the following steps S601 to S606 may be included.
Step S601: an instruction to reclassify the cells is received.
The instructions to reclassify the cells may be received in a variety of possible ways. For example, a related trigger control may be provided on a pre-sorting display interface for displaying the pre-sorting result after the pre-sorting by the slide viewer. And receiving an instruction to reclassify the cell through the trigger control. As described above, there may be only one trigger control on the pre-classification display interface, or there may be trigger controls with the same number of classifications as the pre-classification result. In the case that there is no available cell classification rule in the existing cell classification rules of the system, a relevant trigger control may be provided on the interface for selecting the cell classification rule to receive an instruction for reclassifying the cell.
Step S602: obtaining a primary classification of the cells to be re-classified.
The manner of obtaining the primary classification of the cells to be re-classified may be the same as the manner of obtaining the primary classification in step S403 described above.
Step S603: and acquiring a cell classification rule corresponding to the original classification, wherein the cell classification rule comprises the original classification and a corresponding target classification. Wherein, the cell classification rule can be determined by using the cell classification rule determination method of the reader in any embodiment.
In some embodiments, the cell classification rule determination method of the reader as in any of the above embodiments may be employed in conjunction with the operation of the user. And generating a cell classification rule corresponding to the original classification in real time. In some embodiments, the cell classification rule corresponding to the original classification may also be obtained from stored cell classification rules determined by the above-mentioned embodiments, and the obtained cell classification rule may be the above-mentioned determined first cell classification rule or the above-mentioned determined second cell classification rule.
Step S604: and determining a target classification corresponding to the primary classification according to the cell classification rule.
Specifically, when the obtained cell classification rule is a first cell classification rule, the first cell classification rule includes an original classification and a first target classification, and at this time, the determined target classification corresponding to the original classification may be the first target classification in the cell classification rule. When the obtained cell classification rule is the second cell classification rule, because the second cell classification rule includes the original classification, the first target classification and the second target classification, the determined target classification corresponding to the original classification may be the second target classification in the cell classification rule.
It will be appreciated that where the cell classification rule obtained also includes a conversion condition, the target classification should also be determined in conjunction with the conversion condition. For example, when the acquired cell classification rule is a first cell classification rule, the first cell classification rule includes an original classification, a first target classification, and a first conversion condition for converting the cell from the original classification to the first target classification, so that, in a case where the cell satisfies the first conversion condition, the target classification corresponding to the original classification is determined to be the first target classification in the cell classification rule. If there is a first conversion condition for converting from the original classification to the first target classification and a second conversion condition for converting from the first target classification to the second target classification when the acquired cell classification rule is the second cell classification rule, the target classification corresponding to the original classification determined when the cell satisfies the first conversion condition and the second conversion condition is satisfied is the second target classification in the cell classification rule. In the case where the cell satisfies the first conversion condition but does not satisfy the second conversion condition, the determined target classification corresponding to the original classification is the first target classification in the cell classification rule.
Step S605: updating the classification of the cells to be reclassified to the target classification.
Wherein updating the classification of the cells to be reclassified as the target classification means reclassifying the classification of the cells from the original classification into the determined target classification.
In some embodiments, after updating the classification of the cells to be reclassified to the target classification, the method may further include the steps of:
generating a re-classification result display interface; and displaying the corresponding relation between the original classification and the target classification on the reclassification result display interface.
When the corresponding relation between the original classification and the target classification is displayed on the reclassification result display interface, the corresponding relation between the original classification and the first target classification can be displayed in the same way.
In some embodiments, after updating the classification of the cells to be reclassified to the target classification, the method may further include the steps of:
and carrying out secondary reclassification on the cells to be reclassified so as to classify the classification of the cells to be reclassified into a new target classification and obtain a secondary reclassification result.
Thus, in the case where the target classification obtained based on the above-obtained cell classification rule is not the classification intended by the user, the cells to be reclassified may be further reclassified to further obtain a new target classification to be reclassified.
The secondary reclassification of the cells to be reclassified to classify the classification of the cells to be reclassified into a new target classification, obtaining a secondary reclassification result, may include steps S6061 to S6063.
