< first embodiment >
< method >
Fig. 3 shows a schematic flow chart of a seat selection method according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. The method of the present embodiment may be performed by, for example, the terminal device 1200 shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the method of this embodiment may include steps 2100 to 2300 as follows:
in step 2100, in response to the seat showing instruction of the project session, showing the seat distribution map and the seat labels corresponding to the seats of the selected project session.
Wherein the seat tags are used to mark seats having the same attributes. The seat labels can be preset according to the specific situation of the venue, such as the layout of the stage and the seats, and can also be preset according to the specific project situation, such as a performance project or a game project. This embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
The seat tag is generated after acquiring seat information of a seat in a venue corresponding to a project scene and an area tag of an area where the seat is located, respectively determining the distance between the seat and a stage and the seat direction according to the seat information, and associating the seat direction, the distance between the seat and the stage and the area tag with the corresponding seat.
When a user wants to purchase a ticket for a certain performance item or game item, the user may select the corresponding performance item or game item first, and then select the event information of the item.
For example, the user may click on the corresponding item and session information in the display page of the terminal device 1200 to issue a seat display instruction of the item session. After receiving the seat display instruction of the item session, the terminal device 1200 responds to the seat display instruction of the item session to obtain the seat distribution diagram of the venue corresponding to the item session and the seat labels of the seats from the server.
It is noted that each seat is associated with at least one of said seat tags. It is understood that the number of seat labels may also be set according to actual requirements, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
Illustratively, the seat tag may include at least: at least one of a distance from the stage, a seating direction, and a seating area. For example, the distance from the stage is 10 meters, the seating direction is toward the main stage, the seating area is the main team fan area, the performer entry path area, and the like.
For example, in the seat profile displayed by the terminal device 1200, different types of seats can be displayed by using different background maps, for example.
For example, when the terminal device 1200 displays the seat tag, the seat tag corresponding to the seat may be specifically displayed according to the tag display logic. Wherein the tag presentation logic includes presenting the seat tags at a tag level, or presenting all seat tags corresponding to the seats at the same time.
For example, for an application scenario in which the seat labels are displayed according to the label level, the seat labels are classified in advance, for example, the distance between a first-level seat label and a stage is within 20 meters, the distance between a second-level seat label and the stage is within 10 meters, and the distance between the second-level seat label and the stage is greater than 10 meters and less than 20 meters. In this scenario, when the seat labels are displayed, the first-level seat labels are displayed first according to the label display logic, if the user needs to further check the specific distance range between the seat and the stage, the first-level seat labels can be clicked, and the terminal device 1200 responds to the clicking operation to further display the second-level seat labels to the user, so that the user can make more detailed selection.
For another example, for an application scenario in which all seat tags corresponding to the seats are simultaneously displayed, if one seat is associated with a plurality of seat tags, the terminal device 1200 may simultaneously display the plurality of seat tags associated with the seats in response to an instruction to display the seat distribution diagram and the seat tags, so as to facilitate selection by the user.
In step 2200, in response to the clicking operation for the seat tag, highlighting the seat corresponding to the clicked seat tag in the seat profile.
Specifically, when receiving the clicking operation for the seat tag, the terminal device 1200 may highlight all the seats corresponding to the clicked seat tag in the seat profile so that the user can specify where the seat he or she wants to select is located in the seat profile.
The manner in which the seat is highlighted may be set according to actual requirements. For example, all seats corresponding to the clicked seat label may be marked in a seat distribution map with different colors, or all seats corresponding to the clicked seat label may be displayed in an enlarged manner, or a mark may be added to all seats corresponding to the clicked seat label to distinguish them from other seats. The present embodiment does not limit the specific manner of highlighting the seat.
In step 2300, in response to the clicking operation on the highlighted seat, the clicked seat is determined as the seat selection result.
The user may select for the highlighted seat on the display screen of the terminal device 1200, e.g. click on a certain one of the highlighted seats.
