In the embodiment of the application, after the first terminal acquires the currently input first food characteristics, the odor and the taste of the food searched by the user can be determined according to at least one of the first odor characteristics or the first taste characteristics included in the first food characteristics.
In some embodiments, the first terminal is installed with a food recommendation application, the user logs in the food recommendation application based on the user identification, the first terminal displays an application interface of the food recommendation application, and the user searches for food according to the application interface displayed by the first terminal.
The user identifier is a user name, a user mobile phone number or other identifiers, and the embodiment of the application is not limited.
It should be noted that the first terminal in the embodiment of the present application may acquire the first food characteristic in a plurality of ways, and the following describes the way in which the first terminal acquires the first food characteristic:
the first method comprises the following steps: and the first terminal displays a search interface and combines the selected food characteristics in the search interface to obtain first food characteristics.
Wherein the search interface includes a plurality of food characteristics in each food dimension. After the first terminal displays the search interface, a user can check various food characteristics on each food dimension in the search interface, the user inputs the food characteristics based on each food dimension, and the first terminal combines the detected food characteristics input by the user to obtain the first food characteristics.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the search interface includes a graph of two shapes, the first shape is a smell column including food dimensions such as flavor, flower fragrance, burnt odor, rotten gas, resin, and fruit gas, the second shape is a radar map including food dimensions such as sour, sweet, bitter, salty, and fresh, a line corresponding to each food dimension includes a point for adjusting the food dimension, a user drags the point on the line corresponding to each food dimension according to the smell column and the radar map to adjust the concentration of each smell or flavor, and the first terminal obtains a first food characteristic according to an operation detected at the search interface.
And the second method comprises the following steps: the first terminal obtains a first food characteristic through the sensor.
In the embodiment of the application, the first terminal comprises a sensor, if a user needs to detect the first food characteristics of the food to be searched, the first terminal is close to the food to be searched, and then the first terminal detects the food to be searched through the sensor so as to obtain the first food characteristics of the food to be searched.
In some embodiments, the sensor includes at least one of an odor sensor or a taste sensor. The odor sensor is used for detecting the odor of food. The taste sensor is used for detecting the taste of food.
Optionally, if the sensor includes an odor sensor, the first terminal detects the food to be searched through the odor sensor to obtain the first odor characteristic, that is, the first food characteristic includes the first odor characteristic.
Optionally, if the sensor includes a taste sensor, the first terminal detects the food to be searched through the taste sensor to obtain the first taste characteristic, that is, the first food characteristic includes the first taste characteristic.
402. The first terminal sends a food search request to the server, wherein the food search request carries the first food characteristics.
403. The server receives a food search request sent by the first terminal.
404. The server searches a second food characteristic matching the first food characteristic from the food characteristic database in response to the food search request.
In the embodiment of the application, a first terminal acquires a first food characteristic of food to be searched, sends a food search request carrying the first food characteristic to a server, and the server receives the food search request and searches in a food characteristic database in response to the food search request so as to search for food matched with the first food characteristic. And the searched second food characteristic is matched with the first food characteristic, and the second food characteristic corresponds to the food object, so that the food object corresponding to the second food characteristic is the food object matched with the first food characteristic.
Wherein the food characteristic database comprises food objects and food characteristics corresponding to the food objects. The food object and the food characteristics corresponding to the food object are reported by other terminals and stored in the food characteristic database by the server.
In some embodiments, at least one of the first flavor characteristic or the first taste characteristic is included in the food search request, and the following describes a case where the first flavor characteristic or the first taste characteristic is included in the food search request.
The first method comprises the following steps: the food searching request comprises first odor characteristics, and the first odor characteristics are obtained by detecting the food to be searched through an odor sensor by the first terminal. The server responds to the food searching request, converts the first smell characteristics based on the characteristic conversion model to obtain third smell characteristics, and searches a second smell characteristic matched with the third smell characteristics from the food characteristic database.