Step S6061: and generating a secondary reclassification interface, wherein the secondary reclassification interface displays the cells to be reclassified and the classification results thereof after the reclassification.
The secondary reclassification interface can be the same or different section as the reclassification of the original classification, and the cells to be reclassified and the classification result thereof which are subjected to reclassification are displayed on the secondary reclassification interface. It should be understood that the classification result here may refer to the target classification updated in step S806.
Step S6062: and acquiring a new target classification, wherein the new target classification is set by a user on a secondary reclassification interface, specifically, the new target classification can be a target classification selected by the user on the secondary reclassification interface, or a target classification newly built on the secondary reclassification interface by the user.
The manner of obtaining the new object classification may be the same as the manner of obtaining the first object classification described above.
Step S6063: and classifying the classification of the cells to be reclassified into the new target classification to obtain a secondary reclassification result.
The step of classifying the cell to be reclassified into a new target classification means that the cell is reclassified from the original classification into the determined new target classification, so that the cell is reclassified for multiple times.
In some embodiments, after the updating the classification of the cells to be reclassified to the target classification, the method further comprises the following steps: and when the cell is pre-classified by the reader through image recognition in the subsequent step, the cell is pre-classified according to the cell classification rule.
Therefore, when the cells are reclassified by the cell classification rule, the cell classification rule can be further stored, so that the cells can be directly presorted by the reader based on the preset classification method of the reader and the cell classification rule when the reader presorts the cells by identification in the subsequent process, namely, the cells can be classified into the target classification without the participation of a user in the process of classifying the cells by the reader, and the cell classification efficiency of the reader is improved.
FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing a flowchart of a cell sorting method of a slide reader in one embodiment, including steps S701 to S703.
Step S701: instructions to pre-sort the cells are obtained.
The instruction for pre-sorting may be received when the cells need to be pre-sorted.
Step S702: a cell classification rule is obtained, wherein the cell classification rule may be determined using the cell classification rule determination method in the above-described embodiment.
Step S703: and pre-classifying the cells according to a preset classification method and a cell classification rule of the reader.
Specifically, in the case that the cell classification rule has no conversion condition, the pre-classifying the cells according to the preset classification method and the cell classification rule of the reader may include:
classifying according to a preset classification method of the reader to obtain a classification result;
if the cell classification rule corresponding to the classification result exists, directly classifying the corresponding cell classification from the classification result to the target classification of the cell classification rule to obtain a final pre-classification result.
Specifically, if the corresponding cell classification rule is a first cell classification rule, where the first cell classification rule includes an original classification and a first target classification, the obtained final pre-classification result is the first target classification in the cell classification rule. If the corresponding cell classification rule is the second cell classification rule, and the first cell classification rule comprises an original classification, a first target classification and a second target classification, the obtained final pre-classification result is the second target classification in the cell classification rule.
On the other hand, when the cell classification rule includes the determination of the conversion condition, pre-classifying the cells according to a preset classification method of the reader and the cell classification rule may include: when the cells meet a conversion condition for converting the classification of the cells from the original classification of the cell classification rule to the target classification of the cell classification rule, the cells are pre-classified according to a preset classification method of a reader and the cell classification rule.
In a specific embodiment, the method may specifically include: when the cell classification rule includes a certain conversion condition, pre-classifying the cells according to a preset classification method of the reader and the cell classification rule may include:
firstly, cells are preliminarily pre-classified according to a preset classification method of the sheet reader to obtain a preliminary pre-classification result.
Then, it is determined whether or not the cell meets a conversion condition for converting the classification of the cell from the original classification of the cell classification rule to the target classification of the cell classification rule. Specifically, when the obtained cell classification rule is a first cell classification rule, the first cell classification rule includes an original classification, a first target classification, and a first conversion condition for converting the cell from the original classification to the first target classification, and at this time, it is determined whether the cell satisfies the first conversion condition. And when the acquired cell classification rule is a second cell classification rule, the second cell classification rule comprises an original classification, a first target classification and a second target classification, and a first conversion condition for converting the cells from the original classification to the first target classification and/or a second conversion condition for converting the cells from the first target classification to the second target classification, and whether the cells meet the first conversion condition and the second conversion condition is judged.