Further, after the user clicks a certain seat, specific information of the seat, for example, the seat is located in several rows, all seat labels of the seat, etc., may be further displayed on the display screen of the terminal device 1200, so that the user may further confirm whether to select the seat as a seat selection result, and if the user determines to select the seat, further click the "confirm" button. After receiving the confirmation instruction, the terminal apparatus 1200 may determine the seat as a seat selection result.

According to the embodiment, the seat labels are arranged, so that when a user selects a seat, the position of the selected seat corresponding to the seat label in the seat distribution diagram can be visually seen, and the aim of assisting the user in selecting the proper seat is fulfilled.
< second embodiment >
< method >
Fig. 6 shows a flow chart diagram of a seat selection method according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure. The method of the present embodiment may be performed by, for example, the server 1100 as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 6, the method of this embodiment may include steps 5100 to 5400 as follows:
in step 5100, seat display instructions of a project field are received; the seat display instruction of the project field at least comprises a project name and the project field.
The term "event" may refer to a performance event or a match event. Such as the time of a concert, the time of a football game, etc.
In one example, before this step 5100, the server 1100 can generate a seat profile corresponding to the project session before receiving the seat display instruction of the project session, and the seat profile can display different types of seats by using different background maps.
In another example, prior to this step 5100, the server 1100 may also generate seat tags for each seat prior to receiving seat display instructions for the project session.
Specifically, the server 1100 may acquire seat information of a seat in the venue corresponding to the event and an area mark of an area where the seat is located; respectively determining the distance between the seat and the stage and the seat direction according to the seat information; associating the seat orientation, the seat-to-stage distance, and the area markings with corresponding seats, generating seat labels for the seats.
Step 5200, obtaining and displaying a seat distribution map and seat labels corresponding to the seats according to the project names and the project scenes.
In practical applications, different item names and different item occasions may be used in different venues, and therefore, after receiving the seat display instruction of an item occasion, the server 1100 may obtain the corresponding seat distribution diagram and the seat labels corresponding to the seats in the seat distribution diagram according to the item occasion.
Wherein the seat tags are used to mark seats having the same attributes. In practical applications, the seat tag library may be stored in the server 1100 in advance, and the contents in the seat tag library may be added, modified, and deleted according to practical situations. After a user designs a region seat of a venue, a merchant can select the region seat in a circle or in a single selection mode, a seat label in a seat label library is bound for the selected seat, and the association relation between the seat and the seat label is stored, so that the server 1100 can obtain a seat distribution diagram of a corresponding venue and the corresponding seat label according to a project scene after receiving a seat display instruction of the project scene.
For example, the distance from the stage is 10 meters, the seating direction is toward the main stage, the seating area is the main team fan area, and the like.
In an example, when the terminal device 1200 displays the seat tag, the seat tag corresponding to the seat may be specifically displayed according to the tag display logic. Wherein the tag presentation logic includes presenting the seat tags at a tag level, or presenting all seat tags corresponding to the seats at the same time.
For example, for an application scenario in which the seat labels are displayed according to the label level, the server 1100 performs level division on the seat labels in advance, for example, the primary seat label is within 20 meters of the stage, the secondary seat label is within 10 meters of the stage, and the distance from the stage is greater than 10 meters and less than 20 meters.
In this scenario, when the seat tag is displayed, according to the tag display logic, the primary seat tag may be displayed first, if the user needs to further check a specific distance range between the seat and the stage, the server 1100 may receive an instruction for displaying the secondary seat tag, where the instruction for displaying the secondary seat tag is sent according to a click operation of the user on the terminal device for the primary seat tag, and the server 1100 further returns the secondary seat tag to the terminal device in response to the instruction, so that the terminal device displays the secondary seat tag for the user to make a more detailed selection.
For another example, for an application scenario in which all seat tags corresponding to the seats are simultaneously displayed, if one seat is associated with a plurality of seat tags, when receiving a seat display instruction of an item session, the server 1100 may return the plurality of seat tags associated with the seat to the terminal device at the same time, so that the terminal device simultaneously displays the plurality of seat tags associated with the seats, thereby facilitating selection by the user.