Wherein the first odor characteristic belongs to a first format and the third odor characteristic belongs to a second format. If the first odor feature sent by the first terminal is detected by the odor sensor through the first terminal, the server receives a food search request sent by the first terminal, and then converts the first odor feature in the first format based on the feature conversion model to obtain a third odor feature in a second format, wherein the third odor feature in the second format meets the requirement of the server for searching for the second odor feature, so that the server responds to the food search request and searches from the food feature database according to the third odor feature to obtain the second odor feature matched with the third odor feature.
In some embodiments, if the server needs to convert the first flavor feature using the feature conversion model, the feature conversion model needs to be trained first, and the process of training the feature conversion model includes: a first sample odor profile and a second sample odor profile of a sample food product are obtained, the first sample odor profile belonging to a first format and the second sample odor profile belonging to a second format. And the server trains the feature conversion model based on the first sample odor feature and the second sample odor feature to obtain the trained feature conversion model.
Before the server converts the odor features based on the feature conversion model, the server needs to train the feature conversion model first, so that the trained feature conversion model can convert the first format of the odor features into the second format. The server firstly obtains a first sample odor characteristic belonging to a first format and a second sample odor characteristic belonging to a second format, inputs the first sample odor characteristic into a characteristic conversion model to obtain a training odor characteristic, the training odor characteristic belongs to the second format, and then adjusts parameters of the characteristic conversion model according to the difference between the training odor characteristic and the second sample odor characteristic to obtain an adjusted characteristic conversion model.
Optionally, the second sample odor characteristic of the sample item is judged by the reviewer based on the odor of the food item to obtain a second sample odor characteristic that is in a second format.
In the embodiment of the application, food is detected through the odor sensor to obtain odor characteristics, the odor accurately described through characters is difficult to digitize, the expression mode of the odor is expanded, the accuracy of description of the odor is improved, and the accuracy of food searching according to the odor is improved.
And the second method comprises the following steps: the food searching request comprises first taste characteristics, and the first taste characteristics are obtained by detecting the food to be searched through a taste sensor by the first terminal. The server responds to the food searching request, converts the first taste characteristics based on the characteristic conversion model to obtain third taste characteristics, and searches second taste characteristics matched with the third taste characteristics from the food characteristic database.
Wherein the first flavor characteristic belongs to a third format and the third flavor characteristic belongs to a fourth format. If the first flavor characteristics sent by the first terminal are detected by the first terminal through the flavor sensor, the server receives a food search request sent by the first terminal, and then converts the first flavor characteristics in the third format based on the characteristic conversion model to obtain third flavor characteristics in a fourth format, wherein the third flavor characteristics in the fourth format meet the requirement of the server for searching the second flavor characteristics, so that the server responds to the food search request and searches from the food characteristic database according to the third flavor characteristics to obtain second flavor characteristics matched with the third flavor characteristics.
In some embodiments, if the server needs to convert the first flavor feature using the feature conversion model, the feature conversion model needs to be trained first, and the process of training the feature conversion model includes: obtaining a first sample flavor characteristic and a second sample flavor characteristic of the sample food, the first sample flavor characteristic belonging to a third format and the second sample flavor characteristic belonging to a fourth format. And the server trains the characteristic conversion model based on the first sample taste characteristics and the second sample taste characteristics to obtain the trained characteristic conversion model.
Before the server converts the flavor features based on the feature conversion model, the server needs to train the feature conversion model first, so that the trained feature conversion model can convert the third format of the flavor features into the fourth format. The server firstly obtains a first sample flavor characteristic belonging to a third format and a second sample flavor characteristic belonging to a fourth format, inputs the first flavor and flavor characteristic of the third format into a characteristic conversion model to obtain a training flavor characteristic, and adjusts parameters of the characteristic conversion model according to the difference between the training flavor characteristic of the fourth format and the second sample flavor characteristic to obtain the adjusted characteristic conversion model.
Optionally, the second sample flavor characteristics of the second format of the sample item are evaluated by the reviewer based on the flavor of the food item to obtain second sample flavor characteristics that belong to the second format.
In the embodiment of the application, the food is detected by the flavor sensor to obtain the flavor characteristics, so that the flavor which is difficult to accurately describe through characters is digitalized, the expression mode of the flavor is expanded, the description accuracy of the flavor is improved, and the food searching accuracy according to the flavor is further improved.