And if the cells meet the conversion conditions, classifying the classification of the cells from the preliminary pre-classification result into the target classification according to the cell classification rule. Specifically, when the obtained cell classification rule is the first cell classification rule, under the condition that the cell meets the first conversion condition, classifying the cell classification from the preliminary pre-classification result to the first target classification to obtain a final pre-classification result. And when the obtained cell classification rule is a second cell classification rule, classifying the cell classification from the preliminary pre-classification result into a second target classification under the condition that the cell simultaneously meets the first conversion condition and the second conversion condition or the first conversion condition does not exist and the cell meets the second conversion condition, and obtaining a final pre-classification result. And under the condition that the cells meet the first conversion condition but do not meet the second conversion condition, classifying the classification of the cells from the preliminary pre-classification result into a first target classification to obtain a final pre-classification result. It will be appreciated that the principles of the specific implementation are the same as in this approach in the case where there are more target classifications that are progressive.
And if the cells do not meet the conversion condition, directly taking the preliminary pre-classification result as a final pre-classification result.
In this case, as long as the cells meet the conversion conditions, the slide reader can pre-classify the cells according to the cell classification rules defined by the user without the need of the user, so that the cell pre-classification efficiency is improved.
It should be understood that after the pre-classification is obtained according to the cell classification method in the present embodiment, if the obtained pre-classification result is not the cell classification that the user thinks, the cell can be further reclassified in the manner described above.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the above-described flowcharts are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the figures may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of execution of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or in alternation with other steps or at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the embodiments described above, the following description is made in connection with several application examples thereof.
In one example, when a user needs to customize a cell classification rule of a reader, the user can issue an instruction through a related page of the reader. For example, a control is arranged at a certain menu bar, a submenu of a certain menu bar, or a certain fixed position of the slide viewer system, and the user enters a setting interface of the cell classification rule by clicking the menu bar, the submenu, or the control. An original classification display area and a target classification display area are arranged on a setting interface of the cell classification rule, and selectable cell classification items are displayed at the same time, wherein when the selectable cell classification items are displayed, the selectable cell classification items can be displayed in a list item mode, as shown in fig. 8 and 8, or in other modes.
In the setting interface shown in fig. 8, items of selectable original categories are displayed at corresponding positions of the original category display area, and a corresponding selection control is provided at a corresponding position of each selectable original category. By clicking the selection control, the cell classification corresponding to the selection control can be used as the selected original classification. Similarly, items of selectable target categories are displayed at corresponding positions of the target category display area, and there is a corresponding selection control at the corresponding position of each selectable target category. By clicking the selection control, the cell classification corresponding to the selection control can be used as the selected target classification. The target classification display area is provided with a user-defined input control, such as a user-defined input control or an input box, and when no classification item required by a user exists on a setting interface, the target classification can be manually input through the user-defined input control.
On the setting interface shown in fig. 9, all the cell classification items existing in the slide reader system can be used as optional original classifications and target classifications, and are displayed separately. When needing to acquire the original classification, the user can drag the selected cell classification to the original classification display area to acquire the original classification selected by the user. Similarly, when the corresponding target classification needs to be acquired, the user may drag the selected cell classification to the target classification display area to obtain the target classification selected by the user.
The setting interface may have an original classification display area which may have a plurality of sub-areas, and a target classification display area which also has a plurality of sub-areas, and the sub-area of one original classification display area corresponds to the sub-area of one target classification display area. In some embodiments, lines may be displayed between the sub-regions by different colors or between adjacent sub-regions to make the division of the sub-regions clear to the user, as shown in fig. 8-B and 9-B.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 8-B and 9-B, related regions for displaying the setting of the conversion condition may be further provided on the setting interface, and each region corresponds to a sub-region of the original classification display region and a sub-region of the display region of the target classification. In some embodiments, the setting control of the conversion condition may be always displayed on the setting interface (as shown in fig. 9-B), or the setting control of the conversion condition may not be displayed before the original classification and the target classification are selected (as shown in fig. 9-C), and after the original classification and the target classification are selected, the corresponding setting control is displayed at a position corresponding to the selected original classification and the selected target classification (as shown in fig. 9-D).