Step 5300, receiving a seat selection result, wherein the seat selection result comprises selected seat information.
The seat information is specific information of the selected seat, and for example, the seat is located in X-row X, and all seat tags of the seat are assigned.
Step 5400, based on the seat selection result, marking the selected seat in the project session as not selectable.
After receiving the seat selection result, the server 1100 marks the selected seat as not selectable in the seat distribution map corresponding to the project session based on the seat selection result, so as to prevent other users from repeatedly selecting the seat.

Optionally, the obtaining module 6200 may be further configured to obtain seat information of a seat in the venue corresponding to the event and an area mark of an area where the seat is located; the labeling module 6300 may further be configured to determine the distance between the seat and the stage and the seat direction according to the seat information acquired by the acquiring module 6200; and associating the seat orientation, the seat-to-stage distance, and the area marking with the corresponding seat, generating a seat label for the seat.
Further, the obtaining module 6200 may be further configured to display a seat tag corresponding to the seat according to the tag display logic; wherein the tag presentation logic includes presenting the seat tags at a tag level, or presenting all seat tags corresponding to the seats at the same time.
The apparatus of this embodiment may be configured to implement the technical solutions of the above method embodiments, and the implementation principles and technical effects are similar, which are not described herein again.
< electronic apparatus >
In this embodiment, there is also provided an electronic device including the seat selection apparatus 6000 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure, or the electronic device is an electronic device 7000 shown in fig. 8, including:
a memory 7100 for storing executable commands.
A processor 7200 for executing the method described in the first method embodiment of the disclosure under the control of executable commands stored in memory 7100.
The implementation subject in the electronic device according to the executed method embodiment may be a terminal device.
< computer-readable storage Medium >
The present embodiments also provide a computer-readable storage medium storing executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, perform the method as described in the above embodiments.
The seat selection method, apparatus, device, and computer-readable storage medium of the present embodiment have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings. The server receives a seat display instruction of the project field; the seat display instruction of the project field at least comprises a project name and the project field; acquiring and displaying a seat distribution diagram and a seat label corresponding to a seat according to the project name and the project field; receiving a seat selection result, wherein the seat selection result comprises selected seat information; marking the selected seat in the project session as non-selectable based on the seat selection result. Therefore, by arranging the seat labels, the user can visually see the positions of the selected seats corresponding to the seat labels in the seat distribution diagram when selecting the seats, and the purpose of assisting the user in selecting the proper seats is achieved.
< example >
Fig. 9 shows a screening schematic of seat tags according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 10 shows a schematic view of a seat profile and seat highlighting according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In this example, a description will be given taking a seat selection of a soccer game as an example.
Specifically, after the user selects the item "soccer game" on the display interface of the terminal device 1200, the user further selects a time to purchase, for example, selects "team a VS team B" from "team a VS team B" and "team B VS team C". After the item and the field are selected, a 'seat display' button is selected to send out a seat display instruction of the field of the item. After receiving the seat display instruction, the terminal device 1200 displays the seat distribution map and the seat labels of the selected item session.
As shown in fig. 9, a "filter" option is displayed in the upper right corner of the display page, and after the user clicks on the "filter" option, a drop-down menu of seat tag filters is presented. For example, the seat labels are "team fans zone A" and "team fans zone B". If the user clicks the "team fan zone a" label, the seat corresponding to the label "team fan zone a" is highlighted in the seat map, as shown in fig. 10, the seat corresponding to the label "team fan zone a" is coated with a dark color to distinguish it from other seats, and the user can further select for these highlighted seats to buy a suitable ticket.
The terminal device 1200 determines the selected seat as a seat selection result, and sends the seat selection result to the server 1100, so that the server 1100 marks the seat, for example, as not-selectable, so that other users who also select the item field and the label "team fan area" obtain a seat distribution map in which the seat is marked as not-selectable, so as to prompt the user to select other seats besides the seat, thereby further preventing different users from selecting the same seat.
The seat selection method of the embodiment can provide the seat information to the user when the user purchases the ticket so as to assist the user in selecting the proper seat.