Next, how to determine the second food item characteristic matching the first food item characteristic will be described.
In some embodiments, a degree of match between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic is obtained, and at least one second food characteristic with the greatest degree of match is selected from the food characteristic database.
In the embodiment of the application, the server acquires the matching degree between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic, the matching degree is adopted to represent the matching degree between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic, and then at least one second food characteristic with the largest matching degree is selected according to the acquired matching degree between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic.
The greater the matching degree between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic, and therefore, the food characteristic with the greater matching degree is selected as the second food characteristic matching with the first food characteristic.
For example, the second food characteristics are sorted according to the sequence of the matching degrees from high to low, and then the second food characteristics in the preset number at the front are selected according to the sorting sequence to be determined as the second food characteristics matched with the first food characteristics.
The preset number is set by the server, or the preset number is set by an operator, or other modes are adopted.
For another example, a second food characteristic with a matching degree greater than a preset matching degree is obtained, and the second food characteristic is determined to be matched with the first food characteristic.
The preset matching degree is set by the server, or the preset matching degree is set by an operator, or other modes are adopted.
For example, the preset matching degree is 0.6, and if the second matching degree obtained by the server is greater than 0.6, the second matching degree is determined as the second matching degree matching with the first food characteristic.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the server obtains the matching degree between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic, the matching degree between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic needs to be determined according to the first flavor characteristic and the first flavor characteristic, respectively.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first food characteristic includes at least one of a first flavor characteristic and a first taste characteristic, and when the first flavor characteristic or the first taste characteristic included in the first food characteristic is different, the manner of determining the matching degree with the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic is also different, and three cases are used for explanation below:

In the embodiment of the present application, the first odor feature and the second odor feature are expressed in a vector form, so that a distance between the first odor feature and the second odor feature is obtained, and then a ratio between the distance and a reference distance is obtained, where the obtained ratio is a matching degree between the first odor feature and the second odor feature.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the first and second odor characteristics may each be represented by the odor column of fig. 5, from which the distance between the first and second odor characteristics is determined, and the ratio between the determined distance and the reference distance is determined as the degree of match between the first and second odor characteristics.
In the second case: the first food characteristic includes a first flavor characteristic and the second food characteristic includes a second flavor characteristic. The server determines a first region occupied by the first taste feature in the taste radar map, determines a second region occupied by the second taste feature in the taste radar map, acquires the area of the overlapped region of the first region and the second region, and determines the ratio of the area to the area of the second region as the matching degree between the first taste feature and the second taste feature.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first taste characteristic and the second taste characteristic are both represented by the taste radar map, so that the area of the first region occupied by the first taste characteristic in the taste radar map can be determined, and the area of the second region occupied by the second taste characteristic in the taste radar map can also be determined, the area of the overlapping region of the first region and the second region represents the degree of similarity of the first taste characteristic and the second taste characteristic, so that the ratio between the area and the area of the second region is determined as the degree of matching between the first taste characteristic and the second taste characteristic.
In the third case: the server determines a first matching degree between the first smell characteristic and the second smell characteristic, determines a second matching degree between the first taste characteristic and the second taste characteristic, and performs weighting processing on the first matching degree and the second matching degree to obtain a matching degree between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic.
In this embodiment, the first food characteristic includes a first flavor characteristic and a first flavor characteristic, and the second food characteristic includes a second flavor characteristic and a second flavor characteristic, so that when determining the matching degree between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic, the server needs to determine the first matching degree according to the first flavor characteristic and the second flavor characteristic, then determine the second matching degree according to the first flavor characteristic and the second flavor characteristic, and then perform weighting processing on the first matching degree and the second matching degree to obtain the matching degree between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic.
Optionally, the weighting the first matching degree and the second matching degree includes: and acquiring a first product of the first matching degree and the first proportion, acquiring a second product of the second matching degree and the second proportion, and determining the sum of the first product and the second product as the matching degree between the first food characteristic and the second food characteristic.
Wherein the sum of the first ratio and the second ratio is 1.