In some embodiments, the setting control of the conversion condition may not be displayed on the setting interface, but after the original classification and the target classification are selected, the corresponding relationship between the original classification and the target classification is displayed, and then the conversion condition is displayed on the display interface displaying the original classification and the target classification. In one embodiment, the manner of displaying the corresponding relationship between the original classification and the target classification may be as shown in fig. 10 and 11. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the correspondence relationship may be displayed in a list correspondence manner or an icon chain association manner. When displaying, if necessary, the corresponding conversion condition can be set by clicking the setting control of the conversion condition.
In one example, a user can perform pre-classification on cells in a slide reader, obtain a pre-classification result of the cells, and start to customize a cell classification rule of the slide reader when the obtained pre-classification result is not a cell result considered by the user.
An interface for the reader to output the pre-sorted results in one example is shown in figure 12. In some embodiments, there may be only one triggering re-classification control on the pre-classification result display interface (as shown in fig. 12-a) to trigger re-classification or customization of cell classification rules, or there may be one corresponding triggering re-classification control for each pre-classification result (as shown in fig. 12-B) to trigger re-classification or customization of cell classification rules of the corresponding pre-classification result. It should be understood that fig. 12 is only for the purpose of illustrating the number setting of the re-classification controls and the corresponding relationship with the pre-classification results, and on the actual pre-classification result display interface, more display contents may be included, and the form and display position of the control triggering the re-classification may also have different settings.
Referring to fig. 12-a, when the user needs to re-classify a certain pre-classification result, the user can click the re-classification control to issue a re-classification instruction, thereby entering an interface for selecting a cell classification rule. On the interface for selecting the cell classification rule, all selectable cell classification rules may be displayed, or only the cell classification rule corresponding to the pre-classification result may be displayed. The user determines the primary classification of the cells to be reclassified and selects the cell classification rule corresponding to the primary classification, wherein the cell classification rule can be a cell classification rule which is self-defined by the user in historical use by adopting the method of the embodiment, and when the cell classification rule required by the user exists, the cell classification rule to be reclassified can be re-regulated by selecting the corresponding cell classification rule. If the cell classification rule required by the user does not exist, the user can enter a setting interface of the cell classification rule through controls such as 'self-defined cell classification rule' and the like. The setting interface of the entered cell classification rule may be the same as that in fig. 8 and 9, and may be a different setting interface.
Referring to fig. 12-B, when the user needs to re-classify a pre-classification result, the user can click the re-classification control corresponding to the classification result to issue a re-classification instruction, thereby entering the interface for selecting the cell classification rule. And displaying the cell classification rule corresponding to the cell classification result corresponding to the reclassification control on the interface for selecting the cell classification rule, wherein the cell classification rule can be a cell classification rule which is self-defined by a user in historical use by adopting the method of the embodiment, and when the cell classification rule required by the user exists, the cell classification rule to be reclassified can be re-regulated by selecting the corresponding cell classification rule.
13, in an embodiment of the present application, there is provided an image reader for classifying cells through image recognition, including: a pre-classification module 1301, a rule definition module 1302 and a re-classification execution module 1303.
The pre-sorting module 1301 pre-sorts the cells according to a preset sorting method of the sheet reader. The preset classification method is a method for identifying and classifying images preset by the reader, and for example, a method for classifying cells built in the reader when it is shipped.
The rule definition module 1302 is used for the user to set the cell classification rule. The method for setting the cell classification rule in the rule definition can be performed by using the method for determining the cell classification rule of the slide reader in any of the embodiments.
And a reclassification executing module 1303, which reads the cell classification rule and reclassifies the cells according to the cell classification rule. When the reclassification executing module 1303 reclassifies the cells, the reclassification may be performed in any of the above cell classification methods of the slide reader.
Referring to fig. 13, the slide reader may further include: an optimization adjustment module 1304 for the user to perform a secondary reclassification of the reclassified cells.
